Negative experience: Not sure if Leon is still the general manager of this gym. But the guy has serious attitude problems, he is working in the wrong industry if that's how he thinks customers are treated. Disgusting behaviour and the guy thinks he's a cut above the rest. Bad language, bad behaviour and bad attitude. Not sure what kind of establishment hires this kind of individual to run the gym.
Negative experience: No gym memebr will be there is you go before 8.00 e every month your pin won't work on the day they collect your DD . Good space and location gym run by group who is not interested in conciniance of its members, and membership is not cheap I comparison to other guns is slough

Negative experience: Do not go as an occasional visitor with 1-day access, it's a huge waste of time. First there were a couple attempts where the PIN didn't work (had to be let-in by the cleaner). After that we thought "just make a new account with a different email and different payment card", but for that time the PIN never even arrived (not in junk/spam email). The support is unresponsive and on that third day there weren't any staff there to allow access. After that, the customer service team said they'd give a refund, but they charged an extra admission fee after giving the refund. I sent them the screenshot of the payments and they didn't even look at it (they still have my money).
Negative experience: The gym never updates you on any changes happening. The app is useless and can’t alert you and dosent work nor updates on any changes and updates within the gym. Unorganised and poor managed

Negative experience: Update 17th April: credit to Easy Gym they have refunded whatever was owed. I really hope they open up again as Buzz Gym for Me is no go it's a small place and very packed. You don't even get the chance to use equipment without waiting for over 10 mins. Update: gym closed with court order today 12th April 2022. Not happy at all! We can't even speak to anyone on the phone. They have not even gave any information on the website yet they have our payment details. Is this not how fraud companies operates that don't even have a phone number yet claim to be nationwide. I've checked a few towns and cities and they all saying easy gun terminated. I've deleted my old review as it was based on reading reviews on here. I've joined this gym and it's my second day at Easy Gym. Left Buzz Gym after 7 years due to bad attitude from staff and they too interested in clients not members so you don't really have staff on site. Anyways Easy Gym is not bad. I'm not bothered about it being cold as it makes me train harder. Don't get put off by bad reviews like I did. Will update in few months how I get on here. Update 25/02/22: gym is very good & very big, staff are friendly, Members get on with workout. Alot of my mates have come over from Buzz Gym as they also felt the same about that gym. Only thing about easy gym is yes it's true no heaters but seriously once you warm up no need of heaters gym is fine. Summer time will be interesting if they put on the a/C. Update 11/3/22 changed my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars as some of the gym area is very very dusty. The equipment is dusty. I don't think they have any cleaners. Gonna give it another month or so then will try another gym.
Negative experience: 10 degrees is bit cold
Negative experience: Freezing cold right now meaning you're better off in a coat and hat to train. If not your sweat will cause a chill and illness or injury. It used to have some great kit but I believe one of the Directors squirreled the good machines to his house during lockdown and left old and injured stock behind. Overall the place is managed by one of the nicest fellas you'll meet but sadly he's overridden by the top bosses too much. Now don't get me wrong, the space and potential is great if they could be bothered to readdress their business plan and fund some new air-conditioning as well as utilise space better and introduce new machinery. And please! Put your weights away!!

Fantastic experience: Surprisingly convenient to reach by car or foot. Centrally located in Slough. Parking is validated whilst you use the facilities. There is a great range of equipment. You can go there 6 days a week and work out in different room each day. There are lots of rooms and several levels. It's open 24 hours. The pricing is competitive. There are enough personal trainers. The atmosphere certainly makes for a great gym experience. 12.04.22 EasyGym is currently closed until further notice due to a good possession Court order.

Fantastic experience: I’m longing for the day it’s opening times becomes 24/7 everyday of the week. But still I’m grateful for the four days it is 24hrs because at least I can train on those days. I wouldn’t consider training anywhere else, not only has it got great equipment but the staff are really friendly and helpful too, and you will never feel like just another gym member coming through the door.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking how freezing cold it is in this gym. Not once this year the heating had been on. After yesterdays workout I feel sick today. This morning: have to workout in a winter woolly hat?!?!?! What is this??? Great new space with the showers and all but it’s a pain even getting changed because it’s so FREEZING COLD, not even attempting to think about having a shower. Apart from that-nobody puts their weights back to where they belong and none of the staff make sure things are in order. Head office of EasyGym moving to Slough, investing money in new offices for all the staff-but what about the members who pay for all this? Can’t even put the heating on! Personal trainers training people in their winter coats!!! Absolute joke. Most likely I’m going to switch to another gym if this doesn’t change even though been a member for a few years and love the concept. Huge disappointment is an understatement.
Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area by far! I was previously at buzz gym, it was decent but after the easy gym renovation it's by far the best! Great equipment, great atmosphere, it's massive with multiple rooms so it's very spacious and never too busy so you never have to wait around for machines/equipment. Train in luxury. Me and my Wife love it!

