Fantastic experience: I recently visited center and had an excellent experience. The facilities are top-notch, with well-maintained equipment and a variety of workout options. Whether you’re looking for cardio, strength training, or group classes, they have it all. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to offer helpful tips. The atmosphere is motivating, and I always feel comfortable working out there. Highly recommend this sports center for anyone looking to stay fit and active!

Positive experience: You need to register at the reception desk for your first visit and then you get a card. You then buy a swimming slot of an hour. The sauna room is not directly connected to the swimming pool (to remain wetside), so you have to walk past reception, which is poor building design.

Negative experience: Very poor gym - most equipment is broken - can never find any dumbbells. I use a variety of everyone active gyms all over and this is always the worst

Positive experience: Nice sports hall with decent coloured walls. The water fountain is only in the gym. Clean changing and toilets. Lockers need your own padlocks to lock. Only downside is the ceiling of the sports hall. I don't know who thought it's a good idea to put windows on the ceiling. Terrible when it's sunny. It's bad enough that the rest of it is painted white. Can't see shuttlecocks.

Negative experience: Avoid this gym. I joined during COVID, and back then, it was great—enough equipment and space for the number of users at the time. Now, it’s a completely different story. The gym is always overcrowded, and waiting for equipment has become the norm. There are only two cable machines (one has been out of order for months), and the lat pulldown attachments are almost never available. The dumbbells are a nightmare to find—pairs are scattered across the gym, and by the time you find the second one, your bench is probably gone. The weightlifting area near the treadmills is practically unusable because personal trainers and their clients monopolise it, and there aren’t enough benches—only six or seven for the entire gym. If you try to do a pull-up, good luck not hitting your head on the ceiling. To make matters worse, the low membership price seems to attract groups of teenagers who take over multiple stations, making it nearly impossible to follow a workout routine. The equipment is old, poorly maintained, and hasn’t been upgraded in years, despite the gym getting busier. I’d happily pay more for a better experience—less crowding, updated equipment, and more space—but this gym isn’t worth it anymore. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Really nice team and coach , always helpful

Negative experience: I’ve used gyms and pools for 40 years across the UK. I grew up in Wembley and swam here as a child. This is by far the WORST club I’ve ever experienced. From a dangerous chlorine leak which resulted in 11 people (9 children) going to A&E, to dirty sauna and steam area with no warm shower, to appalling (non-existent really) customer service and poorly trained staff and so called ‘management’ with really bad attitudes, joining here will be the worst decision you make. You’ve been warned. Don’t make me say I told you so!

It’s been year and still same conditions They give 30 min a week lesson, start around 5 min past and finish 4 min earlier every single time. Receptionist are just their to do time pass and talk gossip. Even after complaining many times they don’t care to run professionally. Dirty bathrooms and water

Negative experience: I have been using Vale Farm Sports Centre for swimming, but the pool is consistently dirty and unhygienic. Just last weekend, I saw a plaster floating in the water during my lesson. This is beyond disgusting and highlights the poor cleaning and maintenance practices here. What’s worse is that this facility has a history of serious safety failures—like the chlorine leak that hospitalized people. You’d think after an incident like that, they’d take cleanliness and safety seriously, but clearly, they haven’t learned. I’ve complained to management and even contacted the Environmental Health Officer, but nothing has improved. I’m now looking for a new swimming pool, even if it costs more, because this place is simply not safe or clean. Avoid this pool if you care about hygiene and your health!

Positive experience: Good for playing Badminton. Walls are light green in the sports hall. Various other activities available like Gym and Swimming. Sports Hall floor can become slippery due to various uses of the hall.. 3 hours of free parking so plenty can be done in that time..

Negative experience: The changing rooms are disgusting I take both my children for weekend swimming lessons I have never seen a cleaner there it's nasty how they keep the changing rooms. Half the showers do not work either

Negative experience: The gym is not good and some of the staff treat people very badly unlike the rest of the staff. Not really worth visiting.

Negative experience: Took a day pass - pay as you go - to see the facilities before committing to a membership . Facilities are ok equipment & variety wise, but cleaners need to do more work and people using the gym need to be more considerate. Felt quite dirty in there. I am reluctant to get a membership now unfortunately.

