Positive experience: I came on a guest pass. The receptionist was absolutely lovely, so attentive. Facilities are good. A sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi both indoors and outdoors. On the downside: My son had forgotten to bring a towel, so I asked staff as I wanted to to see if he could use a club towel. The response was, "No, speak English," I asked again, thinking perhaps I had asked too quietly and received the same disinterested response. Later in the changing room, the two attendants spent 45 minutes chatting together in Polish, not doing anything to check the changing room area. The bigger attendant ordered a young girl to pick up a towel off the floor by scowling at her and pointing. The girl picked up the towel that wasn't even hers ! and was ushered over to the towel laundry basket while the large Polish attendant leant over her like a school matron while she dropped the towel into the basket. I really felt for that young girl who is a member. In my opinion, this was pure bullying. So unpleasant and 100% unnecessary . I did indeed let reception know about this as the young girl was clearly embarrassed and actually upset. I don't think this type of behaviour should be tolerated by paying members or guests. It's totally unacceptable. What if there were an accident or an emergency and none of the staff speak English? ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: This was my first time experiencing a facial treatment massage, so I don't have any other one to compare, but I can definitely say that it exceeded my expectations. It was obvious that Ellie (or maybe Elly?) loves what she is doing. I was really able to feel that during the whole session. She was never mechanical (but at one point, I thought she has more than two hands :)). I cannot comment on other treatments etc. but from the booking process till the end of everything, everone was really polite and patient. So, I will definitely try full body massage and of course, once again, the facial treatment. It has been very therapeutic for me. Thanks a lot ✨️

Negative experience: After 7 years I'm no longer a member they keep spamming my email non-stop. Their emails don't give you a real option to unsubscribe. There is an unsubscribe link that takes you nowhere. I've called their phone many times for a solution and still I get spammed left, right and center. Avoid!!!!

Positive experience: Good gym. They always follow the rules, which I like. My son has a junior membership so is not allowed in before 10.15. This means when we get there 15 mins early they make us wait outside the empty gym until 10.15. The adult membership is a good idea because of the high quality gym but the junior membership is very restrictive an overall not worth the cost in my opinion

We do restrict the membership for juniors but feel that the hours we allow, 10.15 until 7pm midweek give lots of opportunity to use the facilities, the weekend hours are more flexible and you can use the club earlier being a junior. Fantastic experience: Visited 30/11/24 for my mothers 50th birthday and was certainly not disappointed! Upon arrival we were greeted by Friendly staff, warm welcome, free parking as part of package - wash handed a robe and towel (you only get 1 so may want to take a spare) flip flips you do need to purchase if you havnt taken your own (we didn't as as being only a size 4 and 5 the XL would of been dangerously too big this could maybe be changed) however wasn't an issue as just wore our own shoes to dinner and to walk out the back, Had dinner in the restaurant marco pier Beautiful food, again warm welcome and Jamie made it very special! Recognised my mothers birthday, explained the menue well - gave recommendations and was just overall the highlight of the restaurant experience- he defo needs some recognition relaxing spa - had a back, Neck and shoulder massage which was beautiful! Asked if there was any areas to focus on and made me feel very relaxed/comfortable being our first massage, Gifted a spa products set due to a mix up of not being put into couple room as booked, but the gift was a pleasant surprise! And so was quickly addressed and dealt with, spa facilities are very clean and kept together, ALL jacuzzies, steam rooms, saunas etc were working completely fine, they do run on a 6 minute intervals, changing rooms even showed the footie, spent a total of near 6hours here and could of easily spent longer, left feeling like new women, will defo be returning! And my mums 50th was made very special! Thank you!

Negative experience: This is not a Spa. It's a gym/leisure centre. We were given a £150 voucher by relatives after the arrival of our baby. We spent a further £175 cash for a spa, lunch and treatment package. Upon arrival we were greeted with a £3.50 charge to park the car in the spa car park that we had to pay on top of the £325 we had already spent. We were given our robes and towels but no slippers. Slippers are £4 a pair if we want them. You have to wear shoes in between the changing rooms and Spa and whilst eating lunch. So towel and robe with your normal shoes on. Not very spa like. We had a two hour wait before lunch so we were shown the Spa. The spa Is very outdated, dirty, busy and in desperate need for renovation. Both hot tubs were packed full of people. The steam room didn't produce any steam. The pool was full of children having fun. Not very relaxing at all. Outside the steam room there are 4 hooks for everyone in the spa to hang their robes on! So a chair next to the hooks was piled high with robes. We weren't happy. After speaking to the very helpful lady behind the spa counter we were given a full refund so 2 stars for this instead of 1. A wasted day for us but our babysitter was happy as got an early finish!

