Negative experience: The general manager Ian is extremely rude and lacks basic customer service skills and common sense. I go to gym to just have my workout done, refresh my mind and leave. Not to get spoken rudely by staff. He was being rude for no meaningful reason. Bear in mind I have never spoken to him before. He approached me and started talking in an intimidating way about locker where he could have spoken in polite manner. When I matched his energy, all of a sudden I needed to calm down and lower my tone (the hypocrisy). Either he doesn’t realise how he talks to people or someone needs to make him aware of it if he doesn’t know yet. You need to speak with customer in a polite manner if you expect the customers to speak back to you in polite manner. To be honest, the gym itself is a really nice gym and probably one of the best gym in Swindon, and I loved it. But I am not going to a gym to ruin my mood by unprofessional gym manager’s behaviour.

Negative experience: The gym is meant to be a place to work out, not a filming studio. Lately, there are too many people setting up tripods, recording themselves, and occupying shared spaces for social media content. It makes it difficult for regular members to move freely without worrying about being caught in someone’s video. I’m not sure about the legal side, but it feels like an invasion of privacy in a shared space. Please consider implementing stricter policies around filming—people should focus on their workouts or film at home rather than turning the gym into a content creation hub

Negative experience: I’ve noticed that the General Manager at JD Gym lacks basic customer service skills. He doesn’t greet members, rarely smiles, and comes across as unapproachable. When I approached him for assistance, he seemed annoyed and wasn’t very helpful. A gym should have a welcoming atmosphere, and having a manager with better people skills would improve the experience for members

Positive experience: It's very good with all stuffs But unfortunately i am alone ha no friends that's why i am feeling bored

Positive experience: Gym is really good and is actually bigger than I thought. Loads of machines, great for cardio too. The car park is an issue, there is never any space and you just end up parking at the B&M next to it or the huge Tesco just behind it. On the parking front, one staff member was actually quite rude to me. He walked up to me with quite an angry face, interrupted my workout, and then asked me to move my car. Never apologised for interrupting, never said hello, just told asked me if that was my car and told me to move it. Saying that though, you are there for your own time and to work on yourself. If staff interaction / customer service dosent really bother you, then this gym is perfect for you!

Fantastic experience: General manager Ian found £30 of mine on the gym floor and made it his priority to check cameras, find me and return my cash. Staff go above and beyond for members of the JD gyms, Swindon. Best gym staff ever.

Negative experience: This morning (Friday) at 6:00 AM, I arrived expecting the gym to be open as advertised (24/7), but it was closed. Unfortunately, I did not receive any email or notification informing members of a schedule change. This caused inconvenience not only for me but also for others who rely on early gym access. Additionally, I’d like to raise a concern about the toilet facilities on weekends. Currently, they open at 8:00 AM, which can discourage members who work weekends from using the gym early in the morning. Many of us would greatly appreciate it if the toilets could open earlier to better accommodate those with early . Let me know if you’d like further tweaks!

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. I wanted to be honest and canceled my gym membership 14 days early next time I will close my direct debit. Even though I paid for the whole month they deleted me from the system in the middle of the month taking away my ability to enter even though I had paid for the whole month. Thieves. I spoke to the manager and he just got rid of me he didn't want to help at all. I will never come back here again. Cheaters

Negative experience: Been calling for four days and it’s voicemail. One of your members are live streaming in the gym it’s disgusting. People have dv issues are under protection yet they are being exploited by this woman who constantly on tiktok like showing everyone even the staff and changin rooms with women gettin changed

Negative experience: Signed up and had nothing but problems. Firstly they took two payments. One when I signed up but then again 24 hours later. Then I've had constant phone calls and emails even though I never agreed to be contacted for marketing. I emailed straight away regarding payment, had one email back asking me for my other emails (not sure why they need them when I signed up with one) four days later and I haven't had a response since. This was almost two weeks ago now. You are a disgrace. Happy to quickly take money but won't refund if even though you advertise if you're not happy you can get your money back within 14 days of signing up. What about border line fraud taking two payments?!!!!!

Negative experience: Thanks for the parking ticket. Just because I have to wait for every machine and then people leave the doors open to the sauna and I had to wait for it to heat up again I had to stay longer. Someone really had an issue setting up maximum stay 2,5 hours when you have to wait for every machine and then do sauna on top of everything, then shower etc… I stayed only little longer and straight away £60 to pay, like are you actually serious? What a joke.

