Fantastic experience: Excellent venue.

Positive experience: Good athletics place but lacks facilities

Positive experience: I have been to this track before, but many years ago in my young athlete days (both for indoor and outdoor competitions). The 2024 South of England Athletics championships were held here. The outdoor track is ok, not the fastest, but it's clean, no lumps or pot holes. There were, however, lots of stones on the track for some reason. Thankfully, it wasn't too windy on our race day (and it was a tail wind down the home straight), but it's an open track, surrounded by trees, so I would assume it can get quite windy sometimes. Planes also fly quite low overhead, so it can be quite noisy at points. It's great that there is an indoor facility as well, though. I do like this as it pairs as a sports hall and a 60m straight for indoor sprints. Very useful. [Edit] Parking was not free on our event day, which I found disappointing ( I would have thought athletes should at least be free as we already paid to compete in the event). We were given a reduced day rate, but as I was paying on the day, I was told to choose either the machine or go to reception to pay. I chose the machine and ended up paying £7.50 (which was not the reduced fee - I was not informed that the machine option would be more). However, I was later informed that parking is free for members/ regular users, which is good to know.

Positive experience: External track Athletics event. Nice track good viewing areas.

Fantastic experience: Had a 4 aside football game there. Indoor pitch is good. Generally, the place is good, and people are friendly and welcoming. Facilities such as changing rooms were clean, and the bathrooms too were good with warm water I did see some boxing facilities, can't comment, I know nothing about boxing Added a few pics

Fantastic experience: Great customer service; a team who listens to clients. After feedback requesting an additional weekly yoga session, this was made to happen. A lovely friendly team who always make clients feel welcome on entry.

Fantastic experience: Really good coaches and have lots planned to do.Very fun and definitely recommend.

Negative experience: I picked up my daughter from a school sports day and got slapped with a £100 parking notice. I was there for 20 minutes, probably 15 of those trying to get out from the place together with hundreds of of other parents. I will not be going there again.

Fantastic experience: Its wonderful place for sports activities

Negative experience: The toilets are a total disgrace. No loo roll, no hand soap, or hand paper…dirty taps, dirty floor, clearly not cleaned for weeks. So disappointing for a good facility. Disappointed too that the cafe isn’t open on a Sunday when there 100s or people here.

Fantastic experience: Superb facility for a school sports day. The stand remained shaded throughout a very sunny day, thus protecting the students when not competing. The track is excellent, and the infield area provides for all the field events. Centre staff organised the car park for parental drop off which made the start to the day much smoother and easier.

Fantastic experience: Langley grammar school arrange their annual sports day in this venue every year so I have the opportunity to visit this place once a year. Very nicely organised for parents to drop off and pick up their children safely entering to the car park. They should provide free parking for the parents though! But overall it’s a good place!

Fantastic experience: Grandsons kick boxing club Fujau have got a permanent place there and as he trains 3 days a week I decided to join the gym there and do.my own training instead of sitting around waiting for him to finish. Great gym and plenty of equipment.

Fantastic experience: my grandaugter is having high jump training and i am taxi for her. it is so nice anf ecouraging to see all these young budding athletes out training

Fantastic experience: I joined a few months ago, i use the gym and squash courts regularly. It’s just perfect for me. The squash community is great. I get to play with fantastic players weekly. Staff are great, always helpful. 100% recommend.

Positive experience: Went there for a physio appointment. If you are not there for the leisure facilities, they charge you for parking. Fair? I don't think so. I cannot comment on the facilities.

Fantastic experience: My daughter does athletics here 3/4 times a week. Good club, downer used to be parking but now new charging has come in problems with parking gone.

Negative experience: decent gym. Heidi rude whenever you try and sort an issue out civilly. dirty changing rooms and dirty squash courts (definitely not international standard that is laughable). signed up on what I believed was a rolling contract and then when I went to cancel because I was moving from the area I was told it was a 12 month contract.when I mentioned I wasn't made aware, I was told I was lying and was basically treated like rubbish since. on the last day of my membership which was the last day of the month I was denied entry (even though I paid for the whole month) and that I would have to pay to enter... despite paying for the month and it hadn't finished yet... someone explain that. would not recommend if you like clean changing rooms and staff that treat you with respect. Just been called and threatened by another member of staff to take the review down because they have have my details and know where I live! Very professional I must say. Police have been made aware of this behaviour.