Positive experience: The gym is spacious and has enough equipment. Only thing is that the place sometimes smell of sweat and its not frequently cleaned (especially equipment). Then I moved to buzz gym and it was much better.

Negative experience: I am actually sooo dissappointed with the communication from you guys, its been 6 weeks now since gyms have been open, you guys said 4 weeks and we are wayy past that now, and whenever I email you guys, i either dont hear back or i get that standard response that " gym be open soon ", i understand you guys are doing refurbishment since you guys been using the same equipment for the past 10 yrs however refurb doesnt take this long, and even if it does idk what were you guys doing when all the gyms were closed, why didnt guys think about refurbishment then? You guys randomly started taking my DD again as well, there was no notification what so ever, SUCH a disappointment, i have been with you guys since 2014. EASY GYM SORT THIS OUT !!!!!!!!!!! yu are guys are losing alot of people.

Negative experience: When do these 2-3 weeks till gym is open actually finish? Communication has been minimal like a drip feed. I decided to carry on paying my membership during lockdown, but in return there is nothing. 1. What happened to you guys providing weights during lockdown at cost price? 2. Negative experience: Absolute farce of a gym.. was taking money out many peoples accounts when gym membership was meant to be frozen sounds like they knew what they were doing as many people that I have spoken 2 who went to the gym cancelled there membership, which means if they did decided to go back (which many won't after this farce) will have to pay a joining fee which raises eyebrows as it was the easygym fault taking money in the first place. Lifts work for 1 day and then go out of use until they could be bothered to fix it which is a occurring theme. Last but not least they doing a refurb now Probably get 1 piece of new equipment and call it a refurb knowing easygym.

Negative experience: I have been a member of the easygym gym for five years. I terminated the contract due to relocation. However, we gave up on the move and stayed at the old address. I joined an easygym gym. I later called to confirm the working date. They say they are temporarily out of work due to remodeling. Nothing is written about it on the gym page, as I should have known. Paid all month and not working. Isn't that unprofessional. My experiences are bad, bad leadership. They need investments, they need professional staff who will be interested in what their members do in the gym. There are a lot of young people who can be permanently injured. They need education and there is no such thing. I say I have been a member for 5 years. I’m an old player but I know it could be better.

Negative experience: No information on when they're going to open despite the government announcement some weeks back. Continuing to deduct money from customers accounts during lockdown after sending an email informing all direct debits would be frozen. Total lack of communication and zero response to emails. Even when the club is open they refuse to switch on the air conditioning, the changing rooms have not been refreshed in 10 years, black mould on the ceiling that so long it's classed as a long term member. Time to go and join one of the many other clubs in the area that value their customers.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, competitive price. Great pack training, good equipment. Good location and FREE parking for upto 3 hours.
Positive experience: Its a nice gym and fee structure is low too but the gym is packed in the evening hours and they should recruit some good trainers
Positive experience: For a £45 a month it's quite nice and well ventilated gym. My concern is less towards the Gym and more to its policies. They don't pause your membership and still charge you even if u r not in the town for a few months.
Negative experience: I have been training in this Gym since December, but unfortunately today I was stolen . I can not believe that happens inside of the Gym.
Negative experience: This is worst gym in slough lot of members have left last two months, there was no hot water for 4 months and alsó the lift has been broken for 6 months só you have to walk 30 steps before u come too the entrance of the gym and the equipment só old and broken and this gym has worse mangerment i seen in this gym, There so many other gym in slough are much better then easy gym dont waste your money here , the biggest problem is the manager ( leon mitchell) He has major attitude problem lot of old members have left the gym because of him and easy gym don't care.
Negative experience: It has gone downhill under new management. Although the pack sessions are good, the staff are not too keen on helping you out even for basic stuff until you go for PT. Previous staff was far more helpful. Cleanliness and ventilation/air conditioning is below average.
Positive experience: Really workout my gluteus been very helpful with using equipment friendly staff but sometime very boring
Negative experience: Very very very very bad 3 months no hot water I don’t mind what the problem but all guys heat that no hot water in gem so shame

Fantastic experience: Great staff and environment, PACK45 classes are worthy if you want to challenge yourself and accomplish your goals
Positive experience: Great for price but as you go through up to the gym with all those flight of stairs which incidentally feels like a workout in itself. You hit a horrible smell going up. Also it was hard to find anyone to help. It's a keypad finger print system. On a plus point there is a lot of gym equipment for all those into serious body building and weight training.