Negative experience: I have been swimming at Vale Farm Sports Centre for months, and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of safety, discipline, and response from management. Despite raising concerns repeatedly, nothing has improved. Special needs users are frequently left unattended in fast or medium lanes, posing serious safety risks. On 30th August, one user became so distressed that they attempted to throw a lane sign at their carer and members of staff causing a major disruption. The incident happened around the pool and other customers or childrens could’ve ended up getting hurt! This could have been avoided with proper supervision. Instead caretaker left that poor boy alone in the pool while he himself sat in the gallery room and was using a mobile! Many swimmers use the wrong lanes, walking or standing at the walls, making it almost impossible to swim properly. Lane etiquette is completely ignored, and the lifeguards do nothing to enforce it. Kids entering lanes where they shouldn’t even be there as firstly they don’t swim and secondly it’s not safe for them to be around adult swimmers as in the past major accidents involving kids happened. Thirdly- by disobeying lane etiquette- they disrupt other customers swimming session. Lifeguards consistently ignore requests to intervene when lane rules are broken, forcing customers like me to deal with the issues directly. This isn’t our job! Despite booking one-hour sessions, I can barely swim for 10-15 minutes due to these ongoing disruptions. I have complained to management several times, yet nothing has been done to enforce the rules or improve the situation. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that I cannot fully enjoy. I have visited several Everyone Active Centres in the past, but I have never encountered such filth and grime. The women’s changing area, cubicles, showers, and toilets are absolutely filthy. Puddles of water are always present because the drains are constantly blocked with hair and other debris. I’ve even found soggy crisps and sandwiches in the cubicles and showers! The shower cabins are full of hair, limescale, and general dirt. After using them, you feel dirtier than before. On a few occasions, I’ve found feces, urine, and used sanitary pads in the cubicles. The toilets are covered with shredded toilet paper, unflushed waste, and urine on the seats. The sinks are filthy, making it impossible to wash your hands properly after using the restroom. The entire women’s changing area smells so bad that it makes you gag. Many people don’t shower before entering the pool; instead, they wash their sweat off in the pool water, making it cloudy and dirty. The water temperature in the pool is freezing—while this might be bearable in the summer, it’s intolerable during colder months. I’ve seen mothers with children leave after just a few minutes because their kids were shivering and unable to enjoy their swim. Until management addresses these issues, I cannot recommend Vale Farm Sports Centre. I sincerely hope action is taken soon because the current experience is unacceptable. People are spending their money on memberships only to receive the worst service imaginable. The only reason I’ve given a one star is due to the lack of choice of anything below that score!

Negative experience: The gym is good but the toilets are grim and stink of urine, place smells weird too. Wouldn't go here unless you've already got an EA membership even then I'd genuinely recommend paying to go somewhere else whilst you're in wembley. Edit: Closing time is also wrong, the place shuts at 21:30.

Fantastic experience: There was a massive chlorine leak while I was swimming here, which sent a bunch of children to the hospital. It didn't affect me though because I'm simply better.

Negative experience: If you have any sense of hygiene... please don't use the swimming pool. The pool water is cold, cloudy and changing rooms absolutely filthy and smell of urine. We left after 5 minutes because the experience was so unpleasant, and EveryoneActive had the gall to charge us a no-show fee. Such a disappointing experience.

Negative experience: This is an honest review and my experience using this gym. It is sad because I enjoyed coming here but I had to cancel my membership due to hygiene issues. There are some nice things about the gym. There is a women-only section but the equipments need better cleaning. They vacuum regularly but saw the same sweat stains weeks after. The swimming pool changing area needs regular cleaning too. So does the sauna room, bathroom and seating area in there which get disgusting. Saw some funny-looking bugs/worms crawling around here even inside the floor of the sauna. There is also bad drainage with dirty water staying in the traffic area for long periods for long periods. The showers here are both very dirty with wall tiles never being properly cleaned and floors filled with dirty water because of the blocked drains. The women's changing room is also filthy with toilets and sink area getting disgusting and smelly. The bathroom walls, doors and floor are with visible grime and dirt stains. You can't feel clean after a shower here. Also staff members hang out in the ladies' changing room, making video calls and all sorts, it's uncomfortable to use when they sit and block your locker. They deserve a staff room unless they don't use it. That was another issue. Once staff was on a video call with a guy! If I could see him, means he probably could see me in the background also. Not acceptable! I don't know what challenges running this place faces but these are issues I'm sure others have complained directly about. I will not recommend.

Negative experience: Changed my mind, this gym is quite poor. Dumbbells all over the place, two pulley machines and the leg press machine hasn't been working for some time.

Negative experience: Very low standard gym. During my visit, I was the only individual of Caucasian ethnicity in the entire Centre.

Negative experience: Facilities and equipment are superb. However, customer service are really poor, specially in the reception area and the main gym. Receptionist, no courtesy and very unprofessional. She selectively interacts with people in a pleasant way. Gym facilitator is not approachable and always grumpy. If there's only other gym in the area that i can go, but this is the one closest to my house. Hoping for improvement.

