Negative experience: bro It’s a nice gym but I was looking for a personal trainer to improve my performance and honestly, the personal trainer they recommended to me spends the whooole time lying on the floor or talking to women, while the brothers exercise incorrectly? Like? How can they recommend this personal trainer to me? he doesn't pay attention to the brothers doing the exercises completely wrong or doesn't correct them. In the long run they will end up with an injury unfortunately and I don’t wanna be one of them. Where is the care taken when choosing and recommending a professional to the clients? No fair bro . Negative experience: The Internet Outage that never gets fixed. It has been one month, the amount we pay should offer basic services like internet to access app and progress each activity. But wifi here never gets fixed. If no wifi and better connectivity how to use Pure Gym application.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been thoroughly impressed with PureGym! The gym is always clean and well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and helpful, making it a great place to work out. Negative experience: Piss smell, no phone service and no wifi? The second you open the toilet door strong piss smell, they haven’t even tried to resolve it you just have to deal with it. No phone service so if someone is trying to call you good luck and to make it worse no wifi for months, can’t understand why they haven’t even sorted wifi. Disappointing hope the owner knows it’s losing money over these things. Also will be taking this higher

Fantastic experience: Wow, this gym is incredible! I've struggled with gym anxiety for over ten years, often paying for memberships but never actually going. Last month, I took the plunge and started working with a personal coach. In just three weeks, I lost 9 kg! Now, almost three weeks after my contract with him ended, I’ve managed to maintain that weight loss. If you're at the Feltham branch, I highly recommend Salvador as your coach. He didn’t just focus on hard workouts; he provided meal plans, recommended vitamins, and helped me build mental resilience. He understood my struggles and supported me in overcoming them. I feel so much more confident now, and I've adopted a healthier lifestyle!

Positive experience: Hi, the classes are good, but could you please fix the schedule on the app? The lessons marked as Zumba are actually Kickboxing-style (Feltham). Apparently, IT can’t fix it, which is quite surprising these days! Correcting it would definitely help reduce confusion for customers attending these lessons. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I love training at PureGym Feltham! The gym is clean, well equipped, and has an amazing atmosphere. Negative experience: Really love this gym much better than the gym group love the vibes and the different types of equipment are great. The only downsides are the lack of communication I’ve been a few time and the doors have been locked with no explanation which is a real downer. Also ever since they have lost customer WiFi it’s not been a great experience it wouldn’t be the biggest deal but you can’t get a connection to mobile data inside to save your life. Really need WiFi for music and use of any internet at the gym it’s a basic thing to provide. Might seem like a small thing but it s a must have for a gym in this age. (Edit) Hi this is a reply to the Pure Gym reply I have already reached out to the Gym manager and they have said they are working on the WiFi but cannot give me a time frame. It’s been over a month and still no WiFi. My review will stay at 2 starts until we get WiFi or I will be using a different Gym.

Positive experience: I recently visited PureGym in Feltham and overall, I had a positive experience. The gym is clean and well-maintained, with a wide range of equipment that caters to all types of workouts. The classes offered are fantastic—very energetic and motivating, which is a big plus. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The gym tends to get very crowded in the evenings after office hours, making it difficult to find available equipment. It might be beneficial to manage the crowd better, perhaps by restricting student access during peak times. Another downside is the cleanliness of the toilets. They often smell unpleasant and could be maintained better. Improving this aspect would significantly enhance the overall experience. Despite these issues, the gym's positive aspects, such as the cleanliness of the workout areas and the quality of the classes, make it a good choice. With a few improvements, it could be even better.

Fantastic experience: I start gym in 2024 it was so good i talk about gym facilities was really good it was neat and clean then i hire gym trainer Salvador he help me to loose weight 6 kg just in 2 months He is extremely reliable & punctual always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.I will highly recommend this trainer.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Sal for providing me with some great PT session at Feltham PureGym. Fantastic experience: Been working with Salvador for about 3 months, 3 days a week.. Absolutely game changer.. He always has something new for me to try and ge tme out of my comfort zone, Before I wasn't as consistent with my training, wasn't increasing my weights and my weightloss has stalled, I'm currently the lightest I've been in a long time and every session with Salvador, I come away having learned something or a new goal.. He is an excellent personal trainer and knows when to push or when to ease off, signing up with Salvador was the best choice I made for my health.. Looking forward where 2025 takes us working together!

Positive experience: It’s been a year since joining Pure gym, in the beginning before the gym was even open there was a lack of poor communication but putting that aside Pure gym Feltham is not that bad it has a good selection of gym equipment and fitness machines. There are just two things that are annoying and that is there are no cleaning stations and cleanliness of the men’s showers (an awful smell) please investigate this.

Positive experience: Good gym, good range of free weights and machines. WiFi could be a lot better though with less downtime. Also people urinating in the showers is disgusting and very unhygienic and smelly which puts me off going here too often.

Positive experience: Its ok, during peak hours difficult to find machines or weights. Avoid showering unless if you love the smell of pee. Seriously the showers needs to be cleaned more often and more machines needs to be added.

Negative experience: Would've given 5 stars as it's a nice gym with nice facilities but no large blue tissue rolls and anti bacterial spray to be found anywhere like in their other locations. Is this because your skimping on the budget or have forgotten? Please add this here also !!!! Pictures are only of the ground floor, the weights are on the second floor which is a nice area also. Also like that there's is 3 hours free parking here, just need to enter your car reg on the tablet when you enter.

