Atrium Hotel Heathrow

Positive experience: The rooms were clean and it was a nice hotel for the night. The location was good as it is next to a tube station. Also note that the tube station doesn't have a lift, so if you have luggage you will have to bring it up and down the stairs. There's a nice little pub nearby if you would like a drink or something to eat. Also it is near the airport and near a landing path so if outside you can hear the planes but we didn't hear anything in our room. The only thing that wasn't nice was the fire alarm going off late at night after we had already got ready for bed, which turned into a false alarm.

Fantastic experience: Very good hotel and staff. Super location staying near to airport and Underground train. Rooms are clean and breakfast is also very good. Superb in everything

Positive experience: Good for a night's stay if you have an early flight or are getting in late. Only a few minutes walk from the Hatton Cross station, which takes you straight to the Heathrow terminals. Easy check-in & clean rooms.

Positive experience: For a budget price I got a huge double-bedded room. Somewhat plain, but very comfortable. Sound proofing was fantastic, so even though it was very close to the airport, and overlooking a very busy road, it was very quiet. Location is great too, right opposite Hatton Cross station just one stop down on the underground. Place is a bit soulless, but otherwise a great recommendation if you need to stay overnight close to Heathrow.

Positive experience: Surprised how good the room was. Service was pretty good too. It was a good price for a great room. It would be helpful if directions to the car park were clearer but I got there in the end.

Fantastic experience: LoveD this place. Quiet, super clean & had all the things I needed to make my stay fabulous & restful. Plenty of teabags, milk etc & a great little fridge. The young Asian, lady, ( sorry, I don't remember her name) at the front desk could not have been nicer. Allowing me to check in early and giving me a super quiet room with a view of horses & cows. Tha k you so much. I will definitely stay here again. I booked through 'Expedia' & got a beyond amazing price for an exceptional experience & highend hotel. Queue THE HaPpY

Positive experience: It is an adequate hotel, though my primary reason for staying was the swimming pool and the promotional price. However, the location is quite distant from the city centre, making it convenient only for those flying from Heathrow. Unfortunately, the breakfast was subpar, and some of the staff, particularly the male employees, displayed a lack of professionalism. Given these factors, I would not choose to stay here again, especially for an extended period like the week I spent.

Positive experience: Even though the hotel is situated at the end of one of heathrows runways you wouldn't really know as the rooms are well soundproofed.The hotel is about a 45 minute tube ride from the centre of London and Hatton Cross Tube station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was very nice it was either a full English breakfast or cereals and fruit.

Positive experience: Nice, big room, not 100% clean, but ok for a short stay. Big pool, but no pool beds or a room where you can relax after sauna or pool, but very friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, but little selections of products and low quality. Dinner buffet was ok, nothing special but a lot of vegetarian options. Even if the hotel is close to the airport you cannot hear any noises. There is also an underground station next to the hotel so it's easy to reach London centre.

Negative experience: Great location, however, the rooms weren't amazing. Silverfish in bathroom, smell of mould coming from a/c unit, had to have sheets re-changed as the bedding had a stain on it. It wasn't ideal... Room window faced the restaurant, so no natural light hit the room. Hotel restaurant charged hotel restaurant prices but wasn't particularly anything special. Nice pool, steam sauna broken, dry sauna was an oven. Gym was OK but basic. Location is the main plus for the hotel as it's a short 15 minute bus to the airport, and near the Piccadilly line for other destinations.

Positive experience: Clean, tidy, efficient hotel located within easy distance of Heathrow via the Piccadilly line.

Positive experience: A much cheaper option when flying from Heathrow. A two minutes walk from Hatton Cross underground. Free ride to Heathrow terminals. Underground runs every few minutes, and the first early morning train is 5 30am.

Negative experience: Okay for close to the airport and free tube to and from terminals. Likely wouldn’t stay again.

Fantastic experience: I was only here as Crowdstrike have shown the weaknesses in our critical transport infrastructure. The hotel was as good as could be hoped for. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom had everything you needed and there was a kettle. The room was quadruple glazed so there was no plane noise. My room had a view into the atrium though I could see outside if I stood on the bed and held my phone up. As a hotel at terminal 2 I would say it was a good choice. Due to the circumstances there was a lot of annoyed people about but the staff managed to deal with everyone with good humour. The queuing was very long but they got there in the end.