Negative experience: Sadly, the place needs work outside. jacuzzi wasn't working. the top seats in the sauna were broken , and outside sauna wood was splittering .The steam room, I've had more steam off a kettle. The door was difficult, which didn't help . Pasta in the restaurant was slightly warm , and pizza was oily and soft . Girls in restaurants were friendly, and bubbly was nice and changing room lovely

Positive experience: Decent facilities for what I need... swim, steam, and sauna. But I would hesitate to call this a spa. It's often very busy, partly due to day guests, and very noisy due to children in the pool area. If you want to relax, as I do, take some earplugs. If you just want to swim, you'd be better off at the local leisure centre.

Negative experience: Really awful massive disappointment. How this place gets away with calling itself a spa I literally do not know. It’s not even close! Outdoor Jacuzzi was broken, pool area was dirty & unkempt, pool was packed with noisy unruly children, it was about as relaxing as a rollercoaster ride. The ‘package’ with lunch was a total rip off, the lunch wouldn’t feed a bird, you have to walk through a restaurant with people eating fully clothed yet you are in a robe going for a message, so bizarre & made us feel extremely uncomfortable. At best this is a tired leisure centre in desperate need of a refurb, not worth a fraction of the price we paid, so disappointed as was supposed to be a relaxing treat after a tough few months. We stayed just over an hour & left as felt so unclean! Dreadful experience all round, avoid at all costs!

Negative experience: My friend was bought the light lunch, bubbly and spa treatment voucher for her birthday. Firstly the reception staff didn't give us much information about where anything was until we asked. The staff in the restaurant were really polite and speedy in taking our orders, getting our drinks and the prosecco was very tasty thats what one of the stars was for. The food was abysmal.. I ordered the basilico pizza which had so much oil on it it was dripping off the plate and onto the floor and looked like the toppings had just been unwrapped and thrown onto the top of the sourdough base, really terrible presentation. The treatment area is located away from the spa and pool so you have to walk through the restaurant in your robe, awful idea. When sat in the waiting room for my treatment two girls were talking very loudly about pay and tax rebates, not a relaxing atmosphere. The second star is for the massage it was great! Would have given 2 stars for it if someone hadnt walked into the room half way through the treatment! Overall not something I'd spend my own money on it.

Positive experience: Lovely Spa, the relaxation room was the best, had a little nap! I went for a facial as well, beautifully done and super relaxing, the bed was heated which made the experience even better. The installations are what you would expect for a spa club, in my opinion overly crowded for a Monday afternoon so I think they could do with limiting bookings. The changing rooms were also very crowded due to the gym goers.

Positive experience: A well equipped facility, nice staff. The gyms pretty busy unless it’s first thing in the morning or the last hours of the day. Tom, very helpful, I would recommend speaking with him if you’re wanting to join as a member.

Fantastic experience: Been a member here for a few months now. For what it is the membership is good value. Bit busy at peak times as all gyms are however a great facility in a lovely sitting. Good range of classes. The Virtual options provide good flexibility.

Positive experience: Joined the Club Spa in February and to date my experience has been a positive one. I really enjoy the yoga classes and the swimming pool, sauna & steam rooms. The relaxation room is a great space to unwind :) Although I have yet to try out the facilities in the gym, my induction session was good and all equipment is state of the art. This review would not be complete if I didn’t mention the staff both in the club and on reception- all are super helpful and friendly. Nothing seems too much for them and any problems/glitches are soon sorted. Tom has been particularly helpful in resolving any problems I had initially with using the club app and booking classes. Am really happy that I joined the club and am looking forward to continuing to enjoy my membership.

Positive experience: Had a pleasurable day at the spa with my daughters ,the only downside was we didn't expect the pool to be full of children, we imagined because we booked a spa day from 10-2pm it would be quiet and relaxing,but it was far from this. Def would not book again purely for this reason,family swimtimes should be outside of spa times I've never experienced a spa like this where children are running around. The lunch was lovely I must say.

