Positive experience: Small swimming pool, water has strange smell and teste, WCs are not clean and without toilet papers. No cabinets to change our clothes.

Negative experience: It’s an absolute joke , they never clean that place, changing room go on for days without cleaning. Have reported to the reception few times but nothing is done. What a waste of money. It’s disgusting

Positive experience: They have some good facilities.. but the swimming pool is SO dirty. I doubt that they clean it very often at all. I went swimming there with my family, and we were all equally disappointed and disgusted. We also found used plasters In the pool while we were swimming. Even the changing rooms are dirty. The floors were very dirty, and so were the walls. I really hope that they’ve cleaned up.

Negative experience: I swim here. The pool itself is ok (though often looks dirty at the very bottom?), but there are issues with the changing rooms. They often close the female changing rooms after school kids have their lessons, and direct you to the health centre for changing, which is mixed. There are at least cubicles there, but it still means you have to shower with men, who often stare. It's very uncomfortable. I also think pools should have swimming slots that are female only, for obvious reasons.

Fantastic experience: Busy Gym. Nice staff. They are very pleasant and helpful. It has Gym Sauna Swimming pool and many more. It has free of charge bodytracx machine to measure your BMI goals too.

Fantastic experience: Haven't heard of this place in years..... kiss my fist girl behind the sports centre when I was in year 8 and quite often use to smoke there too... oh, mis-spent youth. They use to have a pot noodle machine in there, but It would sell out 5 minuets into the lunch period. Ahhh, good times. Ps I use to go to Gosford Hill school back in the day other than the swimming lesson and after school cricket team. I didn't really use the place, but WHAT memories

Negative experience: I am deeply dissapointed with their accounts team. My husband paid for mine and his membership. He cancelled this account months ago - and now suddenly they reinstated my account without telling me and for two months they were taking our money. We noticed that because i have received email about increased cost of monthly membership. Not very good as we need to now spend a lot of time to get to someone by phone to actually resolve this issue. I wonder how much time it will take them to give us our money back. Not very good customer service

Negative experience: Dirty changing rooms toilets and swimming pool. Rubbish swimming timetable especially for adults with very late (9 pm) line swimming.

Negative experience: Due to short of staff, the adult swimming lessons aren't going very well. Each week there are new people joining in the adult sessions (15 new starters this week), but only 1 staff for all those 15. I'm really stuck after 2 months of proper practise and the trainers can't move me to next level.

Positive experience: Lots of facilities to use but a little outdated

Fantastic experience: The way to Kidlington from Banbury was beautiful. It's amazing. I travelled not on the express way but via Bodicourt and Adderbury.

Positive experience: The Gym and the classes are good. They have lovely teachers in the Pilates and Yoga classes. The staff is friendly and helpful. But the swimmingpool- I do not know what to say. I was shocked....the wardrobes are VERY dirty, the water wasn't clean and you have to book your timable. I definitely will choose a other swimmingpool, when i would like to go swimming. The lifeguard was by the way sometimes on the phone. I'm a lifeguard too and that's a NO GO.

Positive experience: Sand based astro is nice. Easy to hire through Legacy Leisure. Played here all year and will do the same again. It is looking a little bit tired compared to some of the new facilities around and it's sand based so avoid sliding on it!

Positive experience: dirty toilets and incompetent staff using private cellphones, reception doesn’t answers the phones and sauna and steam room off without any notes- my experience today. On the good side good yoga and body balance classes

Positive experience: Mens changing room this morning really smelt and should be cleaned showers now seem to have been changed and we can now get in without being burnt.

Fantastic experience: We have aleays enjoyed using their outdoor facilities for playing football. This was the first time we used their indoor court and we had a blast.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and well run, a pleasant enviroment. It wasn't busy when I was there and there was no queuing to get in. Gym equipment well spaced out to allow good distancing when exercising. Everyone wore masks inside apart from when not practical, when exercising and swimming.

Negative experience: First off let me say kids will be kids. On that note my son Went for play group there and when I got there to pick him up he had a busted lip. Now kids will be kids but we didn't get a call to say he hurt him self or nothing. One other thing I mean I didn't drop him off and the murs didn't tell them someone else was picking him up but they never questioned it and we left. Now not a big deal in this case but what if I was estranged from him and I picked him up the other parent might have a major issue with that. Besides that he said he had a good day he went swimming he watched a movie he played he had fun even with a busted lip.

Negative experience: I am a swim member and not impressed at all. The water the majority of times is cold, the pool not filled with water and the bottom of the pool hasn't been hoovered for a long time.

Fantastic experience: Rather impressed with this tiny sports centre. Only watched my nephew who is 3 whilst he did football training. The young man who ran it was absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend if this is just the standard set by the coach Ben? And coach William.

Negative experience: Poor service, nasty reception , they didn’t let me and my little one using swimming pool . The excuse was too many kids in swimming pool, They didn’t let my little one join in and she was crying . Very Disappointed when I see no many kids in pool .

Fantastic experience: A nice clean sports centre - which can be a rare find. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The swim facilities are clean and reasonably priced. You can do squash and badminton here and you are able to get a spare racket in case anything happens to happen to yours or you forget your equipment. Only thing I do miss is more general swims with lanes allocated so that people can do lengths. Plenty of free parking on site too. As and added bonus they sell equipment in the entrance which means you can pick something up while you’re there saving a trip or buy something you’ve forgotten.

Negative experience: Used to use Pool regularly but then had a terrible experience with deputy manager insisting i stop swimming front crawl in the fast lane because a slow breaststroker wanted to swim in that lane. I left in disgust reported the issue twice to Parkwood, never got an acknowledgement let alone reply and joined another provider. V disappointing

Fantastic experience: The gym was fairly quiet which allowed me to make use of more equipment. I also met a guy in the sauna room and he told me that he runs a spinning class on Saturday mornings as I originally enquired about Zumba classes.

Fantastic experience: We through a children party there. They have 3different options of the rooms with activities. All options are very good and price wise -very competitive. We choose one with soft play for under 5 year old. The room it self not too big they recommend 15children max. Which is what I would say to go for. Definitely no more. The room was above the swiming pool and very warm. Sometimes was a bit too warm for children who were running arround and playing. But I came couple of days before to view and notice that So everyone was advice to dressed the children appropriately . No complains here. But It would do.with better ventilation system. Staff was very helpful . amazing place to have children's panties. Will defiantly come back and recommend to my friends Swimming pool - warm . I was looking for a place where I can swim with my little ones and not get too cold when stepped from the pool. also I think I saw sauna too ! Haven't visited a gym yet. But its on my list to do so.

Positive experience: This is a good leisure centre, which is well run and clean and the fitness staff is very good. It is great for the whole family an the swimming provision is outstanding. A full time, professional receptionist/administrator will help in the running of day to day activities of the centre as the administrative side of things sometimes goes less smooth. The centre is outstanding value for money and I would recommend it to anyone looking for something more affordable as an alternative to the typical high end gyms in the area. It is not the place for you if you need private showers.

Negative experience: Poor Facilities. They have tiny lockers for £1 usage and also no private shower facilities! All open showers....Disgusting, my Local DW Gym has better facilities and helpful staff.

Negative experience: I had my camper van at work popped in for a shower was told there is no price for a shower. Was told square up when leaving then on exit told it's £4 the same as a swim off a manager. Complete joke was going to walk but in the end £2. Use the gym down the road more accommodating to that overpriced nonsense
