Positive experience: Personally I enjoyed it. Staff was helpful. Swimming pool, steam room and Sauna okay. The gym is not so massive but well cleaned and good equipments.

Positive experience: For the cost, this is a great little place. Warm swimming pool, well equipped gym and friendly staff. It is a bit rough around the edges, small showers, cold changing rooms and rusty locker keys. However, I'm glad I joined and hope to keep going through the winter months!

Negative experience: Last week i call them, and i ask sauna will be open? Lady sed, yes from monday. Great, i booked the place and i bought ticket. On arrival the sauna door open. The man told me the sauna not work , will change, he don't know when reopen. The man terrible, rud, can't help etc. who can refund my ticket??? He don't know. I ask the hotel recepcion, she can't help. Absolutly terribel service!

Negative experience: Went in pool, jacuzzi and sauna, wife got a water infection and I got a cold sore. Couldn't smell any chlorine and no Theone had towels in sauna. gym was ok.

Negative experience: Disgusting treatment of customers! Disabled customer joined 18 months ago to use swimming facilities, was not told there is No disabled access! Has now cancelled membership. After canceling, now being hounded for a further payment by a debt collector!!

Negative experience: Friendly environment but delapidadated in most areas, deeds updating urgently. It would appear the owners do not wish to spend to promote the business. Membership payment format needs reviewing, not flexible enough.

Negative experience: Looks beautiful on pictures. The swimming pool water wasn't very nice. The jacuzzi and the sauna was ok.

Negative experience: Went to an open day on 28/01/2018 at spirit, as a test before i buy. The gym equipment is old and dated. They only have dunbells as freeweights, which the mirror is to low so i cannot see half of your body whilst lifting and only one bench. The cardio equipment is also dated, as i was on the bike and cross trainer i felt like it was going to break as it was sqeeking and grinding. The room is very dark with wallpaper falling of the wall. On a plus the pool is great and the only reason im giving it 2 stars. Shame really because if the gym wasnt so bad i was considering leaving my gym for the the gym and swim.