Fantastic experience: I was never a big fan of the gym having tried multiple different in Swindon but JD has been amazing! It’s a nice open space with more machines and weights upstairs and downstairs that there will always be something available no matter what you’re trying to work on. The staff have always been really friendly and lovely, I currently train with Rebecca, one of the PT’s there, and she has helped me fall in love with weight training and helped find what works for me. I’m in the gym easily 4-5 times a week and love it every time. The classes on offer are amazing aswell, a variety of types and times so even if you miss one there’s always another of the same class at a different time to fit around anyone’s life and work schedule. If you’re even considering signing up here, just do it. You won’t regret it.

I also recommend rosie rkfitness who is a pt in there! She has helped me gain confidence and knowledge! I definitely feel better after going!

Negative experience: Changing rooms should be 24/7, not including the sauna for safety purposes, as there are lockers in the room so having no staff present after 10 shouldn’t be an issue.

Positive experience: Been coming a good few months now, the Gym itself is lovely but the staff aren't welcoming, friendly or very approachable.

Negative experience: No air conditioning, front door left open to try and cool the place. Only 1 pec fly/ rear delt machine when Kiss gym had 2, only 1 abs crunch machine but Kiss gym had 2 of them as well. That's okay if you can manage to get there when it's quiet but usually after work it's rammed.

Negative experience: Sauna is luke warm most of the time probably to save money, only 1 cold shower out of 6, car park not big enough at peak times, very cold inside when wheater is cold outside and when a machine is broken stays broken for weeks… it is a shame that is a big gym with great equipement and position but is a disapointement atm, especially the sauna!

Fantastic experience: Good gym, plenty of equipment, just avoid peak times as it's hard to move around in there during, best off going late in the evening.

Positive experience: Firstly, the gym equipment there is awesome which inherits different methods to activate different body parts. The gym floor upstairs and downstairs are spacious and you don't get in anyones way. People complain about the overcrowding in the gym and lack of weights been put back, however most public gyms have this problem and i'm more of an early bird gym goer so i don't have that issue. I think some of the only bad things I have about this place is: - QR access point. Your only able to access the gym in and out once per day to which a member of staff has to let you in which i'm sure gets irritating to you guys. On top of that, with some mobile networks you can't pick up the QR code and the wifi provided is a bit pants. Again, you have to get a member of staff. This issue can be very problematic in out of staff hours. - Parking can be an issue but that can't be helped with location etc. - While the equipment is very good and plentiful, I wish there was as least another few cable machines for legs relating to the seated leg extensions and hamstring curl machines upstairs as it can be hard to obtain one even in off-peak times occasionally. Other then that, I rather enjoy the place.

Positive experience: The machines are amazing, not very busy, overall great gym, my only issue is that the sauna was broken a couple weeks back and has since not been fixed. I chose this gym over others for this exact feature, and when it's broken they don't bother fixing it for weeks? For this reason I took away 2 stars. Other than that great gym would recommend.

Positive experience: Great gym, never had to wait around for equipment however the Sauna never works or is always below 60 degrees and parking can sometimes be an issue.

Positive experience: Been a member of JD since opening in December 2023, so I've got a mix of opinions since my time here. I would firstly like to state that this gym provides fantastic value for money, and anyone local to the Swindon Wiltshire area should at least try it for 1 month. Below comments are genuine feedback that I hope the team take on board, as nothing below requires any cost investment and will improve the experience for everyone dramatically. The gym should be 4*+ rated on google overall, and it isn't largely due to the below. Good: The arrange of equipment available is truly fantastic. Even when this gym is peak busy, the sheer size means that if you flex your routine order, you can always be using equipment with little to no wait time. The quality of equipment picked is fantastic too. The guys who planned the gym did a top job with their budget, and you can see that money has been spent where its worth it, and cut where its not necessary (For example, treadmills and cardio equipment are all extremely good quality, but not over-priced with TVs that no one uses) The price and flexibility of the membership is great. No joining fee, no commitment. You stay a member because its a good gym, not because of a joining or cancellation fee threat Atmosphere: Music is motivating, gym floor makes you feel motivated and generally its a gym where everyone you see is working out hard. Great environment for all fitness levels. Bad: Maintenance of the gym and staying on top of things working is not being done. People are breaking brand new equipment on a regular basis because staff just aren't keeping an eye on them. I often struggle to find staff wandering around, even at peak time so I'm not sure where they are standing, but they need to keep an eye on people to prevent damage happening. Etiquette : The gym chooses to leave cleaning to its cleaning teams, and i think this is creating a poor etiquette around members. People don't put weights back, they leave equipment dirty or just generally in a poor state where you can't locate things. Large groups: Unfortunately the gym doesn't seem to think that groups of 10-12 people working out together is a little excessive and intimidating. When there are 2-3 groups of 10-12 people working out, it can be hard to safety walk around these people standing in the middle of the gym looking at their phones. I've seen 1 group hold a machine for 40 minutes straight during peak hours as a result, which feels excessive. Changing rooms: They just aren't good. Too small for the size of the gym, with people taking selfies in every mirror flexing during peak hours when there isn't enough space to walk let alone change. Signs stating to respect filming is just straight out ignored in the changing rooms. Atmosphere can get tense sometimes where some people are messing around, and others are getting stressed out. I had to break up an argument a couple of weeks ago that I'm pretty sure would have led to a fight had I not. Sauna: The sauna is inconsistent in how it runs. Most the time it runs at a solid 90c+, but regularly have gone in their to find it running at 60c (which is just completely pointless for recovery purposes)