Positive experience: Had a lovely day here, a really good spa experience, lovely massage hence 3 stars, it should have been 5 stars but no... Just one thing... Marco Pierre White restaurant was not what I thought it was going to be. I can only comment on the one dish I had - Linguine Pomodoro. ...Now I have had this dish multiple times but never quite like this. I will sum this up at the end but what I would expect is this: Freshly squished tart tomatoes + sweet cherry tomatoes blanched, Fresh herbs and garlic, Sweet tangy sauce but not overpowering. Sounds good doesn't it? What I had today, and seriously I am not complaining but... The sauce? What on earth was that about? There is no way that was fresh, and I am pretty sure no one checked the sweet/sour flavour of this. ...and unfortunately it was drowning in this, nothing delicate at all. ...Bland is the word. Come on - this dish is simplicity and so important in it's simplicity. This was very disappointing. Summary: Heinz spaghetti with out the sugar. Overpoweringly bland. I am sorry Marco Pierre White, I really tried to love this. Not good. The plate was not finished and we left.

Negative experience: Waiting staff friendly and polite, but just ordered an american hot pizza which couldn't have been more mild. When I mentioned something was amiss, they did offer to add chili oil as a substitute. It turns out that they'd run out of chillies? Would have preferred a different choice from the menu (had I have known when placing my order). On a positive note, the smoothies were good.

Negative experience: I don’t like to leave many negative reviews and it pains me to say this as I’m a member here but this is specifically about the gym restaurant; I popped in as I was in a bit of a rush after the gym and needed to eat quickly. I hadn’t been up here for a while as I had a bad experience last time but thought it would have been a one off….I was wrong. When I arrived it was only me and 4/5 other people so very quiet. I ordered what I thought would be one of the quickest dishes on the menu which was a burger and a coffee. The coffee arrived ok but no sign of the burger after 30mins. Other parties had arrived by this point and a few of them had been served before me. I waited another 10-15mins then queried where my burger was….they hadn’t even started to cook it yet and had completely forgotten to order it. 40-45mins of waiting and wasting my time. I ended up having to leave and not eat as I was going to be late for my next appointment at this point. I wouldn’t normally leave a bad review after one incident in a place I attend regularly but this is the exact same situation as when I last came up about 6 months ago, the reason I hadn’t been back! Absolutely appalling service. I do not recommend eating here.

Negative experience: I had a terrible facial at the spa here. There was no proper consultation and the beautician turned the lights down as soon as she came into the treatment room, so never bothered to look at my skin to establish what products might be right to use. She didn’t know about the ingredients in the products she was using and when I asked about a certain cream all she could tell me is that “it’s good for all ages and skin types”. Whatever she did use broke my moisture barrier and my skin was left stinging and raw for days after. I wouldn’t go back again, clearly not very experienced staff

Positive experience: The swimming facilities are much better than a local leisure centres but not as good as many other hotels I have been too. The gym however is great and has just had a refurb. It gets very busy and is popular. The pool is in need of some refurbishment and the water is very cloudy and there is lots of dirt in the pool at the bottom. There are a lot of missing tiles. The hot tubs are good however. The one built into the pool is quite sharp on the back. The steam room steam generator is not very good and doesn’t heat the room enough. I think it is undersized for the room. The sauna is lovely and warm but in need of some cleaning and refurbishment. The showers don’t all work and the ones in the changing rooms are showing their age and need some refurbishment. The lockers also are getting quite old now.

Fantastic experience: My friends & I had a Groupon voucher £39. We had 4 hours & we thoroughly enjoyed it! Included was a lite lunch & glass of Processo. Definitely will be booking again.All staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Negative experience: I was looking forward to a half an hour neck/back/shoulder massage as a treat after having my baby 5 months ago. However it only lasted 20 minutes, which was disappointing. I complained to the reception staff who apologised and offered me a complimentary massage. I booked this for a couple of weeks later. Sadly, this massage was also only 20 minutes long. Conveniently both times they did not call me into the room until 5 minutes after my allocated appointment time and then left me to change and lie on the bed for another 5 minutes (I don’t know who would take 5 mins to take their top off and lie on a bed!) And then finished half an hour after the start of the appointment time. The massages themselves were perfectly adequate but I paid for and expected a half hour massage, but it seems it is standard to keep strictly to appointment slots regardless of how long the massage has been. I wouldn’t waste my money here again. I will be booking somewhere that gives a full half an hour massage experience.

Negative experience: I made the mistake of going for a spa day here in Easter holiday. It was totally packed out with not much opportunity to use the facilities. Kids everywhere shouting screaming. I saw mould around the windows and pool. The relaxation room had a really horrible stench of musky damp smelly feet and the ladies showers smelt vile. The food that was included in the spa day was the most ridiculous portions my partner was still hungry after. I complained about all these issues and the only thing I was offered from the spa manager was a £25 refund towards the cost. I am still chasing this refund after 3 weeks and have left messages that have been ignored. Avoid this place at all costs.

