Fantastic experience: Amie does an amazing job at juggling endless tasks she makes a priority at this gym to ensure all members have the best experience. Her classes are always varied and engaging with a fabulous atmosphere, and her welcoming personality and ability to cater to everyone with various needs and levels of fitness shines through - the reason why they’re always very popular with the members! Build, Hyrox and Boxer just some of our favourites - thank you for being the most patient, hardworking and friendly person with a heart of gold! This gym wouldn’t be the same without you!

Positive experience: Overall review is positive, with various classes catered to different needs and abilities. Members made to feel welcome by staff and instructors, really enjoy the classes especially Hyrox. Amie is doing a fantastic job in leading classes, fantastic Hyrox, Spin and Boxer whilst building a report with the members and staff alike; ensuring the team are keeping on top of the facilities to improve member experience. Great to see improvements made to the gym including ski erg and skill mills, would like to see a new hack squat and leg press added to the gym if possible.

Positive experience: Must say that Amy is a great trainer her burn and boxer classes are fantastic she keeps everyone motivated and she's always busy in the gym cleaning up after people. The gym is a little tired now but they have invested in new machines and the classes are good

Negative experience: Avoid becoming a member of this place. We must follow their rules, but they do not honor the contract. I gave my 90-day notice; however, with my change in work hours, I arrived at 21:10, and the access door was closed, even though they inform you that it is open until 22:00. I spoke to the reception a few times, but they ignored me. In other words, you either arrive by 21:00 or you will not be able to work out, not to mention the poor quality of the equipment, which is always broken. I simply canceled the direct debit, and now they are charging me for a subscription. There is a complete lack of respect for the customer. Therefore, think twice before becoming a member of this place so that you do not get ripped off like I am today.

Negative experience: The steam room has barely any steam in it’s not healthy sitting in a room like that what is not very steamy it’s supposed to be full of steam I pointed this out and all they say is it’s the right temperature it may show that on the thermometer because it’s in one place and high up but it’s really not working as it should be. depending on were you sit the steam is bare minimum and not relaxing it most uncomfortable I’ve had to leave and go to a different one with a steam that is allways maintained and working to a high standard this place was not meeting my expectations especially the smell of iron in the steam of a morning from the elderly lady’s that attend the classes it’s very unhealthy and unhygienic also not many seats or space to get changed have to stand up and put belongs on a dirty floor most of the time poor management and don’t accept any kind of responsibility just want the money shame on you

Negative experience: The gym cardio area is always super hot! It's like running in a sauna please put the air con on a higher setting. Also all the equipment could do with upgrading

You can tell it is a good club by the fact some of the excellent staff such as Carolyn Dean, take part in the classes and gym with the members.

Negative experience: Used to be good years ago but all the facilities and equipment are dirty or broken and they have the nerve to raise prices of membership. Don't know about the ladies but the men's lockers are full of questionable blokes talking about drugs. Just gone really down hill. Oh and if you try and cancel you pay for another 3 months £160 to leave.

Positive experience: Although it is a very good and promising gym, I have to admit that the building and facilities have been neglected. The ool needs proper cleaning (most of the times you can see "items" on the bottom). The walls need refreshing paint as they are starting to peel off. The parking street has too many holes and needs fixing. The staff in the pool tries to maintain a clean environment, but the company needs to do something bigger than this. Also, most of the days, something is not working.. it might be the hot tub or the sauna or the steam room.. and the temp of the hot tub is not always hot.. a few times is actually very cool, which makes the whole thing pointless...

Negative experience: Price is very high £20 for adults and £10 for kids staff very snotty and very critical not a nice place to go this was just for a 2 hours swimming then staff huff if you dont have your own pad lock for the lockers and just say you will have to leave them open with all your belongs in them would not recommend

Negative experience: Arrived from Leeds to Liverpool want to use gym and swimming pool with my membership card but been told they dont have padlocks left so my belongings i can left on reception but I need to change first then bring my belongings on reception and after gym to swimming pool same procedure Now is 2023 cmon guy do something Get 1000 padlocks for 1£

Fantastic experience: Been on and off here for years as ive always lived in the area. Its the best its ever been in there. Still stuff to be refurbished but big changes have been made. Staff are really friendly and always have a smile for you.