Negative experience: For everyone giving this a 5 star rating do us a favour and keep working out at this sad excuse of a “gym” you don’t actually workout so staying here will save you overcrowding proper gyms full of people that actually know what they’re doing.

Positive experience: Lots of equipment and room to work out, variety of equipment. Some machines have high demand so you may need to wait a long time or do it anothe day, for example there is only one leg extention machine which is disappointing. Most of the new equipment is also damaged and not treaded very well, anything broken takes 3-4 months to be repared. Lastly the air conditioning is terrible and the gym feels hotter inside than outside, needs turning up. 3 stars only because its big and there is lots to do, the equipment that works is nice.

Negative experience: I canceled the automatic debit, my plan is paid until May 16th, but JD canceled my access to the gym... fantastic. One of the reasons for not wanting to continue with JD, it's difficult to find somewhere to park and also the machines are always busy.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this gym. Very clean and excellent selection of machines and equipment. Great for all fitness levels. The sauna is so great as well. The monthly fees is very affordable, 21.99 per month which includes all the classes as well. Downside is if you want to cancel it takes up to 21 days to cancel your membership so they take a month's fees if you don't cancel 21 days before your payment is due. Mobile service inside is almost non existent but they do have free wifi which works most of the time.

Fantastic experience: Moved over to JD from Pure Gym, it can get busy at rush hour times as expected, however due to the size and large equipment range, it is still good! For the price you pay, it is DEFINITELY worth it, especially for the sauna after an intensive workout.

Negative experience: Firstly, my padlock on my locker was pried open and had about £500 worth of kit stolen from my locker, not much I can do about it as they take no responsibility, so don’t use the lockers there. Also, there is way too many members, busy 24/7, would defo recommend somewhere else such as 24 hr or even buzz.

Positive experience: Top gym in Town Center. New Kit and great selection of machines. - Equipments repair could be nice addition to priority list, there are machines with Out of order sign from Months. - Bag detection feature is super effective. - I think leg extension and pec machines on first floor are high in demand & wait time is too high. Another copy would be a great addition. - Can't understand, how does Changing-room floor get wet, despite separate shower rooms.

Negative experience: I once saw blood on the top of the bars and warned the staff due to the risk of HIV or similar dangers. One of the working girls came to look, saying she would take care of it, but forgot and left as soon as her shift ended. After 10 o'clock, only the accessible toilet is open, and sometimes it can be horribly dirty. At least two or three pieces of equipment or machines are constantly out of order. During busy hours, they play the music at such a high volume that it bothers me even with headphones on. There are no precautions for sterilization. What bothered me the most was one time when I left my bag and was gone for 30 minutes. I couldn't return that day, and the next day they had broken the lock of the locker I left locked. You can see an employee holding a huge pair of iron scissors after ten. In short, it has a disastrous management. I am canceling my membership as of today. It's normal to have some glitches in a newly opened facility, but this many problems are excessive."

Positive experience: Big gym facility. Can accommodate many people at the same time. They have a sauna as well. Classes are ok and can be better with better trainers like for yoga.

Positive experience: Love the gym and the classes but I wish the personal trainers played they’re own music. During the early days of the opening of the gym I remember Lamin used to play good music l where it used to motivate me and my friends while working out but now my friends find it boring whilst I still force myself in these classes. I hope you guys let the personal trainers play they’re music soon

Negative experience: Nice Gym, good kit and spacious. BUT! Changing rooms and toilet facilities (male) are disgusting and smelly! The WC area is awful! It seems to me that the job sheet for cleaning is signed but very little cleaning if any is done. Many occasions I have used the WC at 10:10am for example, the sheet was signed at “10:00am” and the entire area is filthy, smelly and dirty. Not very nice at all! Hence 2 stars. Miserable manager! Seriously, smile say hi, nod, any kind of acknowledgement would do, as oppose to a puffed out chest and carrying imaginary carpets. Never known a gym manager like this in my 20 years of keeping fit.