Fantastic experience: This is not a bad spot. Right next to Hatton Cross station and one stop from Heathrow. They have nice food, and it's got a hip look on the outside. My room wasn't as clean as it could have been, but it wasn't bad. The 2 twin beds pushed together to make a double was ridiculous. The beds kept spreading apart, and I kept falling in the middle. It was hilarious, actually.

Positive experience: Very comfortable after a long day coach driving. Service can be chaotic when very busy but understandably so. Good location for Heathrow and Windsor but traffic into London can be heavy at times.

Positive experience: The room was small and could use more maintenance. The charging station had a short. Temperature of the room was warm even with adjusting it. Bed was not comfortable. Not a great stay. Is near the Airport.

Positive experience: Quiet and convenient for Hatton Cross tube station, which is just across the road.

Positive experience: Good location close to a metro station and the room space is great. When we arrived our toilet had poop stains, they gave us a towel with a stain of blood and someone put a cigarette butt in a “clean” towel in our last night. Would not recommend if you care about your hygiene. Also, chinese groups came each day which were noisy at night and were disrespectful when entering elevators.

Positive experience: Good spot if you need to be near Heathrow. Good food at the in house restaurant, not too much in walking distance.

Positive experience: Good size room and walk in shower was nice.Fridge and room safe nice touch for multi night stay. Didn't try leisure facilities looked good Room wasn't made up on second day despite sign on door so no coffee when we got back. Found some sort of small insect crawling on pillow so wife not happy about possible fleas. Could clearly hear what next room were up to at 3 am and hotel seemed noisy in the room. Didn't get much sleep the 2 nights we were there. Overall felt disappointed seeing as what we paid , stayed in much cheaper places with much better service. Reception staff hit or miss. When we arrived she was really good , leaving different staff and she didn't seemed bothered at all about our stay. Probably wouldn't stay here again

Positive experience: Decent rooms. The pool closes SO early. A little ridiculous, honestly. Food was a chaotic mess. Coffee machine didn't work. So sad. Anyway, I went with a tour group, so I'm not that sad... but just annoying. Sooooo many other tour groups, wish they would have wrangled their kids a little better.

Negative experience: No shower curtain in bathroom so water went everywhere. Bath plug stuck closed and had to call maintainance. Niggly aircon. No bin in the room. Towell heater permenatly on, so bathroom was roasting hot. Shower only just luke warm. Shower head fitted to low so had to duck for a shower. Room service order taken wrongly. Breakfast a scrum. Wouldn't recommend...

Positive experience: Near train station and heathrow airport clean rooms good prices

Negative experience: Quality of the hotel has gone down hill just from walking by it don't even bother going near it, you can try to report this review like you've done others for "Not experiencing the Hotel" but when the outside looks like a council estate compared to before this whole ordeal it says enough. Overpopulated as clearly seen from the people hanging outside at any time of day pretty much. Good luck doing business in the future

Fantastic experience: I stayed here during June 2020, on my way from Australia to Bahrain, and in the middle of the pandemic. Close to Heathrow, it was clean, comfortable and affordable. I recommend the Atrium to anyone passing through to or from the airport

Fantastic experience: The hotel is very close to the airport. . Because of the first trip to London and hotel was selected by the agent. I was worried but happy to stay and my stay was very pleasant thank to the wonderful hotel team, I was treated in a humane way, I have seen so many bad reviews about the mandatory quarantine. This hotel was very kind to me, they would even bring my uber deliveries upto my room. I was allowed outside for about 30m everyday. Wifi connection was super fast and I was able to connect to the tv thru my Tab. Room was clean & very comfortable. Food was sent on time, packed very well. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic experience: The hotel is good in all respects, that is, the air conditioner is insufficiently heated at night. The location is next to the station, it is easier to find, convenient to go everywhere in london, The bathroom is quite large, very nice shower. the room is not small mainly clean and warm details, Has a big TV, Spacious closet, Small coffee station and a Small work station too. In short, the experience was really good.