Positive experience: I didn't visit the gym but did use the pool. The pool itself is fine, but I noticed some of the floors didn't look like they'd been cleaned since the last change of management, however many years that might have been...

Negative experience: Went back after cancelling years before, a decision I regret. Swimming area hasn't changed for years and needs updating. Gyms area isn't that big compared to other well known gyms and the equipment needs updating and especially the decor. There are cheaper gyms that are more appealing. To top it off I added my 6 yr old to my membership for swimming as I knew I was taking him twice and worked out cheaper adding him for the month, which i later find out without them saying that he was now in a 3 month contract that even though they didn't tell me I couldn't get off. Would have been cheaper just paying in twice. Rip off and would recommend David Lloyd, or dedicated super gym.

Negative experience: If you're looking specifically for a "gym", you should look elsewhere. There're many other gyms that are less than half the price yet have much better equipment and changing facilities.

Negative experience: It is no longer a relaxing place to go as there is none stop screams and shouts coming from the swimming lessons. Also parents watching threw windows. Not at all relaxing anymore and have spoke to a few other members who are considering leaving due to the noisey swimming lessons at every hour of the day. Also expect to only be able to use a 1/4 of the pool due to swimming lessons.

Fantastic experience: I just want to give a massive shout out to the Manager and staff at the Village gym in Liverpool. They always go the extra mile to ensure that they provide excellent customer service and if they can help they will. The friendly welcome and inclusive atmosphere that I experience on each visit keeps me coming back for more. Thank you to all the team. I visited the gym again today in a work capacity as support for adults who have additional needs the lovely welcome we received and the extra care that staff gave us was just brilliant and a massive thank you to Sophie poolside who made sure that the experience was fun and everyone felt included and valued.

Fantastic experience: The pool was so warm, lifeguards around all the time and nice and clean.

Negative experience: Over £55 a month for a full membership, not what I expected at all I'm afraid. Every time you go near the pool area there are children's swimming lessons for hours and hours, class after class, which means the car park and changing rooms are also constantly full with parents and children. Parents constantly peering through the windows, in and out, collecting the kids after each lesson. Trying to navigate around the pool to the Sauna, Steam room spa bath and seating areas becomes is simply a nightmare. Men and Women in the pool area are expected to be afforded some privacy whilst in bathing costumes and this is obviously not possible with the swimming lessons. This is not what I expect from premium priced leisure facility. Many other members saying the same as the lessons are getting longer and longer on virtually every day, at peak times too. Something needs to be done. Local community leisure centres are for children's swimming lessons, not private gyms. Seems to be a simply a money grabbing exercise which if not halted will eventually be the end of the Gym as there will be no members.

Positive experience: A little pricey but if your using the rewards scheme and going alot then it's not to bad. Jacuzzi steam room and sauna is good. The pool can get busy and quite small for lane swimming.

Fantastic experience: Been going the gym for atleast 4 years now. There was quite a turnover in staff of recent but now they have the balance to perfection. I go of a morning so I don't see all the staff regularly. Three guys who stand out for me who work there are Tom, Adam and John. All stop and have a chat and are really top people and a credit to the company. Adam for me has a wealth of fitness knowledge with competing in the past. Always offers advice and answers any questions I have to do with improving my physique.

Negative experience: A good selection of static equipment but feeling very cramped at the moment. It's expensive for what it is. Very run down and scruffy. Staff are trying their best and are very helpful. Gets quite busy in the evening where people stand and have a natter

Negative experience: I tried to cancel my membership from September. In January I went to gym to cancel from them so I called cancelation team in January and I should pay last payment in February. Unfortunately in March they charged me again and the gentelman said there is no cancellation on the system. Lol. Beware of this gym as this is the worst service I ever got in my life.

Positive experience: 遊泳池不算大但有SPA, 蒸氣室，桑拿室,還可以選擇免費參加Aqua活動, 更衣室也算濶落！

Fantastic experience: Well equipped gym, good sized pool, steam room, jacuzzi and sauna. A sports bar on site where you can catch live sports events. All in all ticks a lot of boxes.

Negative experience: Outdated equipment

Positive experience: Great pool area, really nice sauna and steam rooms, cold plunge shower and poolside jets to enjoy. The recent fresh paint throughout has improved it too. The staff are lovely and really helpful. Update: a new jaccuzi has been installed!