Negative experience: I have been taking my daughter to swimming lessons for a while now. The water temperature is always cold! This issue is always raised with the swimming teacher. And he acknowledges the water is clod and always apologies. This is unacceptable. My daughter is 18months old and should have to be in cold water. Today I had to leave to swimming lesson 10 mins in, as my daughter was visible shivering. During the lesson we saw the manager to adjust the temp of the water and you could only feel a slight warmth if you stayed next to the vent. How is adjusting the temperature during a lesson going to change the temperature of the whole pool? I went to reception to speak to a manager, which Omar the reception called a manager Lena on a walkie talkie. As he was at the reception desk I could hear her responses. As it was mentioned u wanted to speak to her regarding the temperature of the pool. She replied the temperature is in regulations and if I wanted to speak to her in person I would have to wait as she was on break. I then asked to for an email address and was told I have to go online. The customer service in this situation is appalling! No manners, understanding or empathy!

Negative experience: Teaching pool was great for my children. Pool surroundings and changing rooms look like they have not been cleaned for days.

Fantastic experience: My kids and I have been a member of the sports center for 8 years and it has been a fantastic experience for me and my kids. The ladies gym is well-equipped and the trainers are professional and helpful. The swimming classes for kids are exceptional, with patient instructors and excellent facilities. I highly recommend the sports center for its top-notch facilities and wide range of activities.

Negative experience: The toilets need to be cleaned and the pressure on the showers is really not good please fix it !!!

Positive experience: Decent gym but it’s funny how you wanna offer all these additional packages when your sauna / steam is always bugging and has drain larvae, the temperature is inconsistent and ur staff are rude about it

Negative experience: No where on the website or app does it tell you that you can’t hirer or borrow badminton rackets. Very unhelpful staff. You can book a court but they DO NOT provide rackets!!

Negative experience: Today I cancelled my son swimming membership because they not letting the kids go to next stage, he was stage 3 for 14 months plus I used to took him extra lessons, just waisting my money and time in there, they useless, not thinking about kids progress, I'm so happy that I made a decision today and inshallah I will find somewhere much better.

Negative experience: Overall this place is amazing, it has so many resources and is absolutely lovely.However today when I went to take my grandson to Karate there was this really rude receptionist last who treated me and my grand child very badly. She did not help us at all and then said some very rude comments such as leave me alone and continued talking. This was at 2 pm and the lady had orange hair I have never experienced such rude behaviour as I come very often but this was just unacceptable.

Negative experience: Been using the gym for years and it's still as bad as ever. Why would you buy technogym equipment when literally everyone knows they are the worst? Equipment is always broken and nothing gets fixed in time. I beg management reply to me and I will meet you at the front desk and give you a dose of reality. Learn to do your job or jog on.

Negative experience: Dreadful, standards are shocking, particularly the sauna area. Staff burst into the sauna during my wee hour to relax, a woman shouted “ Is everything alright in here!” What on earth was that about!!! Is that standard procedure? Oh yeah if she had a sauna she would know the meaning of appropriation. I was shocked at that… OMG! I was appalled at that and not to mention the cleanliness!! Gross! Also to add, what’s is in place in relation to the standards of privacy? The standards are horrendous. What a disgrace!! Need I go on!! A health and safety nightmare!! Someone please call the executive! God almighty!!! And how much was spent on the website btw, an utter disgrace. Really!!??

Negative experience: Please can you fix the broken table tennis net, surely this is noticed by your staff during regular checks?? And would have been flagged and replaced in a decent time scale. We are paying £8 per hour for a poor standard of equipment this is very disappointing.

Negative experience: Probably one of the worst of the Everyone Active gyms I’ve been to, particularly in the free-weights area, where the dumbbell racks are in TOTAL CHAOS. No labelling on racks, therefore weights are left all-over-the-place. Fine if you have an extra 10-15min to spare during workout, to walk around and find a pair of weights. The facilities are ok with a good selection of equipment, just not managed and with staff who are half asleep, unmotivated and not interested.

Positive experience: Water very nice and warm, I found the swimming lines med line too narrow and hand or legs therefore touch when passing oncomming swimmers

Positive experience: Lovely staff, easy to book venue. It is a very popular gym, only issue is that it is difficult to get a slot because of the demand. However, the basketball gym, sauna, steam room and swimming pool is all fantastic

Positive experience: I use general pool, it was small, and I prefer big one. In comparison with my other experience its equipment is not appropriate.

