Established over two decades ago by Ian Eisentrager, the gym has evolved into a vibrant community hub where individuals can pursue their health goals in a supportive atmosphere.

ECG caters to everyone from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Their diverse program includes personal training with customized workout and nutrition plans, drop-in sessions for independent training, and a robust schedule of group fitness classes. The group training features dynamic formats such as Bodyweight Conditioning, Old-School Circuits utilizing various equipment, and Strength & Conditioning sessions designed to build muscle and functional stability.

A standout offering at ECG is their comprehensive boxing program. Ian, a licensed boxer and exercise science graduate, leads classes that blend resistance training with cardiovascular intervals to maximize metabolic output. The boxing schedule includes sessions for mixed adults, a dedicated Ladies-only class, and specialized Kids & Youth boxing focused on skill development and fun in a non-contact setting. Monthly sparring sessions, known as 'Fight Night,' provide an opportunity for advanced participants to test their skills in a pop-up ring.