Fantastic experience: Loved my stay here at Atrium on my short visit to London. Hotel is fairly new and very well maintained. Front office team to the room service was excellent & very polite. Hotel is known for plane spotters paradise because if you can book yourself a room with the view to Heathrow Airport runaway your in for an amazing experience. Hotel is walking distance away to a tube station and from there you can easily get to Central London or other locations. Food is great value for money. You should also check out their pool and the gym.

Fantastic experience: The hotel is only few minutes away from the airport and you cannot miss the hotel for its unique look!!The staff was super friendly and accommodating. When it comes to meals, they offer you just what they promised you. Also, if you have any dietary needs, they will adjust them. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. Fantastic experience: Beautiful lobby area with bar and plenty of comfortable seating. Food was yummy and well worth the price. Love the color yellow! Bed was very cozy! room was very well cleaned to my liking. Staff is what really has me coming back, they are wonderful & so sweet. Hotel is located close to the Hatton cross tube station which was so convenient for me to get to places. About 2-3 minutes to the airport by cab. Really impressed with this hotel. Fantastic experience: Spent my mandatory quarantine at atrium. The room was large and the perfect place for what I needed. Very clean and comfortable. Good Wi-Fi connection, Hotel is within walking distance of Hatton Cross Tube Station. You can get to central London conveniently from the hotel. The staff made my stay easy, and they were a very good team. Getting from the airport is very easy. I will definitely book the atrium again on my next trip to London. Up until next time I'll surely be visiting this hotel constantly

Fantastic experience: I stayed here for my quarantine. Luckily I got this hotel. After reviewing the reviews of others who have stayed at other hotels, I was concerned about the mandatory quarantine. i'll tell ya. The food is very good, well-packaged,sent with disposable kitchen utensils. Spacious room Very clean and comfortable bed. WiFi connection is fairly fast; I can connect to my Zoom conferences; You can watch Netflix and watch games live on TV. Sure, everyone is using a lot of WiFi. But for me it was a fast WiFi connection.

Fantastic experience: In 2020, I came here after leaving Switzerland making a stop at London Heathrow before coming back to the U.S. due to Lockdown. The hotel took our EF tour group in happily and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was also very good with a large variety. We only stayed one night, but it was nice and we made it back to the U.S. safe.

Fantastic experience: My first time in London and spent my quarantine at atrium. Great location. Lovely large rooms. Great comfy beds and the bed linen and towels all crispy white. I was given the food menu for the first couple of days. Sent food on time & plentiful. Room was in an excellent position over viewing the Heathrow runaway !! I was very lucky to get this room because the rooms were allocated depending on the availability. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service from the staff. Very polite & understanding. Spent 12 days here for the quarantine. Sent us food on time. Food was warm and packed well. Hotel is super nice & room was modish. Bed was super comfy. Room was a large closet, Workstation, Coffee station, Large smart TV, good Wi-Fi signals. Even though I was just inside the room, we were allowed outside for 15-20 minutes for a day. Staff was very kind to us. Overall, I am very happy with my stay.

Fantastic experience: I got atrium for my quarantine when I first came to London. Hotel is very easy to locate & from the airport you can arrive here within 5 minutes maximum. It’s a modern hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. Since I was here for the quarantine, I couldn’t explore the hotel. Food was tasty, Room was properly cleaned. I felt safe & comfortable. Wi-Fi was at a good speed. Definitely recommending this hotel.

Fantastic experience: This is very close to the Hatton cross station which is very convenient if you're travelling by tube. Also is very convenient to get to Central London without any stress.The rooms were pretty good and the staff were very friendly and went out of the way to get certain things done. Fantastic experience: Checked into atrium today, wow I'm really impressed already! Front desk staff was lovely, this is my first time in London, staff made me feel less nervous, they spared their time to tell me about how to use the tube, oyster card & places I can visit. Hotel was just couple of minutes away from the airport, it took me no time to reach there. Room is spacious, very well arranged. Bathroom has a really nice shower. Highly recommend Atrium

Staff and security they follow government guidelines on quarantine requirements. Food, WiFi, cleanliness, facilities in the room excellent. Reasonable for the price and really close to the airport.