Negative experience: The service s are pathetic. They should make everything automatic or machine controlled. The staff is not interested in serving the people. You have to keep waiting at the reception and lose your paid time. Change of management is highly necessary before members start leaving the club.

Positive experience: Small pool and not the cleanest I've come across. The water in the small pool was so murky, we couldn't see our sinking toys very well! I'm not in a hurry to go back.

Negative experience: I've never left a review before, but I felt like I had to with this place. It was the most dirtiest pool I've ever been to. The floor tiles were black with built up dirt there was so much hair on the floor, rusty water on the floor walking out of the females changing room . Absolutely mortified

Positive experience: I use the swimming pool a couple of times a week. It’s chaos in the lane swimming. People swimming in the wrong lane people walking up and down. Non swimmers using floats taking up the lane. I don’t understand why there are so many people hanging around the sides of the pool. Lifeguards are oblivious to the rules of lane swimming. I have yet to see them interact with anyone in the pool. I also thought it was swimwear to be worn in pool yet I see people in wearing outdoor clothing. Vale Farm need to up their game.

Negative experience: Staff are unprofessional and rude! They were laughing and gossiping about my 16 year old daughter, she came home in tears. This is disheartening and ridiculous.

Negative experience: Dirty facilities bits of fluffy dirt all on the floor in the showers. The showers weren't working I had enough (cold) water to wash my hands under the shower and all the toilets weren't working in the male changing rooms. Also there was a used plaster in the steam room Utter shambles. Cancel my membership asap

Negative experience: Never answer the phone, ever. Swimming pool always cold and dirty. Half the showers in the female changing room don't work and some are cold. Changing rooms constantly dirty.

Positive experience: Shame there is no cafe facility

Negative experience: A squash court at peak time is now £14 per session. That's four increases in less than 2 years. The courts have fused lights, holes in walls and are always dirty. The fact that anyone thinks these courts are worth £14 per session is pathetic. Other leisure centres are far better than this mediocre one.

Positive experience: It's the gym that I frequent and visit most days. Brilliant place and brilliant atmosphere with really nice friendly people that attended the place

Positive experience: I had lost the app for Everyone, the app for Vale Farm on my phone and asked at reception for assistance. The two young men on the counter had no knowledge how or what to do. The water in the Swimming pool is freezing cold and surely not good for all of us. The ladies changing room is filthy. Many lockers are broken and a few people leave their items overnight in them. Surely it is breaking security rules. As I have taken the trouble to fill this questionnaire I hope you will actually do something about these problems.

Negative experience: Nasty, abusive staff. Unprofessional. Absolutely vile and also then insult your physical appearance because they lack intelligence and know they've been in the wrong This place needs to be shut down. They're also thieves - they abuse you and then you're still charged despite their abuse being the reason you need to cancel.

Fantastic experience: Ample parking at the site. They run free badminton classes every Thursday afternoon.

Negative experience: Absolute dog end of a place. Tired, unloved and completely unkept. The astro football pitches are filled with filthy litter across the place and hasn't been managed out for looks like ages. Everyone Active needs to take a hard look at themsves on this site.

Negative experience: Use to go swimming lessons here last year, im 10, going on 11 and im going to be honest, this is a disgusting facility, there was food in the pool and the instructor was really rude, when i refused to do one thing she started screaming at me, I'm also adding in the ppl at the reception, they are no good. I have asthma, they knew and were informed so i got so scared to put my head underwater she just screamed in my face, i got really scared. It's like they hate their job so much. But i was taken out of that class so a other class with a really nice teacher who made swimming so much fun, deserved a raise. Will be going again next may sadly but honestly they could of done so much better!

Negative experience: Went for swimming for the first time, lane swimming. Lifeguards were not monitoring the lane discipline, kids and teens were moving into the other lanes which are for length swimming, a father and child moved into the fast lane and the child was diving. It was all totally chaotic. There was no show of care or concern from the staff on duty. I had to take it into my hands to get the teens to move back into the general swim lane because they were just chilling in the length swimmers lane (“fast lane”). Water was also too chlorinated for me. Have no desire to go back there.

Fantastic experience: It's first time at the Sport Centre and for sure not the last. I came with my 2 sons (2years old and 6 years old) for the swimming pool and we had enjoyed a lot as it wasn't crowded and also everything was clean and safe.

