Rena Health & Leisure at Leonardo Royal London Tower Bridge

Negative experience: Awful Experience! There is a huge difference between a spa and a health club and I think this should be clearly stated, as this was not made to seem like a local health club but a luxury spa which this was definitely not. There was a pool which had toilet paper floating in it, a sauna which was out of order, a Jacuzzi where only a few of the jets were working so it felt like I was sitting in a warm bath and a random hole in the wall which they referred to as a “relaxation area” which only 2 couples could it in very awkwardly. With all of these issues not only did this not make this a relaxing afternoon, it was so busy and with the lack of places to sit or things to use ( with the sauna out of use) people were sat around the pool waiting for their turn in a small hot tub.. not ideal. We then left to go to our massage, and were sat in another “relaxation room” where there weren’t enough seats to fit people so were stood in a corner waiting to be collected. When we called up prior to the visit to book our time slot for the massages the lady advised there were couple rooms where we would be taken to have our massage as this was our anniversary. To our surprise, we were collected separately and when asked they replied this wouldn’t be possible and then further to my shock I got taken to a room with a double massage bed but my partner was in a separate room ( so something that could have been possible ) the massage itself was very lovely but that was the only positive of the experience it was just a shame again to have been mislead after requesting this over the phone. When leaving, the receptionist could quite clearly see we were very unhappy with this experience so offered us a facilities pass for another day, I appreciate her gesture but once was defiantly enough Overall, I feel massively cheated out of an experience and left feeling very disappointed, underwhelmed and definitely not relaxed. Would not recommend nor would I ever return.

Negative experience: Came in for a spa treatment for myself. Worst customer serviced!! Young man at reception ruined my whole experience. No hello, no thank you nothing. When you ask questions you have to ask twice and he’ll look down and speak to you. How can someone hire an individual so arrogant. Other than that the spa and massage was nice.

J’ai eu l’impression que la masseuse voulait faire du feu avec mon front, ce qui était extrêmement désagréable. Quand je lui ai demandé si c’était possible de changer, elle m’a répondu non. Quant au jacuzzi, il est beaucoup trop petit par rapport au nombre de personnes présentes, ce qui gâche totalement le moment de détente. De plus, la propreté des toilettes, que ce soit à l’hôtel ou au spa, laisse vraiment à désirer. Je ne suis pas du genre à laisser des commentaires, mais ces personnes ont gâché ma journée. Ahh oui, un sourire n’a jamais rien coûté, il serait donc judicieux de revoir le comportement de vos employés. Je ne recommande pas ce spa. — Very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception by a young man was appalling, leaving a bad first impression. The massage was not up to standard: the masseuses seemed to lack training or experience, making the session pointless and unpleasant. I felt like the masseuse was trying to start a fire on my forehead, which was extremely uncomfortable. When I asked if it was possible to change, she said no. As for the jacuzzi, it’s far too small for the number of people using it, completely ruining the relaxing moment. Additionally, the cleanliness of the toilets, both in the hotel and the spa, leaves much to be desired. I’m not the type to leave comments, but these people ruined my day. Ahh yes, a smile doesn’t cost anything, so it would be wise to work on the attitude of your staff. I do not recommend this spa.

Le massage...Une performance digne d’un atelier découverte, on se demande si c’était leur premier jour. Quant au jacuzzi, un véritable bassin d’expérimentation sociale : minuscule, bondé, et loin d’être relaxant. Idéal si vous voulez vous entraîner pour les bains publics d’une autre époque. Fantastic experience: We booked the Ultimate Tranquil Spa Day package and absolutely loved it. We received unlimited access to the spa facilities, 2 different 50 minute treatments each and afternoon tea. Our massage therapist Georgina made our day even more special by really taking care of us and making sure we had everything we needed. She was an incredible masseuse and this spa is lucky to have her working there. We received the best treatments ever and simply could not compare it to anywhere else we have attended. I hope we see her again!