Fantastic experience: On my final day of quarantine, my experience here is good. Staff was very helpful & kind. We got warm separately packed meals on time. I made it without going insane because I was able to watch movies online with hotel WiFi which was very fast. They collect laundry every day and turn around time is approx. 48h or so. Room has a coffee station too.

Fantastic experience: Hotel felt like home. I felt safe coz of how they handled food , the cleaning, sanitising well. This is my second quarantine stay and in my previous hotel I didn't feel much comfortable. In terms of hospitality their services are not compromised just become we are here for the quarantine. WiFi connection was also really good. I was worried from my last quarantine experience that this would be the same. But atrium saved me from frustration of having a bad WiFi connection.

Fantastic experience: My parents stayed here for their mandatory quarantine. Staff went above and beyond to serve them the food they wanted, both of them have certain dietary requirements. Staff was very helpful. My parents had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. They were very well taken care of. Hotel was not far from the airport so it was very easy for them to locate the hotel, this was their first time in London. Very pleased that my parents got Atrium for the quarantine stay. We were able to send them food deliveries from outside as well.

Fantastic experience: Completed my quarantine stay at Atrium. Everything was just as I expected nothing to complain. Wi-Fi connection was decent. Binged watched many TV series. Got warm & separately packed meals on time. You get wraps, Soups, Rice, English breakfast, Fruits, Sandwiches Etc. Also, you can get food delivered from outside. I was allowed outside for 15 minutes daily, just have to call the hotel & security will come to attend you. This stay can be tough if you are on your own but take a deep breath and accept it, that is out of your control, but you can control how much you enjoy your stay.

Fantastic experience: I got this hotel for my 12 days quarantine. Hotel was really cool, Room was well cleaned. Wi-Fi worked well for me without uncomfortably slow connection experience. Food menu was given to me when I checked in & I made some requests for changes, which were met for my expectations. They provide laundry service, Bottled water & you get the coffee station inside the room. Could not enjoy all the facilities in the hotel obviously. But staff was very understanding about us. For the PCR you’ll be required to swab on your own.  Results will be emailed & texted to you. Since now self-isolation has become a norm, my advice is to make sure you to think about how to stay mentally well within this period. It does get difficult if you are staying on your own. Overall, I am happy with the service & the package I received.

Fantastic experience: Stayed here for mandatory quarantine so I was not able to explore the hotel much. Hotel was about 5 minutes away from the Airport, Hard to miss. Staff follows all the covid guidelines, on my way to the room I noticed that they keep the place very clean. I was allowed outside daily for about 15 minutes and the Wi-Fi connection was fast enough to keep me connected and I was able to stream my movies through the hotel TV. I’m sure everyone was using Wi-Fi heavily but surprisingly the connection was fast enough for me. Highly recommend you plan your days because it can be unbearably boring to stay inside the room for 12 days! Food was good since I was given the menu, I knew what to expect. Also was able to order out and staff bought it to my room.

Fantastic experience: Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed & we got the food menu. It has wraps, Soups, English Breakfast, Sandwiches, Salads Etc.  Plus points: You can request food for your dietary requirement – Warm individually wrapped Food – Good Portions – You can ask for more! If you feel like getting food delivered, you can order from outside and staff will send it to your room. Wi-Fi was very good!  I joined my lectures without any interruption and the room has a small workstation as well. Not to forget the coffee station. Room was clean literally next to the airport. I’m glad I got this hotel for my quarantine stay.

Positive experience: Done with my quarantine at Atrium Hotel! Want to leave a good review to encourage staff who takes a risk to serve us & get really bad feedback from many customers. Firstly my room was very well cleaned & arranged including full set of toiletries for my whole stay! You can male your own tea/coffee from the coffee station. Staff was very understanding about our mental status. WiFi connection saved me from getting more annoyed because a slow WiFi connection is the worst thing that can happen to me when I'm stuck in a room ! I was able to stream to the TV and play games! I was allowed outside for about 10-15 minutes but please don't abuse this. Got warm meals, nicely packed & staff sent me extra items when I was extra hungry on some days! Very kind ! I didnt get to enjoy this hotel since I was stuck in a room but its a brand new a very good hotel! Also its only couple of minutes away from the airport!