Positive experience: Absolutely fantastic place if you like running, jumping, or chucking stuff around, or you like to watch others doing this. If you don't fancy that sort of thing then it's probably not for you and is therefore best avoided. 3 stars, could and probably should have been more, but I am a fairly indolent character, and there wasn't a bar there.

Positive experience: Very nice place! Parking was a bit of a nightmare but they have a great facility! they even have their own cafeteria to sell foods and drinks and a lovely patch of grass surrounding the track which is a nice place to sit. there are also some stands to sit in in case you need a chair.

Positive experience: Thames Valley Athletics Centre is a full fledged sports & training centre. Situated in the playing ground of Eton College, Windsor. It has indoor sports hall, Gym, outdoor running track, wonderful viewing terraces for spectators. Apart from sports training, fecilities for meeting, parties are available here. It's a fabulous place with multy facilities. In February, 2020 I had been to here with my grand daughter, she was getting training in athletics here.

Fantastic experience: A fine establishment for sports and sports injury treatment. This purpose built centre has a fine all weather running track with viewing terraces for spectators. There is a great gym on offer plus many athletic support services such as physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: Gym reopened after Covid-19 lockdown, hurrah. The centre has a lot of space, so everything is laid out into marked isolation boxes. You book a slot to avoid overcrowding, there are many sanitising products around the building, and everything is cleaned between exercise sessions. Very pleased to be able to exercise the way I want to again!

Fantastic experience: Wow! What a warm, friendly and exciting welcome back to TVAC this morning. Everything was super organised, with clear guidelines and the revamped club is looking spectacular too. Thanks to Haydee and all the TVAC team, it was amazing getting back into the gym after months away, I've missed it even more than I thought!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facility! All the staff do amazingly to manage such a large club. They work hard, are friendly and welcoming and truly want to best for all members. Their hard work is a true testament to the manager here who I always see involved in every matter and wanting the best for every visitor, she is always on hand for any query or comment and will go above an beyond for everyone. Every time I visit this facility, the manager always seem to be there. I enjoy myself every time I am here and thank her for her continuing efforts to make this place better and better everyday. I would not recommend this place if you only use the gym, weight training area and/or changing rooms.The facilities are very dated everywhere, the weight training area old equipment and decor. The changing rooms are terribly designed, ages ago, with toilets stalls inside changing area (smelly), in desperate need of update. Terrible customer service, careless management about their members. Management does not seem to care about clients. Never a smile or look up to greet, and it reflects in the staff behind the desk. I sent an email cancelling my membership when I finally decided to leave after 2 years as a member and the response did not include an inquiry why I was leaving. I then responded providing my reasons for leaving and I got nothing back. As a business owner I find it appalling for a customer service based facility to not revert with a care and concern response to a complaint. Over 2 years later, now 2022 and nobody ever tried to contact me. No email, no phone call. Shame

Positive experience: Generally good availability of squash courts, even at peak times. I don't use the gym often but it's well equipped and you can always find equipment available to use. Bar area is good with regular social events, e.g. speed dating on Friday 15th Feb but my wife wouldn't agree for me to attend! Outdoor facilities and indoor sports hall seem well attended by many younger athletes with coaching, creating the current and next generation of Olympians. Overall a good facility which I am pleased to recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, facilities & staff.

Positive experience: TVAC has a wide and varied number of classes to suit all people and their level of fitness and a personally would recommend Spin and the fit classes. It has a large gym and a running track that has been re-serviced recently. After a good workout there is the sauna and steam.

Positive experience: My kid has taken part in the athletics clubs, both the ongoing and the holiday clubs. It's absolutely brilliant. Fantastic coaches, all are so incredibly patient and give the kids such amazing encouragement. Martin and the team do a fab job. The facilities are really good too.

Fantastic experience: Lovely place to go to especially when schools come to compete with each other it is a spectacular place if you have visited review. It's special to because professional athletes go there to train it is massive.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member here for just over a month; it really is a fantastic gym! not too big and not too small... but has everything equipment wise you'll need regardless of your personal goal! The staff are friendly and willing to help and the views over the track make it a perfect setting for my evening work out. I am also very impressed with the competitive rates and prices compared with other local gyms / health clubs.
