Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities, plenty of equipment, changing rooms with showers and dedicated coaches.

Positive experience: Good for training and kids. Trainers are very nice and don't shout when you don't understand things

Negative experience: Rang up this place to be told am 2 old to train there when am only 27 when 2 second before that the lady I spoke to said the over 18s class is at 6.30. pretty sure you can box ameture until your 40 now. What a joke of a gym