Positive experience: Lovely place, , me and my sister got the welcome day pack come with 1 course in their restaurant access to pool,gym, sauna ect, we also got a face massage I had someone called Lily she did an amazing job she was very sweet and made me feel comfortable I struggle with anxiety and made my experience really nice definitely recommend, only thing I would say we couldn’t quite figure out where the facility’s were like the pool, other than that amazing!

Fantastic experience: Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Staff couldn't do enough for us, had a spa day booked as a Xmas present , loved it, and had a back, neck, and shoulder massage really relaxing and would definitely recommend. The pool and indoor hot tubs weren't overly busy, and we enjoyed the outdoor hottub/jacuzzi to ourselves watching the plane just after taking off from Bristol airport and just enjoying peace and serenity.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend a visit to this spa! A super warm welcome from Erika on arrival who could see that I was slightly uncomfortable as this was a spa gift given to me, she went through the basics of what was available for me to use as well as making sure I was ok. Great customer service The spa itself, I did wander a bit to get my bearings as to what was available to me , but using several of the facilities which were immaculate, and lovely to use. I didn’t book in any spa treatments on this occasion, so I asked for my dinner reservation to be made earlier, I spoke with Zac who changed my dinner booking no problem at all, and was really interested in my feedback. The Marco Pierre White restaurant was lovely and not uncomfortable at all if you popped up from the spa in your robe. Food was delicious and again excellent service here once again. I would highly recommend a visit here, but would recommend you take advantage of any of the spa treatments to purchase to have a real luxury spa day !!! Great service and Great staff!!!

Negative experience: Looking very tired now. Need a good clean, mens changing room showers are disgusting with crud on brackets, Looks like it’s not been cleaned in months. Tired paintwork all over. Ceiling peeling in the pool. I filled holes in walls Gym machines not working for months. Very expensive for such a poorly maintained environment. Could probably do with a refurb given the amount of competition out there at half the price

Negative experience: Cafe not great. Coffee wasn't very hot (but didn't say anything/ let it slide). At the end we were overcharged £7 on a £32 bill - and they couldn't (or wouldn't) do a refund by card. Better off popping into the hotel next door - or carefully paying for your drinks as you order them (not building up a tab).

Negative experience: Was given a gift voucher for the spa. So spent a further £105 to take a friend. Last visited this place in 2015 and was not impressed so hoped that this time it would have improved. Unfortunately not. I phoned the spa upwards of 30 times to try to book the spa day. Left 4 messages on their answer phone yet no one ever called back. The phone was answered twice, the first time I was given incorrect information and no booking. The second time I was promised a call back, didn't happen. So I had to drive 10 miles to the spa to try to book in person. So, arrived at the spa today, the decor was exactly the same, 7 years later, but very tired, paint peeling off the walls in the pool area and mould. The saunas were old, dirty with rubbish on the floors and under the seats, the changing rooms were dirty, lockers old and infirm, and padlocks didn't work, so we were given duplicates, took at least 30 mins to get everything sorted before we could start enjoying our day, several of the facilities, outdoor jacuzzi, indoor steam room etc not working . Went to the club for lunch, which was booked for 1pm, took more than 40 mins to receive our food, which was cold. Complained and food taken away, food returned, the same food, same temp, we ate it because we had a massage booked and if we had complained again then we would have been late. We were given an extra glass of cheap bubbly as a sorry but the whole standard was shocking, we weren't asked if the food was OK at second serving, we were actually glared at when we asked why the food was so late and we were disappointed to see that our waitress was dressed in tatty jeans t shirt and trainers when we are supposed to be in a high star, hilton hotel. The massage was lovely, very relaxing but vastly over priced and did just about last the full time. Asked in the entry form, would you like to become a member? Not in a hells chance!! Today has cost £210 no value for money, no standards whatsoever grubby, tired venue and poor service, utter waste of money, for that cost I expected a lot more. Save your money and go to a decent modern establishment where customer care matters. I will not be returning and if I ever have the bad luck of receiving another gift voucher I will put it in the bin, or throw it under the sauna seat with the rest of the rubbish

Negative experience: ETA I emailed to tell them about my experience and request to return the unused voucher and have a refund. They said they would look into it. 10 weeks later after hearing nothing back, I emailed again and got a reply saying I should have been offered another towel and that’s it. No refund, nothing will be different if I go again. So just have £100 sat in a drawer that I can’t use. Customer service is about as good as the rest of it apparently. I was treated to a spa day as a birthday present but left after an hour as I was so disappointed. The layout is confusing and poorly signed, staff appear overworked and short staffed judging by the reception, walking upstairs and then through a busy restaurant in a gown to get to the spa is embarrassing and the massage that I asked for to be firm was just a gentle stroke and a hot towel. There’s nothing relaxing about the experience and the worst part is I have a £100 gift voucher for there that I haven’t used yet but the thought of going back is unappealing to say the least.