Negative experience: I am changing my rating to the worse because of the parking, which is only for 2.5 hours. Good workout and sauna can last longer. I got a ticket for exceeding the time limit from a private parking company twice. JD Gym does not want to help with these issues unfortunately. I canceled my pass and went back to TheGymGroup where there is never a problem with parking and there is much more time.

Negative experience: Not even worth the £10 membership, I think the rest of the negative reviews speak for themselves. If you are serious about lifting, I recommend elsewhere.

Negative experience: A phenomenal waste of good kit. Equipment is top tier, that's where it stops. Changing rooms close early, even though it's a 24h gym. No bags on the gym floor - if you're a serious lifter you know why this is a problem. Layout is atrocious, parking is even worse. Entry system is temperamental at best and the GM was on some sort of weird power trip, keen to tell me why his "25 years industry experience," somehow trumps common sense. We're glad that you love the equipment that we have in the gym The changing rooms are closed overnight for the safety of our members as we are unmanned during these hours. If you would like more details on this, please speak to the team in the gym, they will be happy to give you more information. Bags on the gym floor create a trip hazard. We ask that members use our free lockers that are provided to keep the gym nice and tidy. If you have extra equipment that you'd like to use, feel free, please just store this in the locker afterwards. You're welcome to use B&M and Tesco parking while using the gym, so there are loads of additional spaces. Take care, JD GYMS" To address these points - plenty of other 24h gyms have 24h access to the changing rooms, they just require a pin entry system - which JD refuses to implement due to their incredibly irritating app reducing profit lost from pin sharing Bags in walkway create trip hazards, bags tucked into the corner of a rack, where foot traffic is literally impossible, do not. Lockers are on the other side of the gym - I get carbs, liquid chalk, shoes, straps, belt, at least something from my bag every set, so I'm meant to leave my rack unattened in a busy gym, multiple times just for one exercise? Thats completely impractical. Equally, leaving my belt and my shoes out creates just as much of a trip hazard as a small bag would. Where is the logic? So you're ok with JD negativily impacting the parking of the other businesses in the area too? Good to know where you stand.

Negative experience: Such quality equipment, but so many down sides! 1) The changing rooms lock after 10pm during weekdays and 8pm weekends!! What is the point in that? PureGym locks their changing rooms after 11pm, but you can still access with your PIN 24/7. Where am I meant to change? When I realised on Saturday that the changing rooms locked, at 20:05 I asked the manager to unlock and he was seriously rude whilst whining saying I should have known that the doors lock and all he kept saying was hurry up I want to go home! The sheer rudeness threw me off of this gym. I understand he wants to go home after a long shift but don’t take it out on new members who didn’t know! Should moan to his higher ups about the ridiculous rule of locking the changing room at a certain time. No other local gyms have this in place. 2) poor water facilities. If you need a drink, you have to use a sink at the top floor. No electrolyte drink machines like other local gyms. 3) The hygiene thing is a serious one. About expecting members to bring their own sweat towels to wipe down other people’s sweat and the excuse of having a few members of staff clean down the equipment, I seriously doubt that with the amount of machines and people, it doesn’t add up. Bring in some cleaning posts like the other local gyms!! You’ll find most people will tend to do the cleaning before/after themselves! The attitude I witnessed from members of staff from only going 3-4 times, they are not cleaning the equipment let me assure you. £25 a month, you get access to an overcrowded gym, with staff that have absolutely no morale to be there and just sat around in the entrance, bog standard tap water with no access to a changing room at certain times, with absolute filthy equipment to train on. Think I’ll stick to PureGym

Fantastic experience: Superb place to train. All the facilities you could need. I've been working with Jag, one of the personal trainers, who has been fantastic. Really pushing me to achieve my best, with a fantastic amount of encouragement. He has helped me loose 4kg and seriously improve my strength and fitness. More importantly I now feel confident in the gym, and feel comfortable to keep going.

Positive experience: The parking here is always rammed. Get here before 6pm, else you'll struggle to get a parking space near the gym.