Fantastic experience: I stayed here for my quarantine stay. Lucky I got this hotel. I was worried about the mandatory quarantine food after checking reviews from others who stayed in other hotels. Food was really good. Good portions, Packed well, served warm with disposable cutleries. Room was spacious, very well cleaned, comfy bed. WiFi connection was moderately fast, was able to join my zoom lectures, watched Netflix & streamed to the TV to play games. I'm sure everyone must be using the WiFi heavily but my this was a good fast WiFi connection.

Fantastic experience: The hotel service excellent. The staff was very friendly and they were always at our service. They send the menu online when you make the booking. Of course it was not easy to stay in a hotel for 2 weeks but then the food was so nice and the rooms were spacious and we didn’t really feel it. And the staff was always helpful when we needed them. I recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to spend their quarantine in London!!!

Fantastic experience: Booked the hotel for me and my partner. Process was quite simple, you will get the food menu and the information you need to know before you arrive to the hotel. So you know what to expect and you can request changes for the food if you want. Staff did provide us extra on the days we felt like extra snacking. You can also order from food outside. Staff will bring it to you. Wifi connection was decent, I was able to get my work done during my stay, although I was worried after seeing some horrible reviews about quarantine hotels.  But I was able to connect to my zoom meetings and was able to stream to the room TV. Room has small workstation too. Great deal for a good reasonable price. Highly recommended. Also don’t forget to bring yourself books/movies/boardgames to keep yourself entertained.

Fantastic experience: I had the first quarantine experience at atrium. Although I was uncomfortable being quarantined the staff made me so comfortable. They were so friendly and helpful throughout the process. The rooms especially were so spacious. The rooms had entertainment with many channels and helped me forget the fact that I was under quarantine. And they were so considerate about my choices of food. All I had to do was inform prior about my food requests and they were spot on about my choices.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to send our sincere appreciation for the staff who served us during these difficult times. They were very understandable about our quarantine situation. Always very helpful to us & we got extra meals when we requested. Meals were in good portions, but boredom gets to us made us hungry for snacking. We can also get food delivered from outside. Most food items were from Asian cuisine. I found them delicious. If you make a request to change the food according to your dietary prior to your arrival. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, Water bottles, disposable cutleries are provided. You can also request for these if you need extra. Hotel is very close to the airport so had not much trouble to reach the hotel. Very clean. Room was spacious. Comes with a mini fridge, Coffee Station, Workstation, TV (which you can connect your devices). Beds were comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I made a reservation for my parents stay here recently for their on arrival mandatory hotel quarantine. The staff went above & beyond to look after them. I received the food menus prior to the arrival and was able to change the dietary requirements accordingly. They were really happy with the stay & I highly recommend the hotel for mandatory quarantine.

Also if you have any dietary requirements they will arrange it as well. The staff was super friendly and accommodation. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for mandatory quarantine.

Negative experience: I was in this hotel for managed quarantine. The worst thing about the hotel is internet connection. I used to get disconnected 5-8 times in a one hour meeting. My work and classes were hampered a lot. And the peculiar thing is that they didn’t bother. I complained countless times and they sometimes said sorry and other times they were asking me to write to the IT manager Amit!!! Another problem was no one receiving calls. To get to the reception, you have to call multiple times. I have never been to a hotel where reception didn’t pick up the phone. And when they picked up, they were just asking me to call some other numbers instead of taking care of the problem. Their logic was that it was a different department who could solve your problem! Regarding food, the dinner was okay, the breakfast was average and the lunch was bad. It took around 2300 pounds for the 10 days quarantine (I don't know how much of that they got) but the service I got wasn't worth 1000 pounds. However the NHS services (PCR tests) and the security guards placed by the govt were good. They were even a little empathetic about our situation. But the one who should have cared (the hotel guys) just didn’t care. To add to the regret, my friends staying at Radisson for the same money got great food, stable and fast internet and good hospitality. I will not recommend Atrium to anyone.

Negative experience: Ridiculously poor internet (1-5 Mbps) and got a room with no exposure to sunlight. Isolated not only physically but also virtually. Staying here for government-managed quarantine. Hope that this hotel can do better by ensuring that all guests have access to at least 25 Mbps internet even during full occupancy. Also to place quarantined guests in rooms with window facing outside to be able to see sunlight.