Fantastic experience: Stayed local in Langford on holiday and was in pain from arthritis. Booked the £35 August deal (rrp£55) which was amazing - I had use of all the spa and then a Pizza salad and wine , afternoon tea included . BARGAIN!! .. There were outdoors facilities jacuzzi sauna sun loungers unlike alot of gyms. It was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful & friendly . The lady who booked me even popped in to the restaurant to check i'd had a nice time - how lovely.. I was pampered and wish I could go regular if lived local .

Positive experience: Even though the receptionist was friendly the direction wasn't very helpful or clear. There were plenty of disabled toilets BUT the place isn't disabled friendly so don't go if you are in a wheelchair. You need to walk down stairs to get to the pool, steam rooms, the tranquility room and the jacuzzi. The adult outdoor area is looking very tired and the boards around the jacuzzi were green and slippery. Again not very disabled friendly. There is an elevator to the first floor to access the gym, restaurant and spa. But there are no directions and lots of stock from the kitchen in the way! We had "afternoon tea" in the restaurant...not exactly what I would class as an afternoon tea with sandwiches, and cakes ...we were offered pizza, toast and something else...IF you wanted a starter or a dessert it was extra! I'm sure our order had been forgotten about because it took along time to be served. We were entertained by a wasp that had fallen into my prosecco and slowly died...When the waitress finally came to serve our food he was definitely dead. Thankfully the drink was replaced. We had booked a full body massage which was ok and very relaxing. The place is dated and needs a bit of updating and tidying up. Oh and btw the disability emergency cord pulls in the disabled toilets/changing rooms need to be 3mm from the floor not 3ft up. This is because if we were to fall then we would have a chance to pull the emergency cord!! Would I visit again...mmmm I'm not sure to be honest as I found it to much of a struggle to get about. Didn't take any photos unfortunately as our phones were locked away in the changing rooms.

Fantastic experience: I had spent all day yesterday in this lovely Spa,location is fantastic , parking very easy with not problems. My best friend gave a voucher for Spa treatment, I made the most of this free time to enjoy this amazing facilities. I have a wonderful therapist massage her name Larrisa she gave to me a good massage and I felt so relax. I enjoy a lovely lunch in the restaurant too With a lovely glass of bubbles . Fantastic experience: Beautiful spa and lovely staff. The spa has one pool with some lanes, it's quite small and not deep but lovely, gets quite busy on weekend but quiet in the week. Two indoor hot tubs, one attacked to the pool and a small one separate and a beautiful outdoor hot tub too. Relaxation room is amazing too. Saunas and steam rooms are lovely and women's changing room has its own sauna and steam room too which is a lovely touch. Spa treatments are well worth the money. Though I haven't yet used the gym.

Fantastic experience: We stayed here for my granny’s birthday and It was incredible. All the staff were so lovely yet professional, the food was amazing and the spa was one of the best I’ve ever been too. A special thanks to Paige for looking after us and all of our many dietary requirements so well in the restaurant and Lauren in the spa for the brilliant massage! I never got the name of the lady that did my mams massage but my mam is a trained masseuse and she said hers was amazing also so thank you all. We will be back.

Fantastic experience: We stayed in the Cadbury House Hotel in March 2022, and we were absolutely blown away by the quality of the Spa & Bardolino's Restaurant. The outside jacuzzi was amazing and all of the facilities were top notch. I booked a massage for myself, my mum, my sister and grandma and every one was fabulous. I received my massage from a lovely woman named Corey (forgive me if I have the wrong spelling) and she was absolutely amazing! So professional, and just brilliant in every way. The service when dealing with the spa was 10/10 from start to finish. Moving on to Bardolino's, again I was really impressed by the food and service. The restaurant Supervisor Paige was so accommodating and looked after the many dietary requirements in our party. She even stayed open late so that we could finish our meal. The food, service and atmosphere were fabulous the whole way through. I would highly recommend their afternoon tea for anyone on a spa weekend. We will definitely be returning.