Fantastic experience: Attended a couple of amazing classes today. Body Combat with Claire at 9.25am and Body Pump with Lorraine and Hayley at 7.10pm. These instructors are fantastic, they keep you going when you feel you can't do any more. Would highly recommend them. The gym floor is really well laid out and always clean and tidy too if you aren't a fan of classes. Special mention to Rosie and Lamin who always have a welcoming smile and 'hello' for you. Rosie does a great JD burn class too. All in all, a well equipped gym with some great trainers.

Negative experience: Very busy! Yes, it has lots of equipment but they're all so close to each other which makes the place very claustrophobic, especially during peak time

Positive experience: Great gym and some excellent kit but please provide cleaning equipment. The whole ‘members don’t clean’ thing is nonsense. Nobody wants to work out on sweaty equipment and people simply dont bring towels to the gym.

Negative experience: Changing rooms are freezing cold. And showers are on a fixed temperature and they are cold also. I joined in December, they say it will be fixed but still freezing

Positive experience: Great gym, only a few slight constructive negatives! Nothing to wipe down equipment! A sweat towel doesn’t rid the ming some people leave! Yes I know it’s a cheap gym but even the cheaper ones have hygienic sprays or wipes. Car park crazy but understandable being Jan! Hopefully it will die down. Other slight thing staff could be more friendly! No one says hello unless you say hello first! (Makes a difference) all in all love the gym x

Fantastic experience: Great availability of machines, and not too busy that you have to wait for a long period of time. I have been to a few of the classes, Zumba is good. However, everytime I have gone to a yoga class, it has been pilates instead, I don't mind this but would like to know before I turn up to the class. Parking, although is shared with B&M, is always limited no matter what time of the day. I have always got a space but sometimes I have to go round the car park multiple times.

Negative experience: I asked a manager for cleaning equipment today and was told there is no need for it as they clean the gym daily. This is incredibly unhygienic very disappointed as in general the gym is brilliant equipment wise.

Negative experience: Its a great gym..... If you are a child or view gyms as yoyth centres. This particular site is crawling with unsupervised children (i was able to point out 5 who are 13 and 14). It does become a gym designed for adults after 8pm but then you havent the time to have a decent session and still have rime to use the sauna (in which the lights are regularly off and the sauna cooling to room temp by 9pm) and showered b4 ur left with a gross toilet that everyone has to use. Ive never previously been to a 24hr gym that does not have emergency buttons in changing areas in case of an emergency.

Fantastic experience: Typical Swindon Moaners bringing the rating down unfairly. This is without doubt the best gym that has ever been in Swindon and a huge investment to the area (something Swindon seriously lacks) and yet people still moan. I would agree that cleaning equipment (paper towels and spray) would be a welcome addition but to mark down on that isn't fair. The fact the changing rooms are locked after hours we should be thankful for, not hating on. Nice to see member safety is being taken so seriously. The carpark was previously there so a new business cant magic more spaces out of thin air. If you cant manage the short walk from Tesco, you need a hospital, not a gym. Besides, wouldn't you rather have a larger training area than a carpark? Fantastic space, excellent equipment, sensible price, clean, polite staff. No reason this is anything other that 5 stars. People of Swindon, get your heads out your backsides.

Positive experience: The place is great, lots of equipment and parking , but the problem for me and my partner is the water as it’s not warm enough and the mats upstairs look like there has been a dirt fight…I understand that the staff cleans the equipment but few days ago I’ve encountered very bad sweat smell over the biceps bench and if I would’ve used my towel, would have need to get a new towel for the rest of the training. I clearly understand the staff does the job but they cannot clean after every person and therefore we would need some cleaning spray or some wipes.

Negative experience: honestly, in a short time the academy is being destroyed, a lot of people. and few employees. the only bathroom that can be used after 10pm is flooded and leading to the carpet, which is also soaked. The changing room is always full of intimate items thrown into the bathroom. Every time I go to wash my hand, the sink smells bad because people make protein shakes and dump them in there, an unpleasant mess. I don't know if it will last long. and in fact the only female employee I see walking around the gym as if she were on a walk is rude. I don't know if I'll be able to stay at the gym for a long time.

Positive experience: I wish the app can tell you how many people are in the gym. Saves me a drive as I like the gym a bit quite.

Fantastic experience: Really nice place to train and a very well equipped gym

Negative experience: True! you are open 24/7! But the showers are closed during the week until 22:00 and on weekends until 20:00! specify this when the person buys the subscription! not ! to wake up to go to the gym and find out there! and to return home sweating!