Negative experience: Unfriendly staff, mediocre facilities, awful treatments by untrained professionals, extremely overpriced. Do not waste your money and go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Rena Spa at Tower Bridge for a spa day and massage, and it was definitely one of the best massages I’ve ever had. My therapist, Flori, was exceptional. She was thorough, attentive, and genuinely skilled at her craft. She took the time to ask how I preferred my massage and ensured my comfort throughout the entire session. I couldn’t recommend her enough; I’ll definitely be returning for another massage with her very soon. The spa area itself was lovely. Very clean, tidy, and offering all the amenities I’d expect from a top-tier spa. The atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing mostly, perfect for unwinding. The only slight downside was the pool area, it became extremely busy as the morning progressed. At times, there were no chairs available to sit down, and the sauna and hot tub were very crowded. For someone who prefers a bit more privacy and a quieter atmosphere, it felt a bit overwhelming at time That said, I still managed to enjoy my time there and left around midday when it was too busy and noisy. I appreciate the venue is part of a hotel so it’s tricky to know how many people will be using the facilities especially on the weekend. I will book a weekday evening next time to see if that’s a little quieter. Overall, I highly recommend Rena Spa at Tower Bridge for its quality service and lovely setting. Just plan to arrive early to make the most of the facilities before they get busy!

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience here yesterday. We had booked the ‘Time Out Tuesday’ offer and must say the cocktails, facilities and treatments were absolutely fantastic. Staff were lovely. The hotel felt very welcoming. We will be coming back for sure!

Fantastic experience: Amazing spa day. Called up the hotel a few days before to see if they had any space for Time Out Tuesday package. The lady was really helpful and booked us in no problem. We arrived and the reception staff were lovely, held our bags for the day whilst we went sight seeing afterwards. The treatments we had were fabulous, really kind and lovely staff. Facilities were clean and accessible. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant where staff were lovely and we had very quick and friendly service. Food was yummy and cocktails were very nice! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Amazing, relaxing massage 10/10! I also used the facilities; hot tub, sauna and steam room which was lovely. The staff were also very friendly. It was an overall relaxing and great experience. I would just recommend going on a weekday or quieter time, I went on a Saturday lunchtime so it was a bit busy but didn’t disturb my time.

Positive experience: The Spa needs a bit of love - the ceiling was leaking in the changing rooms, one of the bike machines in the gym didn't work (screen didn't respond), hair dryer didnt work and the swimming custume drier didn't work. also there was little room for people to get dressed in the changing rooms in private, had to get changed in the toilets! Otherwise really nice pool but def lower end spa experience - it's a 3 star let's be honest

Negative experience: I've had multiple infuriating encounters with the gym policy at this resort. Initially, they enforce arbitrary rules to shirk their responsibilities. Despite being welcomed for five consecutive days and even assisting the manager, suddenly, they barred my entry citing a nonexistent age restriction. It's evident they concocted this excuse to avoid their duties. This resort boasts terrible customer service, with rude and unpleasant staff consistently turning pleasant experiences into frustrating encounters. Avoid wasting your time and energy dealing with such atrocious service; exploring the city is a far better option than contending with disrespectful employees at this resort.

Negative experience: Beautiful pool, but the staff, so Rude!!! My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and managed to visit the gym/pool 3 of 5 days. Each time greeted by a surly attendant who had zero interest in customer service. She actually seemed to enjoy barking out the rules. It doesn’t take much to smile and offer friendly advice, but this attendant felt it more important to our guests in their place! I guess customer service with a smile is something hard to come by post pandemic.

Positive experience: Amazing Swimming Pool, Suna and Steam room, what not to love about this hotel. Absolutely relaxing. Amazing Coustermer Service, but they didn't give me a bag for my wet clothes that why its a 4 star, but all in all, amazing.

Negative experience: Spa reception staff is completely untrained and impolite, I had emailed them to cancel my membership a month in advance as per their cancelation policy, to come to find out that I got my membership canceled a month in advance instead! When I asked them about it the girl with short hair has taken my card away and told me that I cannot enter as membership was canceled immediately and not 1 month in advance! Today I see that they have charged me the membership for this month, although it got canceled??? I had my card taken away, my account canceled at a wrong time, and I was charged the monthly fee!! When I went to speak to Rena spa, the blond girl was rude and unhelpful, never apologised for them not doing their job correctly! AWFUL! They have no trained lifeguard on duty! I dont understand how this is allowed!