Fantastic experience: 4-star Deluxe Hotel, opposite Hatton Cross Underground station, it takes no time to arrive here from the airport. We were warmly welcomed to the hotel. We received the food menu after the booking. So we knew what to expect. Hotel collects laundry every day & got the laundry returned with 2-3 day. Room has a mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer, water bottles (you can request if you need more), disposable cutleries are provided with meals, Toiletries, about 42” TV, you can connect your mobile or laptop to the TV. I highly advice you to bring books, puzzles or anything else to keep you entertained. It get real difficult to stay in the room after couple of days. For food you can expect rice, curry, chicken, Wraps, English breakfast, soups. Good portions. Room was properly cleaned. Staff was willing to assist us.

Negative experience: My bestfriend's family (3 person) was quarantined here for 10 days. 1. Checked-in: given an occupied room. Complained but the reception blamed them for going into the wrong room. 2. Indian meal served the entire quarantine except for breakfast. 3. They just put all 3 single beds side by side in a very small room. Slept like sardines in a can. 4. Poor wifi connection cannot even load a picture from a simple fb msgr. 5. Lost one week laundry of 3 persons and didn't care at all. Instead, blamed the guests for putting it in a wrong laundry bag which this hotel provided. They just said no guarantee of getting it back. So, they checked out without any arrangements with the lost clothing. 6. My bestfriend went to collect her family as the end of quarantine, it was pouring rain, she wasn't allowed to take shed under the roof outside the hotel since she just have to wait outside the premises! Lucky enough her umbrella saved her. Shame on their services as one of the quarantine hotels in Heathrow! This is a 4-star hotel? Oh my stars and garters!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent property, very convenient to reach from the airport. But I was not here for a holiday, my stay here was for quarantine. staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and spacious. I advise you to check the menu prior to your stay and request food if you have dietary requirements. You can get food delivered from outside as well. Bathroom had shampoos & stuff enough for my stay, I was allowed outside for 10-20 minutes for a day. Room has a large TV & WiFi was okay. I didn't face any difficulties with the staff or any other service they provided. But it sure is not easy to stay inside a room for 12 days. You can speak with staff and sort out things ,they are very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Hello, Want to thank you the F&B team for providing all the meals accordingly to my dietary requirements. Nothing to complain, stayed here for the mandatory quarantine after I returned from my home country. Room was clean, bedding were very comfortable, WiFi was fast. Hotel staff followed covid safety standards. Felt safe to stay at the hotel.

Negative experience: Currently staying here for quarantine purposes. Plus points - comfy beds, big TV, tea making station and a fridge. Negatives - 1.Food with very limited variety. Sick of seeing the same breakfast every single day. After paying a huge sum you feel very disheartened when you hear what your friends get from other hotels. Sandwiches are soggy most of the days. Gives you the feel of being imprisonated. We have to order from outside as kids go on without eating. Making a sandwich without lettuce is rocket science to them, so they send a smelly, watery soup for kids. Bet these kitchen people have no kids at home. My advise- if you are coming with kids, pack a lot of snacks or prepared to order from outside. It's that terrible. 2.WIFI is very very poor you cannot take a video call and it took three attempts to post this even. When complained, they said they will inform the maintanace and thats it.. These type of hotels should be removed from the quarantine services given that we have no choice. 3. I lost my SIM card delivered to the hotel. Dont know what happend. Never ever think of staying here if you have a choice.

Positive experience: Stayed here for my mandatory quarantine so I did not get to explore the hotel as I wanted to. Hotel is not too far from the airport and very easy to find. I was concerned about the cleanness of the room, but the room was very well cleaned. Plenty of space. Nothing to complain about, Food was sent on time individually packed & in good temperature. Got a variety of food served during my stay. Soups, Sandwiches, Wraps, chicken roast, Curry, fruits & etc. In the showroom there were individual shower products which was enough for my stay. Staff was helpful & friendly.

Negative experience: Bad experience during our quarantine period. Many times we do re-swab because of lack of coordination of the hotel and there security. We got problems on our result and got delayed in our transfer schedule. The foods are all Indian Foods, no other choices. They serve rice with out course(chicken/beef/fish) only rice and paired with sandwich. What kind of food service it was.

