Fantastic experience: Great gym,great staff,very welcoming and friendly.

Positive experience: Having been at Snap Fitness Crewe a year now my honest review is: Positives: Although small it's pretty quiet even at peak times and has 24/7 access. The strength equipment is decent quality (better than Pure) although a bit limited in different types per muscle group. Price is fine and better value if you sign up for a whole year and pay in advance which I did. Negatives: As above, it's a small gym and so a limited amount of equipment. The music in there is terrible and just some guy on his keyboard and so everyone wear's headphones which actually limits any social interaction which is a shame.

Negative experience: Unfortunately it is a shame that I have to leave such a review after being a member of the gym for so long and enjoyed the facilities.I had requested cancellation of gym membership and got acknowledgement that it would be cancelled, only to realise several months later that I am still being charged..Raisdd a query and for over 2 months only correspondence fron them was that issue was with their regional manager.. Reading through the reviews other people have had the same issues, seems very unethical to me. Easy to sign up but a nightmare to cancel with customer service being poor ! Over 2 months and nothing, unacceptable really...

Fantastic experience: Clean and nice vibes.

Fantastic experience: This gym is great! The staff are all really friendly and you get a sense of community in there, people are happy to say hello and speak to each other. It has everything you need.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with Worth. I canceled my membership in person at the desk back in October, yet they continued to charge me until March—despite having no record of me checking in since November. When I raised the issue, they were unhelpful and failed to resolve it properly. This feels like a deliberate attempt to take money unfairly. A company that ignores legitimate cancellations and continues charging without consent is not one I can trust. Be very cautious before signing up! Read the review about cancellations of membership below. I’m not the first nor will be the last victim.

Fantastic experience: Good gym, good facilities, good staff, open 24 hours and not overcrowded.

Negative experience: Don’t join after membership has finished and you cancelled. They keep taking money out and then do not return your calls or emails very poor company.

Negative experience: SCAMMERS. Wish I’d read the reviews before signing up here. I cancelled my membership here, but I was still charged for the next month. I emailed the staff who acknowledged it was a mistake on their behalf and I would get a refund in 48 hours. It’s now 20 days later and I still haven’t received a refund and they don’t answer calls or emails. The gym itself is more like someone’s garage gym than a commercial one.

Negative experience: Terrible gym. Staff are rude and don’t engage with customers. They just use the equipment with headphones on, which also isn’t great considering the severe lack of equipment. Tried cancelling my membership and they carried on charging me too lol

Fantastic experience: Really warm and friendly staff, great environment. Looking at the lower reviews it appears people aren’t able to read terms and conditions. I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone.

Negative experience: Do not join this gym. They are complete frauds. I keep asking them for three months to cancel my membership but instead they refuse to cancel it and they keep emailing me to pay even though I’ve already paid every month. I keep paying asking them to cancel and they refuse to cancel. Now they even had the audacity to email me a lengthy horrible email while I was in the hospital dying. I was in the hospital dying and I had an email from them even after I’ve asked them to cancel my membership for three months, threatening to take me to the debt collectors! Do not join this gym. I repeat this is not the gym for you to join, join simply gym or pure gym, but not this rubbish disgusting gym

Negative experience: My two daughters and I joined the gym as it is close to home. I regret not having read the reviews before joining :(. The facility is limited but fine if you choose to go during quieter times. Hence the 2 stars. The customer service is atrocious. We needed to cancel and put in out notice of cancellation. For all three of us they continued to take money after the notice period. One daughter asked for her membership to be cancelled on the 1st of July. They took two additional payments from her account and refunded one after a complaint. My other daughter and I managed to get refunds as well after complaints. Very unethical!! Not sure if it is a local problem or across their gyms.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for a almost a year now after my last one closed during covid. I enjoy it as it is smaller and as such, it is more of a ‘family unit’, but has everything you need. Most the staff are so welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive. I would just say that if you have a membership through gympass (still paid for but through a work scheme), you do not receive an access card, which means you can only attend during manned hours. I even though it’s smaller, I’ve never had an issue finding equipment I need that is available, I will continue to use this gym for this reason and due to the friendly nature and support of others

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so friendly and Joel my PT will push me when I need it even though I threaten to chuck a weight at him

Negative experience: Don't allow you to cancel your subscription easily. Threaten debt collectors when you cancel your card instead even though you've never used them during those periods. Avoid. The one time I want to use it the door is broken for 6 weeks and apparently I still have to pay for that lol. They say you can cancel just by email but I was told you have to go into the gym in person to cancel which was only staffed during the day so doesn't work for those that work nights They then say you can cancel by email at which point based on other reviews they ignore you and keep increasing the money you supposedly owe them. Shady practices.

