Fantastic experience: What a useful place for those in need

Negative experience: Mostly everyone in this ymca takes drugs and it meant to be a safe place for homeless people NOT for drug-use people or drug dealers. I wish the authorities would be more strict

Negative experience: Would not recommend it for people who are vulnerable, have disabilities or mental health. Something bad happened to my friend in there not long ago and they did nothing. All they did was move them to another ymca which is far from their mother

Negative experience: Bed.No clean.Too much drogen people.

Fantastic experience: It was so fun

Negative experience: Pros: A clean and well known company in Watford, close to amenities and town. Rooms are small but tidy, housed people are strictly monitored. Cons: Uses British tax payer money for goverment funding however british nationals hold the least priority to be supported and are ofter passed onto other outlets or left homeless. Statistics go back to 2011 show only 14% of there clients are British and have never gone over 14% since 2011. Staff are friendly but quite lazy.

Positive experience: Not sure about its towering glory but I suppose it ok due to the fact it houses lots of people that need it. So can’t fault it for that! Inside my daughter takes the gymnastics classes which seem great (can’t watch due to covid which sucks but it is what it is) and the facilities are much nicer than the exterior presents.

Negative experience: Cannot comment as never visited, walk past if I am going into the shopping centre after parking my car, but never been inside!!

Positive experience: Friendly staff and reasonably priced. However, if you don't like parents who are not responsible for their children. Please avoid after-school hours. Some children were screaming in the changing room and mums kept on chatting.

Positive experience: Great to see a new cafe and the gym is pretty popular/reasonable. I do wonder why they charge a fee for the tennis courts during the week when most people are at work/school. Seems very odd to me as nobody is ever there and I'd love to see more people being encouraged to play at local parks.

Positive experience: Very good equipment and good facilities. No swimming pool or sauna. Well maintained equipment. The free weights room has no air conditioning and can get very warm in summer.

Fantastic experience: Good gym, really nice staff. Too many users spending ages sitting on the equipment doing nothing, 'recovering'. And too many mobile phone users blocking up equipment texting and not using kit. Can be a frustrating place but maybe all gyms are like this

Negative experience: Senior lady was very rude to me when I asked for direction receptionist to the gym. I didn't speak to her and she approached from back office and asked me to leave because she needs to speak to receptionist. What a amazing customer service. Gym on the other hand is good. Just unpleasant first experience with staff.

Positive experience: I always associate YMCA as a homeless shelter. Guess you can work out in this one.