Positive experience: I’ve been a member of the gym for a couple of weeks now and I like the equipment but.. Each time I have attended I have noticed how the cleanliness compared to other gyms I have been a member of like Puregym and Langley leisure centre is quite bad. But this evening I must say it was the worst, nearly every piece of equipment I used was sticky. Can something extra be done to ensure proper hygiene standards? I really like the equipment and location of the gym and I would like to stay a member but this is quite off putting. If standards pick up I am more than willing to rescore higher. I would of emailed this but there is no email address for the gym.

Fantastic experience: The gym is pretty impressive. Lots of space, equipment, clean locker rooms, joining and accessing the gym was easy. It’s nice they have a ladies only zone but the weights are a bit sad in that area. Chipped plates, worn down dumbbells, missing attachments in cable machine, only one bench. If you’re serious about weight training ladies, it’d be better to head down to the main weight room. The main door to the building was also open without restrictions, it’d be nice if that was addressed as well. But overall, a big thumbs up from me.

Fantastic experience: I became a member of Easy Gym in September 2018 and must say for the first time in many years am enjoying myself at a GYM. I have started the Pack 45/Spinning classes which are intense but effective and I have noticed an incredible change in myself already! The club manager Leon and assistant Krystof are doing a supherb job in the classes, they are very supporting and encouraging always willing to help. The ladies only zone has a easy access with a variety of machines. For paying £17.99 per month with no contract fees I feel I am getting a lot from Easy Gym, “good value for money” Well done Easy Gym!

Positive experience: To get to the gym you nee to walk through probably the sketchiest, dirtiest building entrance in the town, in an area I wouldn't like to be at night, and climb 3 flights of stairs. The actual gym itself is much better, well equipped with multiple of almost every machine and station, and the largest free weights area I have ever seen. I have been reliably (and independently) informed the female only area is large and well equipped with some good free weights stations. I did however feel uncomfortable in the gym due to the other patrons staring and seemingly judging.

Negative experience: I know nothing about that gym. But this place is not safe. My son lost TWO BIKES within one month!!! Is not acceptable. Managment should sort this out. Anyone from the street has got access to the building.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed where we reached with the gym. The new management team in place is A* and overall delivery team are great. The high impact new pack 45 session are very challenging, 24hr gym, 3hr carpark and the gym clean. We have an amazing turn around of getting things fixed in the gym. Over impressive change. Positive experience: Equipment needs updating and a few more leg machines needed eg hack squat!! Need to ensure people are in sportswear not jeans and flip flops! Hygiene needs to be addressed too - lack of people using deodorant! A mess with weights scattered all over too

Positive experience: Entrance and stairs to gym are incredibly grim and stink of mould, the lifts never work either so don't go if climbing six flights of stairs is hard for you. Once in the gym itself though it is a pretty good place. Even when busy there are always treadmills available and changing rooms are reasonably spacious. Weights areas are full of preeners who spend more time shouting at each other about Facebook than working out and there are a LOT of people who think they can reserve a machine indefinitely by leaving their water bottle next to it and then coming back and saying 'I'm using that!' to which you must reply - 'No you were not, you were standing fifty feet away chatting on your poxy phone'. Quite a broad range of people so atmosphere is otherwise quite neutral, very few women go which is why they have cordoned off a small area for 'Ladies only' which makes the rest of the gym, a de-facto 'Ladz-Only' place but in no way intimidating to anyone. Occasionally, music is ear splittingly loud, easily overpowering your iPod even if it is at full volume. Think 'night-club loud'. I get the impression the loud music is for the benefit of the staff as 95% of members have headphones on but they wouldn't ever consider turning it down so don't ask. There is little or no air conditioning - if it's a hot day the gym will be HOT but that's not such a bad thing. All things considered it is a good value gym and equipment is fine, I've been a member for maybe two years and will continue. You are left completely alone which is rare for gyms these days. If you want to have a work out and be on your way it's fine.

Positive experience: This gym was one of the first budget gyms and the cheapest in Slough. For the money it is reasonable and classes are included in the price. Air conditioning for the treadmill area isn't great though and equipment that breaks takes a long time to be repaired.