Negative experience: Whoever was on reception today at 8pm, handling calls, was rude af. Poor customer service, so unimpressed. Would have thought a 4 star hotel would have friendly and well trained staff. Phone manners definitely need improving.

Fantastic experience: Reached the hotel in less than 6 mins from the Heathrow Airport. Perfect location for a quarantine hotel because of the distance. Rooms were clean and neat along with the bathroom which was fully equipped. The staff was incredibly helpful as well. The food was great throughout and it had a great variety. I also got to go the the corridor 15 mins daily which helped me to deal with the quarantine stress. Overall my quarantine experience went on greater than I thought.

Fantastic experience: Hotel was recommended by my agent for the mandatory on arrival Quarantine. Hotel is not too far from the airport. Checked in without any hassle . From the elevator to everything they have taken precautions to keep distance between people. I Stayed in a standard room. Bed was comfortable & clean. Got different meals for lunch & dinner but for breakfast mainly it was English breakfast. I was allowed to go outside to a designated area every day for about 15 minutes. It was not easy staying inside a room for more than a week but I just want to appreciate the hotel staff for being friendly & making sure I was comfortable.

Negative experience: Noisy location, added to that you can hear everything going on in adjacent rooms. Room service was poor and the food cold/inedible. View from the sealed window was heaps upon heaps of rubbish generated by the hotel.

Fantastic experience: Staff was very polite and friendly manner. They made sure the vegetarian meals we ordered was enough for us. I actually cant complain about the facilities I got for the price I paid, it was reasonable. It could be quiet frustrating to stay in the room for more than a week but can speak to the service staff & get your issues resolved, very attentive. We were allowed to go to go put from the room daily for about 15-20 minutes. Wifi connection was decent. Room was very clean.

Fantastic experience: We were fortunate to get a room with a view. Rooms were very well cleaned & properly equipped with a coffee station, full toiletry set for both of us & big TV. We were able to use the balcony area for about 15 minutes each day. Which was a huge relief. Quarantine in a room for 12 days can be a real challenge. Want to thank the hotel staff for being attentive. I'm happy that I was able yo connect to the TV & WiFi connections was pretty decent.

Fantastic experience: Room & the Toilet was properly scrubbed. Room was spacious. Decent meals were provided to me on time. Staff made sure I was comfortable & they warmly welcomed me to the Hotel. From the airport it took about 5 minutes to reach the hotel & it’s not possible for you to miss this hotel. Unfortunately, I stayed at Atrium for my quarantine, so I was not able to use other facilities in the hotel. Hotel ambiance was lovely, I wish this was a regular hotel stay so I could have enjoyed the pool. I liked the workstation in the room. I was able to connect to the TV to watch whatever I want. Atrium was recommended to my through my agent. Want to appreciate the hotel for serving us during these uncertain times. Keep up the good work.

Negative experience: They food was terrible. Me and my family had to hotel quarintine here and for 10 days we eat mayo and lettuce sandwiches for lunch. The kids had to order takeaway or else they would be starving from 1 pm to 7 pm.

Negative experience: The food was terrible. When you first come in they give you a menu to choose from but I am pretty sure they don't follow that and they give you want ever they want to. Me and my family had to hotel quarantine here and we had a miserable time. Lunch was the worst we had lettuce and mayo sandwiches with soup everytime for the 10 days we stayed . It was a horror for my family the kids had to order take away so they didnt starve.

Fantastic experience: When me & my partner arrived back from our vacation, we have heard how bad quarantine hotels treated the customers. Since the 14 days quarantine is mandatory we were ready for anything. But honestly having that kind of expectations the staff at Atrium seriously outdone themselves. Firstly I want to mention the staff provided me & my partner meals for our dietary requirements. We were asked what we would like to have for meals & manager personally made sure that we got what we asked for. We were fortunate to get a room with a view. Rooms were very well cleaned & properly equipped with a coffee station, full toiletry set for both of us & big TV. We were able to use the balcony area for about 15 minutes each day. Quarantine in a room for 14 days can be a real challenge. Want to thank the hotel staff for being attentive.