Fantastic experience: It’s my first time here ,just entering hotel it’s beautiful scent ,down to B3 spa looks incredible ,refreshment water and fruits available ,beautiful relaxation lounge with selection of teas and coffees.i had done back scrub today and back of leg massage and foot massage by Tara Whitley spa therapist .she is just amazing ,I never liked massages especially for my legs,because I’m very sensitive of pain,I bruise quickly ,and she asked me if I’m comfortable ,and warm ,and she asked if pressure is okay ,i asked her if possible less pressure ,it was amazing she knew what she is doing ,the way she massaged my legs it made me smile ,15 years in U.K. and this was first spa where I felt taken care fully .Thank you Tara Whitley ,I will return .also the facilities such as sauna steaming room jacuzzi is clean and amaziiiinggg ❤️

Fantastic experience: I visited London to see a friend for a few days, we booked the Rena Spa at The Royal Leonardo Hotel through Wowcher, the deal was absolutely fantastic, 2 hours spa plus afternoon tea for 2 people, £69! The spa was ever so quiet, we had the place more or less to ourselves. Sauna and steam room we're great, and the jacuzzi was the added bonus, it was great! I would definitely recommend this spa, it was one of my favourites that I have been to! The Afternoon tea was very decadent, everything was so so tasty, and the array of teas and coffees to choose from will have you deciding for a while! Excellent day all in all!

Negative experience: A terrible spa experience. After arriving it became clear that there is nowhere to sit as all 4 loungers were taken. Not surprisingly considering there must have been 40 people plus in the spa. Being pregnant my only option was to spend the afternoon in the pool which again was very crowded as you would expect with only 4 loungers. The pool was cold and when I asked the lifeguard if there was an option of getting another chair he said no and offered me his chair . I was advised there was a relaxation room but this was hosting a hen party. The treatments were dire. A 25 minute facial of hair smoothing and pressing the cotton pads on my eyes and a massage over the top of a towel. I’m sure the venue is beautiful but it was the longest two hours of my life. At no point with discussion to the spa staff was any apology offered. The only drink available is water and that was warm. If you have the option to go anywhere else then do!

Negative experience: I have always loved coming to this spa hotel for special occasions such as birthdays/anniversaries etc but unfortunately did not have a good experience on this occasion and it’s a shame when a couple of staff members can change your whole experience and views on somewhere I love to go as a luxury convenient break. I had a very unhelpful, rude women with short hair today at the spa reception. I didn’t feel the staff were as professional as past experiences we had free bubbly with our spa day and seems like I had to go around in circles to get the drink that was part of the package. I wasn’t so bothered about the drink but the fact I couldn’t get it without a fuss was a big inconvenience. Not sure if the day was just poorly managed but seems like the people that assisted me today didn’t know the processes or policies and had no communication between departments but i just feel it was disappointing and a waste of money and not the best of birthdays

Fantastic experience: I couldnt have a better experience! The spa has steam room, sauna swimming pool and jacuzzi. They give you bath robe, slippers and locker for your belonging. Everything is clean. In the entrance there is even detox water for the guest. I went there with a wowcher experience. I rate the 5 out of 5 because I had a very good and relaxing experience

Booked the day off as it was my mum’s birthday so we were hoping to have 2-3 hours using the facilities but who wants to spend only 3 hours in the sauna . Positive experience: Nothing was working well while I was there. Steam room was cold and looked really dirty. No jets in the jacuzzi. Cushions on the loungers really needed a wash. Treatments were good, but ruined by no soundproofing so all I could hear was screaming kids in the pool. Not a relaxing day. My friend had a better experience as her room wasn’t next to the pool but we agreed the facilities weren’t great.

Negative experience: POOR EXPERINCE, waste of time and money DO NOT USE. I and my partner booked a spa deal via spa breaks, for the Rena Spa at Leonardo Royal City Hotel. On arrival to the spa, we were unable to use the facilities. The team stated an email was sent out which was not in my inbox or junk regarding treatment times. They were extremely rude and unhelpful and were unable to provide a solution or proof the email was sent. The defensive spa manager Adrian explained how as the booking was made through a third-party site, they were unable to provide any alternative to the mishap and we were denied access overall. I spoke with Georgia at the Rena spa team before booking the date. I was made aware that we can visit the spa any time between 10am to 6pm and treatments run all day, that we can come any time as Friday is not busy. She failed to mention an email being sent, or that I would need to be at the spa at a specific time. It's been an unpleasant experience from the spa team, I understand mistakes do happen with bookings and emails, but there was a lack of accountability or solution. It has been a complete inconvenience of time and money as well as a poor level of communication from the spa itself. After emailing with Barry, the Service Liaison Manager, and going back and forth, we were offered a pathetic £40 voucher from the overall £240 for another spa break facility. It seemed like spa breaks had a lack of authority to make changes to the booking as they are third part and the spa manager simply refused to. Save your money and time, the service and experience has been tragic, never again. 697047

Negative experience: I expected more I have visited the venue a couple of times. Reception staff lack welcoming, Treatments were not great therapist didn’t ask how massage pressure was, what kind of skin etc and honestly had the noisiest shoes on wasn’t really relaxing ! Facilities are good but we there was a lot of phone usage and filming by some guests and no staff around pool area to notice what is going on, when told they didn’t seem that bothered Needs a lot more finesse for the money you pay !