Negative experience: Nice big well equipped gym but just always messy. Weights lying about and never put back where they belong ever. Almost the point to where it’s a trip hazard. Shame because it’s a brand new gym and people just aren’t caring. Not saying this is the staffs fault because it’s the people that use the gym. However a few signs can be put up to say to put the weights away

However we know that at busier times, weights are not always returned and our team complete regular re-sets of the gym. We understand that this is sometimes frustrating for our members, and it is included within our Gym Rules that members should return weights after use. Anybody witnessed leaving equipment out of place will be spoken to by our Gym Team. Negative experience: Poor management, staff (specifically manager) don’t care of customers or gym. Internet doesn’t work for days and staff replied that manager said it’s not there problem, sanitizer is missing from 2 months and staff replies, they will tell the manager but don’t think he will do anything. Hopeless!!
Fantastic experience: Really enjoy this gym and the atmosphere. I do feel like it needs some more hand sanitisers and cleaning equipments. But every class that Rob runs is excellent. He is very professional, caters the class to all and is immensely skilled as a trainer.

Fantastic experience: I can’t believe I used to pay so much to go to Nuffield just for the classes! This gym has just opened and the Classes are very good here and exactly what I expect! I feel like I’m reaching my goal of toning with no problems! Very professional and encouraging trainers. Tbh all the staff here are amazing! Fantastic experience: Awesome Gym with friendly environment. Personal trainers are very helpful. Recently been trained by Salvador and he’s awesome trainer. He makes sure you don’t give up. I trained by him and lost 7 kgs in 5 weeks. He makes sure I just don’t lose weight but also tone my body through weight training. I highly recommend him. He’s the best..

Fantastic experience: Gym used to be better when it opened now it’s a real mess . Female toilets always stink so bad and they’re dirty. These toilets should be attended from cleaners at least every 2 hours but I think they just clean them there once a day. Mirrors always dirty downstairs and upstairs like nobody cleans them for days . Can you put punchbags in the gym ? Would be great.

I would like to see more dumbbells beyond 50kg but that's just probably me. what did stand out for me was the Personal Trainer Dallyn, cleaning the Machines and general tidying up. having spoken to the young man about various training regimes it turns out he is very knowledgeable concerning the fitness industry. 5 Stars

Positive experience: Joined the gym when it first opened, I mostly take the classes. I wanted to highlight a couple of the trainers who have made the classes pleasant, who have given clear understanding, been effective and pushing us to have a good workout! Which is so important when it comes to classes. I had wicked workout at spin with Dylan who was extremely clear with his instructions and timing of each exercise. Rob and Gursimran who are amazing all rounders I’ve had a good work out in all the classes they have instructed. Very efficient and can’t thank them enough on such a good job there doing.

The car park is operated by a third party company in which we do not have any affiliation with. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to cancel such tickets. Information regarding parking is available on the home page of any PureGym which offers parking. The correct parking procedures must be followed, to avoid a parking ticket. We would always advise that you appeal the fine and explain the circumstances. If you get in touch with Member Services, we can also provide you with an appeal document which will be an official letter from PureGym Head Office, stating that you are a member of PureGym and your attendance log for the date in question, will also be provided as proof to show you were in the gym. If your appeal is rejected, we would suggest submitting a case with POPLA. POPLA are an independent appeals process which works with the Ombudsman Service. They investigate whether this fine was issued correctly in accordance with the terms and condition of the car park; whilst reviewing evidence provided in the appeal. On the rejection notice, there should be a 10-digit verification code, and you will then be able to submit an appeal with POPLA via their website: http://www.popla.co.uk/poplaappealprocess. Although we cannot guarantee they will cancel the fine, we do hope for a positive outcome. Thanks, PureGym.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined this gym. The location is convenient, and the gym atmosphere is welcoming. It has a wide range of training equipment. The staff is professional and friendly. My trainer here is Mr Salvador. His training techniques are outstanding. He is very knowledgeable. He trains with a passion and has lots of patience with his clients. Fantastic experience: I’ve been continuing my fitness journey at Feltham pure gym for 2 months and I absolutely love it. Negative experience: Air conditioning is not working, and Because of it is so hot .floor is smell so bad of plastic … I don't think the fumes from the floor are healthy for customers . After today’s workout I feels so dizzy because of the smell

Negative experience: Free carparking iPad not recognising my plate. 3 other people on the same que faced issues. Staff said it's an problem. Would be great if you could properly standardise it without these issues. I'll update my star rating once my plate is effectively recognised. The Asda recognises my plat all the time. No mirrors while working out. We'd like to see our posture while doing movement... around the machines Update: I have already spoken to the "manager" of that branch. They say the "system" doesn't work and they also have pay £5 for staff parking. And can't park there again until 24 hour laps. This is poor terms and conditions if I need to arrive between 5-6 am every day then I need to arrive later the next day (parking management).

Fantastic experience: Pure gym Feltham has exceeded my expectation, definitely one of the best pure gyms in the area. Iam currently training at feltham pure gym with strength and condition coach Salvador. Iam a month into my training and have seen amazing results. Salvador’s session for me are old school body building, he is very straight and narrow with his sessions and has helped me with my goals, jumping from 82kg to 75kg and gain a great amount of strength along the way. I hugely recommend enquiry with Salvador. He also does a weight loss program if you are looking to shred up for the rest of the summer

Negative experience: It is nice and clean but no cleaning stations so cant wipe the equipment down and some of it smells. Also, i love the lifting platforms however really dont understand why they are on the second floor because even 50kg snatches shakes the entire place when you drop the weight. Definitely not suitable if you want to use heavier weights for Olympic lifting or even deadlifting!