Negative experience: A lot of disappointments in the first month of the membership. I cancelled my direct debit as I did't see the point to attend this gym in the future and they cut off my access for rest of the month which I paid.

Fantastic experience: Plenty of kit and superb atmosphere - 24 hours is HUGE bonus too

Negative experience: Good: - variety and amount of equipment - atmosphere - spacious Bad: - No Wifi - Very poor cellular signal (data) - The gate system is pretty terrible as it depends on you bringing your mobile phone and requires connection which is very poor so you end up waiting for ages or got to signal someone to let you in - small change room and closed after 10pm - The cardio equipment is very basic with no screens or easy way to connect your sensors equipment like HR sensor etc - could do with a few more parking spaces - Non promotion prices are not very attractive

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have been to.

Negative experience: Good equipment and that's it. Then it is downhill 1. App barcode only works once for entry. If you come after 10pm and realise that you left something in the car you can't come back in or if you train twice a day you have to ask staff to let you in. 2. Changing rooms closed after 10 pm. What about people who train after working late shifts? 3. 24h gym closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas day? I think you don't understand the concept of the 24-hour gym. 4. One of the male trainers who works there doesn't use deodorant. It's not great to inhale armpit smell. 5. No sanitising equipment is available. 6. The car park is too small

Negative experience: I am giving only 1 star for 4 main reasons, 1) Changing rooms are not accessible after 10pm. They could have just locked the sauna for health and safety reasons, which is understandable. but not the changing rooms. The alternative arrangements are extremely limited. 2) QR code access is only available for gym entries, even though there is a pin code facility. However, they won't give us a pin number for gym entry. As clients, if we forget to take our mobile phones, we have to go all the way back to our homes to get our phones for gym entry. We're screwed if the mobile runs out of battery. This could have been avoided by simply providing the pin number. 3) There are no sanitizers or cleaning products available in the gym. People leave their sweat on the bench, it's not very inviting to utilize it. 4) Poor management: The gym was closed on December 24th, which is fine, but they failed to inform the customers. It wasn't just me, I witnessed others coming to the gym and leaving with disappointment because they weren't informed about the closing. Our assumption is that it is a gym that is open 24/7.

Negative experience: Good gym with good quality machines but dumbbell only goes 50kgs, and all barbell are thin once also closed for Christmas Eve n Christmas?? 24/7 hr gym? All the other 24/7 gyms are open

Fantastic experience: Such a good atmosphere here! Great range of machines and it’s 24 hours the feel of this gym is way better than any gym I’ve been to before.

Positive experience: it’s hard to enter due to poor network, no wifi as well changing rooms close at 10pm I like to go late it's not busy. car park really small . Gym is good and huge.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, all the kit you could ever need. Amazing atmosphere with music that you don’t need to put your headphones in to have a good workout . Very impressed! Me and my mates love it.

Positive experience: The gym looks really good and has a very wide variety equipment that is just amazing!! I like how there is more of the same equipment and machines for the times when it's busy. Coming from puregym however, I quite dislike that you cannot go into the changing rooms 7am on the weekend but having to wait till 8. I work nights and go there early in the mornings. There's lots of people going to gym in the mornings before or after work. There should be some kind of system that allows you to go in same as other 24/7 gyms out there, even with something like sauna restricitons in place. This is the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars. I hope they come up with a solution for this.

Fantastic experience: DECEPTIVELY HUGE ... & AWESOME! This was formerly B&M Bargains, and from the outside it doesn’t look all that. But trust me: step inside and you’ll be blown away by how much space there is. They’ve managed to put in every piece of equipment you could ever need to train in this space. Massive Eleiko rig for functional training, weightlifting platforms, class studios, the lot. All the equipment is top notch and the thing I like about this place the most is the fact that they’ve separated the cardio and toning areas (which are upstairs) away from the heavy-lifting bodybuilder type machines downstairs. However, there are some downsides; even though they share a car park with B&M across the street, it can get full quickly. You can park at Tesco for up to three hours and walk across the car park instead. It's not a deal-breaker of course, but it’s something for you to keep in mind. And the approach roads (Ocotal Way and Cirencester Way) are painfully slow at peak times, but every resident here in Swindon knows this. If you’re after a good gym that’s 24 hours and excellent for the money, it’s worth going around and having a look before you sign up.

Positive experience: Rated a little lower because of car parking only up to 2.5 hrs and you may get a fine if you exceed this. Changing rooms not open 24/7 either - not everyone wants to share the accessible toilet / shower.