Positive experience: Starting to look tired. Could do with repairs and refresh

Negative experience: When this gym works, it's fine. An operable gym that enables you to work out. But when, for example, the doors break for 6+ weeks and you can't work out, don't receive any promised communications or refund/ compensation as promised, it is very frustrating. I emailed the gym in the end to cancel my membership, detailing why, and rather than address the issue STILL they just ignored it and confirmed my cancellation. A gross attempt at the lowest standard of customer service. Don't bother.

Negative experience: Honestly appalled by customer service at this gym, asked for my membership to be cancelled 3 months ago, which I thought had been sorted around 2 weeks ago I received an email from them telling me I owed £60 and after an extremely long emailing exchange they told me it would be sorted and yesterday I received another email telling me I owed them £90. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. And they are extremely rude when emailing. DONT START A MEMBERSHIP HERE !

Positive experience: Good centre

Positive experience: Not a bad gym, joined in October 2022 as it's right on my doorstep and it was relatively quiet most times I went but since the start of 2023 it's absolutely rammed full no matter what time you go. Not sure if they've had a huge intake of new members in 2023 but it's hard to find a time to go where you can do a session without having wait around for equipment. Unless it quietens down then I'll not be renewing this year and will look for alternative gyms in the area apart from Bannatyne's. Parking is a nightmare so if you can walk then I'd recommend walking.

Fantastic experience: Joined Snap over the Christmas period. The staff are so friendly and helpful, I'm really enjoying being a member there.

Positive experience: Small gym but good variety of machines and equipment even though it is pretty compact can get a decent workout

Negative experience: Good location, inadequate parking and usually quite busy for the size of the gym

Fantastic experience: First morning there and have to say it's a really great gym. Not packed and plenty of equipment. The staff as well as other members are very friendly. The staff are also very good at answering questions as they are well informed about the facility Only concern is how close the shower is placed to the hair dryer in the changing/shower room.

Fantastic experience: Great friendly team at Snap Crewe. Good variety of classes and welcoming to all abilities. Good range of equipment and great facilities which are always clean.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, the atmosphere and the staff are what make this place. 4 months ago I took the plunge, very nervous, I was too fat, everyone will stare at me but I knew and wanted to do something about it. I met Vedat, who did the introduction to the gym and set me up, I now do classes with Vedat and Elisabete who are both not only fantastic but with their support, encouragement and genuine warmth I now walk into the gym with a smile and head held high with confidence. I not only want to thank them but the receptionists Martina and Becky who always greet you warmly with big smiles and make you feel so welcome. There are so many gyms to choose from but if you want 1 that not only offers all the equipment, classes you need but makes you feel like the team care then this is the gym for you! Thank you

Fantastic experience: The team are always so friendly here. They have brilliant equipment and a really good class timetable that I can generally always get a space, I just wish they had more Yoga. Also love the individual showers!

Negative experience: Absolute horrible experience in canceling my membership and the customer service is terrible and no help.

Negative experience: Can't cancel membership through the app you have to go in and cancel but they still charge you after you cancel.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but the best things to say about this gym in general and especially Bex and Martina on the front desk. It's nice to have a welcoming gym close to home. Personally, it helped me immensely in coping physically and mentally during 2 years of lockdowns and so I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Negative experience: So… if you join a gym and have a card to gain entry and you forgot that card… should you be refused entry after you have been going for 2 years and even carried on paying your membership through covid! Absolutely appalling customer service! I’ve been using gyms for over 15 years and this is by far my worst experience of not only customer service but also poor equipment! For £40 a month you can get so much better elsewhere and that’s exactly what me, my partner and my son will be doing! Good luck to you if this is how you treat loyal members!

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Good equipment and very tidy . Good enough to get the job done whatever you're training.

Negative experience: The gym is very small not a lot of equipment. The membership fee is very expensive. And if you want to cancel its a nightmare. And you still have to pay for months. Lots of other gyms in the area that are cheaper and bigger

Negative experience: cancelled my membership in October in writing and still I'm being asked to pay for The membership I'm no longer using! I handed in my pass card and I've not been in since then. Its a nightmare to cancel!

Fantastic experience: Great equipment, easy to use / track work-outs with My Wellness app. Helpful and friendly staff. Especially Rebecca (who I believe is the club manager) - so willing to help, knowledgable, and one of the very few gym's that don't judge you for your weight, or make you feel surrounded by bodybuilders! Will definitely be returning after a few more paydays! Absolutely love it here!!

Positive experience: Good gym, would be better with a better variety of weight equipment. But with a bit of imagination there's more than enough. 24 hours so there's always quiet times.

Fantastic experience: Good quality equipment, for me personally great location and the 24 hour access suits me as a shift worker. Private showers that are cleaned on a regular basis means it's great for a before or after work training session. There's a wide variety of exercise classes available included in the membership and a state of the art I pad which links to a huge screen so you can choose any type of video class you desire.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, managers are both professional and passionate to provide the best service possible. I have worked in gyms before and never been in such a well laid out gym. No contact and 24 hours as well

Positive experience: Really great gym, only issue is Parking but other than that it's on point