Fantastic experience: I do not usually leave reviews, but I felt it was a must this time. As a guy who goes to gym on daily basis and tried several gyms in the UK and around the world, I can in simple words say that I am impressed with the gym overall considering the price too. I need to begin with praising the receptionist. I really donno who he is but the management team NEED to promote this guy for his kindness and the patience he gave me to setup my faulty account!!! He is white, full beard, backflipped hair, worked on 29.07.2022 6:30AM. The gym is very spacious, bright, well ventilated, and very clean too! The devices are very advanced in variety and technologically for the treadmills. I still haven't tried the swimming pool but it looked well organised to me, big, clean and the area is not humid. Also, the changing room is big, they even got proper large cupboards where you can literally hand your ironed shirts! Overall, I am very satisfied, and this place is very well recommended!!

Negative experience: Dirty with soggy sandwiches and bugs in the changing rooms for the swimming pool. Staff use jet wash to clean the changing area whilst kids are changing - major slipping hazard and no signs to tell you they are doing that. Compared with other swimming pools, this place is bad!!

Positive experience: We have swimming lessons for a child here and the parents are not allowed in the pool area. This ruins the experience. As the viewing area is terrible. Fortunately the teacher (S. W. C) is good. Update: we now seem to be allowed in the pool area, so thats good. On thw downside, some kids muck about in the changing area. Rating updated.

Negative experience: This is the most filthiest unhygienic fitness centre ever. I actually felt like it was in a 3rd world country!!! The teaching pool was freezing cold. My 4 year old shivered all through her swim lesson on Sunday. The swim teacher didn't even get into the pool! Furthermore there were dead flies and cockroach in the viewing gallery. There was soaked food in pool side it was disgusting. The ladies changing room was diabolical. Honestly avoid this centre at all costs. Do yourself a favour and do not waste your money on a monthly membership as you won't be able to use most of the facility!!! I would've given this zero stars but there was no option so I had to forcefully give 1 star!

Negative experience: The swimming pool water was cold. My kids and other kids in the same batch were shivering. Also the water in the shower was cold which made it worse. We pay so much money for the swimming classes and Vale farm uses these cheap dirty tricks to save money by not keeping pool water warm and shower water cold. Not going to come here after this term. Take your kids somewhere else where they really care for the kids by not using these cheap money saving tactics.

Negative experience: It was an terrible experience to be at Vale Farm sport Center the service wasn't good and the pool was dirty the water wasn't good and I recommend going to another sports center with better facilities and better service . There wasn't enough space to play badminton and everyone was crowded around each other it wasn't worth going there and paying the money they don't give refunds until you argue with them I will not go there again.

Positive experience: Took my 2 year old for a swim here for the 1st time. Thought she would've loved it, but unfortunately didn't want to go in the pool. The water temperature was cool and the water was quite deep for her. Otherwise it seemed OK

Negative experience: Swimming pool was closed for couple of weeks. I was charge to much, so I wanted to speak with swimming manager Anita I was told to call before 7pm cause Anita is leaving 7pm and she was teaching when I called. I called before 7pm ,first receptionist told me that she is gone. I explained that I was told to call before 7pm as Anita going home soon. I clearly said that I want a refund cause I was over charged and she is going to call Anita to speak with me or she will do refund! She said let me check if she is available. Then she put me on hold and that’s it never get back to me. What kind of customer service they are providing?! I called but nobody answered. Rudest customer service I ever have, they should be ashamed. I’m disgusted.

Positive experience: Female only swimming available...choice of 2 pools if you book early enough and sauna (maximum 8 females at a time).

Positive experience: The staff at Vale Farm Sports Centre are helpful and friendly offering good customer service. The centre itself though needs some serious modernisation, it feels run down, especially the swimming pool and the wet changing rooms which need more private cubicles. Update: there were plans to upgrade the swimming pool and the changing rooms in April 2022 but it doesn't look any different so not sure what has been upgraded

Negative experience: SCAMMERS! I bought a membership and CANCELLED ON THE SAME DAY. Told I would be refunded however I check my bank months later and I have been charged for 4 MONTHS! £120 gone. I called with proof of cancellation and they said they can’t refund. Worst experience ever I will never be coming again

Positive experience: Vale farm is good, but the lights in the car park are not working and is very dangerous

Fantastic experience: Great place to keep fit has a nice swimming pool & gym .. Mostly use this place to host corporate and community engagement events

Positive experience: Good sports and fitness center with ample parking free for the first 3 hours

Negative experience: This place might just be one of the worst place to go swimming in, first the manager at the front desk is rude and unhelpful, he wouldnt refund us and they pulled a 10year old from a swimming session and would not refund us, poor management

Negative experience: rude manager, felt like he was racially profiling my siblings, never going back there again