Negative experience: Please read the reviews. Why this place has 3.4 stars (at time of writing) is beyond me. I booked a spa treatment when I was supposed to be staying at the associated hotel in November of 2020. Lockdown was announced and I was told all treatments would be cancelled and refunded. It is now 2022 and I cannot count how many times I have called them to ask for my money back. I have sent an email with no response. No one ever picks up the phone. I wish I had read the reviews before hand. Avoid at all costs.

Positive experience: I've been a member of this gym for about 3 years and I only really stay for the instructor led classes which are amazing. My experiences of having treatments in the spa and food in the restaurant have also been very positive. However the pool/sauna/jacuzzi/steam/changing room facilities are not very pleasant to use. The steam rooms and outdoor jacuzzi are consistently too cold and both jacuzzi's go through cycles of 6 minutes being on and 6 minutes being off - meaning that much of your time is essentially in a luke warm bath with strangers. Much of the tile work is quite mouldy - definitely due a good re-grouting! Overall it's a bit meh.

Negative experience: Was bought a massage by my daughters for father's day, when trying to book in it took nearly a week of phone calls and messages to finally get booked in. I turned up 10 minutes before to fill in paperwork and was told to wait for my therapist. 15 minutes later there are 5 staff in reception laughing and joking. Staff walk back and forth through waiting area and I try to say hi but no one acknowledges me, bit rude! I wait a total of 40min before walking into reception and telling them how offended I am at length of time I've waited without anyone telling me things were running late and how ignored I felt and I wouldn't be staying. I bumped into the manager in the restaurant outside the spa and let him know how disgusted I was and he assured me he would personally look into what happened we'll following day he had handed it off to his underling who tried to say the previous client had over ran slightly! I was made to feel like no one actually wanted to do my massage, if previous client was late they should of informed me but from other reviews it seems they more usually cut therapies short rather than over run.

Negative experience: Avoid at all cost. We bought an spa day package that cost us nearly £100 each ( spa day and treatment). The pool was full of children, the sauna was in the pool area so even if you didn’t use the pool you couldn’t relax with so many people outside. The relaxing room smells of humidity and mold. The water of the outside jacuzzi wasn’t even hot. We also contracted a 25m massage. I checked the clock when mine started and once it finished. It took only 15m. The lady said this was due to us arriving late? We were there on time but before you enter the room you need to fill in 2 forms. Horrible, we won’t come back or recommend.

Negative experience: We were a bit disappointed with the spa package we booked. The only highlight for me was the back massage which was very good. The spa and treatment rooms are looking a bit tired. The blinds in the treatment room were dusty and could've done with a clean and the cupboard edging were missing. Bit of light maintenance required.

Negative experience: I enjoyed the massage and the staff were very friendly. However I was disappointed with the overall ambiance. And the food was very disappointing. I booked 3 months' in advance and advised that I was vegan, I ordered vegan pizza, but in fact it was pizza dough with tomato puree and a sprinkling of vegan mozzarella - very dry and tasteless. They also weren't very well stocked. Overall a disappointing experience. I won't be going back.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience at the Cadbury Spa today. In fact this is the 3rd disappointing experience in recent times. We have tried to support this business over the last difficult year but have found it a struggle. Very expensive treatment prices. Really poor choice of nail varnish colours for manicure and pedicures. The Spa staff are very sweet but feel that they are hugely let down by their management.

Negative experience: I was a member at Cadbury Gym for many years. This membership was cancelled last January (2020) When the club reopened after the lockdown, fees continued to be collected. I raised this with the club and eventually after lengthy communication the said fees were refunded. Subsequently I have had more fees deducted from my account despite the fact that I’m no longer a member. Their third party company (Harlands)who collected fees are a complete shambles! Obviously the club has not informed Harlands that I’m no long a member. They have suggested that I contact the gym to sort this out. Difficult as they are not open and do not answer the phone or email. I can’t quite work out why fees are being taken for January and February when we are once again in National lockdown. My advice, do not join this gym, when anything goes wrong or you want to leave they will continue to take money from you no matter what.

Negative experience: If incompetence at management level is your thing then you've come to the right place! The level of communication from these charlatans is truly shambolic. I've seen a few horror stories about this place already, regarding their contracts. Make sure to keep it if you're lucky enough to receive any correspondence from 'Russell' it'll do you a favour! They'll happily add to the hardship of people in their own community who have fallen into hardship due to the coronavirus pandemic, by threatening them with debt collection agencies becore actually communicating with you.
