Positive experience: It's a good experience generally, but they used to provide spray and tissues to wipe off equipment, but no more. Not the best experience if someone before has left sweat on the benches.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in the country. It's a very well equipped gym, and the staff are simply amazing and always available to give you the right support. The gym is also kept very clean and although there is a cleaner who comes to clean the gym regularly, on a daily basis, you would see the gym staff wiping down the fitness machines, picking rubbish from the floor or machines, and sometimes even moping the floor. The gym staff go above their job description to keep the gym clean and working well, and you can see that they are very passionate about their jobs and they believe in the gym they work in. Fitness machines are usually serviced regularly to keep them working well, and faults are fixed promptly. The fitness classes are also very good. The classes helped me to lose a lot of weight and tone up my muscles, plus they are a good avenue to make gym buddies. The gym instructors have also been very helpful at helping me make the right healthy choices, whether it is adjusting my diet, choosing healthy cooking appliances such as pressure pots, airfryers or even buying basic things like a good weight scale. The gym staff are very friendly and always willing to give you the right support in whatever way you may need it. I would highly recommend this gym if you live local, and if you don't live local, it is a gym worth travelling to and is only a 10 mins walk from the train station.

Fantastic experience: Last week, my lock decided not to open whilst already attached to the locker. Trying the code numerous times and still failing, I went to the office to seek for assistance. A staff member named James was very polite and made me feel very at ease with this dilemma especially when my car keys are in the locker. Before entering the ladies changing room, James asked me to check that it was clear to enter (being very respectful to other members). James managed to snap the lock off, ensure it was mine and even gave me a replacement lock too! (Very grateful) I then resumed back to the workout like nothing even happened. It was handled smoothly and quickly whilst remaining friendly yet professional. Thanks a million!

Negative experience: I recently joined GYM GROUP FELTHAM and was initially excited about my fitness journey. However, my enthusiasm quickly waned due to the unprofessional behavior of some staff members. Rude Attitude: The staff at the front desk often seem disinterested and dismissive. Simple requests or questions are met with eye rolls and curt responses. It’s disheartening to encounter such negativity when all I want is a positive gym experience. Lack of Courtesy: Basic courtesy seems to be missing. I’ve witnessed staff members talking loudly among themselves while ignoring members waiting for assistance. A friendly smile or a simple greeting would go a long way in creating a welcoming atmosphere. False Accusations: I had diligently followed the gym rules, but the staff member insisted otherwise. Such false accusations are not only embarrassing but also damaging to a member’s reputation. Recommendation: I hope GYM GROUP FELTHAM takes steps to improve staff training and customer service. A gym should be a place where members feel motivated and supported, not discouraged. Horrible experience

Negative experience: Went to the gym on 22/4/24 @4.44pm and rang the buzzer for assistance only for a rude young lady short black hair walked out to me unwelcomingly, with a attitude saying yeah. I said do you not start with a hi. She's like hi. Quite disappointing, unprofession. Do not work there if you have no basic manners. & Speak to others how wish to be spoken to! @gym group my response to your response - this is not about my thoughts but the experience Gym group gave me. An apology would have been at start!

Fantastic experience: The Gym Group Feltham is a very nice and enjoyable place to do your workouts. Staff are very kind and helpful especially Mr Kiomars very professional and helpful lad. I recommend Mr Kiomars to anyone. Good PT knows what he’s doing with his clients.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with ample machines for cardio and weights. Been a regular at this gym for a while now and all the PTs here are very friendly and respectful. Kiomars, one of the PTs, is very cheerful and helpful. Even though he is busy with his client, he always goes out of his way to help you with any gym queries. Highly recommend this gym due to its positive atmosphere all around.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for 2-3 years now and always find it a great place to workout. PTs there are really friendly and polite especially Kiomars. He is very helpful and always has a positive attitude on him. Highly recommend him as a PT and the gym as well.

I’ve been going for a couple of months now and Kiomars the trainer always changes up the work outs ensuring the class is always challenging. Highly recommend! ⭐️

Positive experience: Having an off peak membership is very restricting. The times you have aren't off peak, I've gone different times within what I am allowed and the gym is still super busy. Only few machines available. As a teenager, it is an affordable option but very very limited

Fantastic experience: Excellent well equipped gym and great value for money. Make sure to go during the day as it can get very busy during peak hours. You can also see how many people are currently in the gym at any time on the app which is a cool feature. And to top it off there’s also free parking.

Negative experience: When will you start discipline people to put weights and equipment to its place? It's the worst gym I've ever been to. Big mass. Its a miracle that no one get injured trip in over something.

Fantastic experience: Jehan Amadoru is the best gym instructor ever. Jehan is training the class on every Wednesday from 6.30pm to 7.15pm. I recommend Jehan’s class as it’s very good and unique.