Negative experience: I used the day spa here. The wet room smelled good and comfortable, and the massage I had was very good. However... I'm sorry to say this but I'm so disgusted and disappointed to see they were using the same towel we use to wipe the floor in the changing room even around the toilet... The floor is all soaked, hairs and vinyl bags left on the floor everywhere... Definitely cleaning should be improved.

Negative experience: Booked a birthday surprise spa day for my girlfriend on 13th Feb, not relaxing at all, too many people and dirty facilities in places. People crowded (8+) in the jacuzzi, all day loungers taken (there were only like 10 anyway), towels strewn everywhere. Kicked in the pool due to lack of space. People on their phones in the pool and jacuzzi, taking selfies of their swimming costumes like it was a fashion show. We had our treatments (which were fine, and staff were nice) and left pretty quickly afterwards. Felt very ripped off, should have gone to a public swimming pool, would have been more relaxing (or at least more space!).

Positive experience: A great choice for a spa out of all other Rena branches. This one I can always rely on with a spacious environment and all facilities working great! Only the waterfall is not working as I remembered before but the jacuzzi is so powerful for a good massage! However, the women's changing rooms only has 3 showers which I dislike about the tower bridge branch compared to other branches. Having to wait for the shower sometimes is annoying for those who only come for the spa day.

Fantastic experience: It’s a shame to read some of the negative reviews below as my partner and I had a completely different experience! The booking process over the phone was easy, the pricing was clear and communication was smooth. Then on the day we were welcomed nicely, the place was clean and all of the facilities (steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool) worked well. We got a cup of tea before our treatment which was on time and as described on the website. All in all a very relaxing day and we will be back!

Positive experience: Found given "check in time ",to be very late. Reception staff friendly and atmosphere in lobby lovely. On our first full day we had inclusive treatment ,when booking as a Spa guest. Which was as stated " express". Unfortunately our room was only half cleaned on our return at 5pm,even though switch saying ,please clean was on from around 10am. Beds were made but towels in bathroom were still on floor and unchanged, cups and glasses unwashed and coffee/tea not refilled. Photos of room and jacuzzi not a match to website . Beds very comfortable and rooms quiet. On second morning unfortunately we had a power cut from 7.30 am to around 10am. Which ment we could not use the pool, sauna or any of the wet area and as check out is 11am,we lost out on our 2 permitted hours of use a day. When asked at reception at checkout,if there was any compensation offered,we were told that it's not their fault. I asked to speak to the manager but was asked to leave e -mail address and phone no ,but a week later ,I still have not been contacted.

Fantastic experience: Rena Spa was very good! Well worth the visit. The spa facilities are great, used the sauna and jacuzzi. My friend and I had a 25 minute back massage by Tara and Maria. Water, tea, coffee, biscuit and fruit on arrival. Lovely and friendly receptionists. I booked this via spa breaks and I’m so glad I did. My friend and I had a great time! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Good place to relax. They do have an offer similar to Groupon, but some extra time is added to your massage (45mins Vs 30 from Groupon) for the same price. We went there on Sunday after 2pm as our incredible massage was at 4.45pm and swimming lessons were ending at 2pm. Ask if there are any swimming lessons before you go. Ask if the robe is included in your treatment/offer. Bring 1£ coin for the lockers as they only work like that. Enjoy and take pictures :)

