Fantastic experience: Really enjoy this gym. Been going for over 5 years. Machines are excellent for mobility and keeping body toned. It is a small very friendly gym , also as well as machines there is a vibration plate and exercise bike. Cost is reasonable and you can go as often as you like

Fantastic experience: I regularly have the LA spray tan here I really like the tan used as it's natural and organic. I have also had a recent shrinking violet wrap and was amazed at the results ! Made my abs look great and had lots of comments made since looking more toned. I found this gym as a lot of my family members attend here I love that there is ample parking always available ere . Will deffiently be using here again.

Fantastic experience: I love coming too inches using the shapwmaster machines. I have also had all the treatments avalible within the gym. Including the shrinking violet, which I lost a staggering 7 and half inches. Spray tans using the LA spray tan are fabulous And give you a gorgeous glow ! Also had a course of Lipo light before a holiday which made me feel mega confident with a huge inch loss. I regularly have facials from here too using the LED facial which are really relaxing. I love how friendly the gym is too. I would highly recommend this place, I love the ample of free parking there is a nail place next door to the gym and even a cafe on site.
