Fantastic experience: Fantastic ladies only gym, with class style sessions. Friendly and welcoming. Longest I've ever stayed at a gym since starting here.

Fantastic experience: Lovely fringe Yoga session last night. Lovely to unwind and stretch out the muscles. New class on a Wednesday eve at 7.15pm for 45 mins of self awareness.