Negative experience: What a hideous experience, if I wasn’t with such lovely company I would have left fighting for my money back! We booked a 1 night spa getaway with a treatment and dinner. It was 5’ before my treatment when I came to receptionist and asked her where the showers are as I didn’t see them in the locker rooms. She said I don’t have time for shower anymore. I insisted because I was feeling extremely hot and wanted to refresh myself with cold water. She said again no. I got more angry and insisted again more strictly, she then said okay I can take a shower but the time will be taken from my treatment to which I said fine I don’t care. I then asked her where the showers are for the fourth time and she said in the locker room. At this point I had to literally ask her to physically show me because I couldn’t find them. Needless to say I made it in time for my appointment because all I needed to do was splash cold water on me which took 10 seconds. The treatment: back scrub was lovely although the massage that followed felt like the therapist kept on repeating one movement over and over for 35’ - mostly just trapeze area, which became quite annoying after a while. The “head massage” was horrendous, she used no oil whatsoever and started rubbing my dry scalp and pulling my hair. To the point when I had to tell her it’s hurting me. I asked her to massage anything else but my scalp. She refused to massage my face. Instead she massaged my shoulders for the remaining 25’ The spa: changing rooms are completely unpractical, all lockers are located on one side of wall above each other, there is literally no space for women to change unless you come at some ridiculous off peak time like 6am maybe. There’s no privacy for changing, the floors are all wet and dirty. It gets even worse when you get to the spa, incredible dirt everywhere, your slippers get instantly wet and you feel disgusted with each step. You see lots of chunks of hair on the floor as if they haven’t cleaned for a week. Makes you wonder about cleanliness of the water. There’s pool of water in sauna floor- unavoidable unfortunately and again very disgusting. Steam room was not working and we got no discount & no notice about this. There were only few spa beds and you could see dried up water marks all over the textile, not nice at all. Far from 4* experience. Will not return again.

Negative experience: Afternoon tea and spa! Now I had an absolute lovely experience up until I entered the spa downstairs. I encountered a rude receptionist who was adamant that I did not have a booking with them. She asked for email confirmation however I was not sent one. I explained that my name was upstairs and could she ring up, she then rolled her eyes at me and rang up. Her manager came down and confirmed our names was on the list. She then rudly asked for a debit card to secure the locker key. Her whole professional demeanor was disgusting. As a social media influencer I was tempted to film the experience but the staff upstairs were so nice I decided not to out this hotel! Note to management.... STAFF NEED TRAINING. Needless to say I won't be returning in hurry

Positive experience: We had a treatment here which was a really lovely experience, the masseuses were really lovely and welcoming. The spa itself is a bit on the small size, with the pool being quite full at times and there's not enough loungers for people the relax on. The sauna and steam room were decent but a little small. The hot tub was also often very crowded. The changing rooms were not the best and could do with more maintenance

Positive experience: Mixed bag, incredibly uncomfortable chairs as the Sun loungers were all taken. Sauna and steam facilities are decent and fairly spacious. The pool is on the larger side. The foot spa wasn’t working and didn’t smell the particularly pleasant. Definitely not luxurious but a midrange spa experience.

Negative experience: Possibly the worst head massage you will ever get..! My hair kept getting pulled. So many things went wrong during our stay, it became funny. The changing rooms didn’t seem clean. One redeemer was that the breakfast was nice

Fantastic experience: Amazing spa and pool

Negative experience: This was the first and the last time that I will be going to this spa. Firstly I had a deal with the spa and afternoon tea for myself, apparently you cannot go without an email confirmation even tho I had a booking reference. Because I could not access with my deal, I decided to buy the day pass that was for £30. The receptionist gave me just a towel, I asked her if I could have sleepers and she replied - you are not entitled for slippers ( for a service that I just paid) by then I was shocked and very upset. I went inside the changing room and it was crowded and wet. The spa was very crowded and very noisy. Not what you spect for a spa day. There was no space to put your towel because all the sun lounger were all reserved with all the towels and bath robes from the rest of the people. So I had to put my towel on a little table that was on the side. Starting my experience wasn't great. The sauna and steam room weren't even hot. The jacuzzi not hot enough. Inside the sauna, the floor was flooded with water. Eventually, I had a chat with few of the other guests and the day turned out it alright My overall experience was very disappointing and I definitely won be coming back, I am going to cancel. The original booking that I had with the spa. Staff was rude Facilities left a lot to be desired.

Fantastic experience: My experience was great, I bought an spa day with 2 treatments, pool was clean and not crowded, the installations overall where great, staff where friendly and very helpful, and my treatments where conducted with very high standard of professionalism. Very satisfied

Negative experience: Relaxing Day (NOT)!! Erm, where do I start?! It turns out it was school holidays so the whole place was filled with over exuberant children jumping in the pool & splashing icy cold water from the cold water bucket shower all over you whenever you walked past. It was grubby and not at all relaxing! We managed almost 20 minutes from our allocated 4 hour time before we decided to go shopping instead! We then returned for our lunch, which was a vegetable burger - which appeared to have been microwaved!! Yuk!! We then went on to have our treatment which was an absolutely fabulous, relaxing facial in a lovely relaxing, clean & calming room. At least a nice end to the day. I feel really disappointed and annoyed at what a waste of money it was!!

Positive experience: Afternoon tea and prosecco

Fantastic experience: One night stay with friends and the little ones really enjoyed the pool,and steam sauna room. The rooms were clean and big. Had a good stay no complaints will go back for a relaxed days.

Negative experience: I wish I could leave 0 stars. I brought my boyfriend here as a valentines treat and left in tears. There is no where private to change- even the toilets have glass doors. Eventually I was able to use the filthy disabled toilet to change, after asking for it to be unlocked at reception- and was questioned about why I wanted privacy (?!!). The pool and showers were filthy (clumps of hair, grime etc.). The hot tub had about 8 people in- including children dive bombing in and out. Nothing relaxing here. Way too busy to enjoy. The beds were just dirty wooden frames. I spent a lot of money to try and spoil my boyfriend but ended up leaving without using the facilities. Honestly the worst 'spa' experience of my life- should have gone to the local lido. Receptionist didn't even bother to look up when we collected our IDs- apparently crying whilst leaving isn't uncommon here. I wanted to complain but couldn't get her attention. Awful experience, avoid at all costs!

Fantastic experience: Lovely place! Professional, soothing and we were well taken care of.

Positive experience: I had a lovely facial but was very expensive for what it was, just because it was a Friday. The room we stayed in also had issues as the heating didn't work. All in all disappointing .

Positive experience: I went with a few friends for a Spa day here. The ladies changing rooms, didn't actually have any private changing area, only 2 toilets (1 of which didn't have a lock), 3 showers and a small area where the lockers are which got very cramped as it got busy. The pool was room temperature but becomes very cold once you go into the steam or sauna area, the pool should be heated in the winter months. The lounge chairs were packed with people when we got in, which was around 1pm. Overall the sauna, steam and jacuzzi was nice. The back, shoulder and neck massage I got was also very good.

Positive experience: The poolside showers are disgusting not even usable the foot spa ones freezing like your in Antarctica ones hot two are not working and the other two are just don't know what to say also the tiling on the foot spa seats are missing it's these little details that ruin everything to me. on the plus side the sauna and steam room is nice swimming pools good just the waterfall at the end is not working which I wasn't surprised about so yeah if your a hotel guest here and you've spent your money I would be complaining about that I just came for a one day spa so 35 quid so what do they care

Negative experience: I don’t understand how this can still be open. Staff are rude, the jaccuzzi and the spa section was partly out of order. (Not so convenient when you book it just for few hours) The staff should have contacted us to at least postpone or refund us. We paid in advance for a spa and burger, the lady in the restaurant was very rude not even a hello, and not happy because “usually they don’t do burger and spa offer” ( is it our fault if the option was available on the website?!!) The changing rooms are disgusting and dirty. Shower smell pee which is not surprising when you have 2 WC out of 3 out of order. Everything is wrong in this hotel. HUGE SCAM. Avoid by any means.

Negative experience: This place is definitely the worst experience I ever had I will never be going to this place, today I booked a spa treat for my girlfriend and myself and upon reaching there the locker rooms were so disgusting and dirty, the floors with dirty towels lying on the floor, dirty stained shower doors and most things were with out of order or not functioning properly, the customer service is terrible aswell. About the lunch that was booked was burger and fries, but was not delivered insted the chef decided he will give us sandwiches that taste like they were frozen for days and the chick too was horrible I just walked out of this place and a serious waste of money and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Positive experience: Lovely hotel, great rooms. Nice pool, although my husband did manage to cut his foot on the bottom of the pool. But they were there with a first aid it.

Fantastic experience: People should stop moaning about this venue. I have a membership and has nothing negative to say about them. About cleanliness, there is always a cleaner in the locker room every 15mns,also one by the pool. They will inform if there is any issue on arrival. The ladies at the reception are always courteous and extremely helpful. Im happy with my membership and wouldn't change it for anything else. Customer service is on point except for people with a grotesque sense of entitlement.
