Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and will definitely stay again if I visit Leeds. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome. Jose at reception greeted me warmly and was very professional, which made a great first impression. The breakfast the next morning was absolutely brilliant – one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel in the UK. There was such a wide variety of food to choose from, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly, which is quite rare in my experience! The staff at breakfast were wonderful too, always friendly and helpful. Natalia really stood out – she had a big smile on her face the whole time and kept checking to make sure I had everything I needed. She made me feel so looked after, and it was such a lovely way to start the day.

Fantastic experience: Came to see slipknot with my mum, booked the hotel for the night, when we got in we loved it the second we walked in, from the bathroom down to the kettle when we found it , beds were really comfy same with the pillows and the mattress, really easy to fall asleep on, very very very good view from the 11th floor. Went for food and the staff was phenomenal loved the enthusiasm with them, a lot of food to choose from a different variety is what we liked a lot, overall amazing place I would personally recommend over and over.

Negative experience: Booked a small business meeting event. Completely disorganised on the day. Had to switch rooms. Lunch totally chaotic. Billing was wrong and they refuse to provide a vat invoice - probably because they messed up the billing and can't reconcile.

Fantastic experience: Stayed Dec 2024 for a night as we were in Leeds for a concert. Room was upgraded for us which was a lovely surprise on check in. Everywhere was clean and well looked after, the room was spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The hotel is a five minute walk from the station and ten minutes walk to the stadium. There was also a Xmas market in the square just outside the hotel which we enjoyed having a stroll through too. We had a breakfast in the hotel in the morning and it was really good value. A huge range of choices and all delicious! Everything was self serve except the hot drinks which while it was nice to have them served at the table, we'd almost finished eating before we got our tea/coffee. I would definitely book this hotel again, I was a bit sad we'd only booked one night!

Negative experience: Excellent location but doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel. Rooms very basic, no evening restaurant, bed very uncomfortable. Wouldn't stay again

Positive experience: Staff, fantastic, location excellent, close to the station and some very good bars/ restaurants, breakfast good and the chef does perfect, and I mean perfect, poached eggs to order... Rooms a little tired now, so had to take a star off for that.

Fantastic experience: Staying here on 20th floor amazing room 1st time with television at end of bath. Sitting room with nespresso machine and tons of pods. whats not to like. Staff on check in very helpful and friendly. In the centre across the road from train station. Excellent start to holiday.
Fantastic experience: Great hotel. Close to good transport links, shopping and eating. Clean rooms with a great view from the 19th floor. The service in the restaurant was very good and the food too. Would certainly return.
Fantastic experience: I stayed here for one night through work, the room was huge, bathroom lovely, tea and coffee facilities (once located, hid in a wardrobe) the only slight downside was the mattress and bed did not feel luxury. It was two beds put together which made it very big but the mattress was thin. I slept well though so can't really complain. Overall good service. And they kept hold of my bag for me as I was very early and gave me a ticket to collect later. Very happy and would stay again

Positive experience: We stayed here for a couple of nights. Our room was on the 14th floor with great views of the city skyline. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. Bathroom was modern with the shower over the bath. Check in was quick and easy. Great location with in the city centre.

Positive experience: On entering the hotel we were quite pleased. Looked lovely, then we waited ages for the lift. When we got to our rooms on the 5th floor, they were quite basic, had tea, coffee, etc, and 1 biscuit inside a cup, none of which we used. Only, plus side was we had a fridge, nothing in it. We usually stay places where there are complementary snacks and water/canned drinks. We had an issue with the aircon in the room on arrival and telephoned reception who said they were sending someone up and waited 20 minutes nobody arrived, so we called back and said it was sorted. Bed was comfy, but we were woken to the noise traffic and nearby workmen. Breakfast, well, this wasn't the greatest. No spoons available on table to eat cereal, asked the lady and she went to get spoons and didnt even bother bringing one over to our table for us! Excellent choice, but they use tinned mushrooms. The scrambled egg tasted very strange. The only thing I ate was watermelon as I was put off with the taste of things I had chosen. The coffee is disgusting. we love a decent coffee, but this wasn't nice at all. We left a whole mug. Parking there isn't any, however, they do offer discounted parking for £20 per 24hrs. We didn't pay this as we found our own parking near/opposite Q park for £12 24 hours it's like a lockup style place but has a payment metre outside of it. I wouldn't recommend staying here, you can get better for the price!

Positive experience: The bed was rock hard and the pillows thin, hard and lumpy. The bathroom fan ran constantly and was noisy.

Positive experience: Very hard matress and pillows, but great location and friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and tidy. Reasonably priced
Fantastic experience: The hotel is a short walk from the train station, as we arrived we were greeted by the very pleasant Olinka, who gave us the wonderful surprise of upgrading our room to a suite & a free drink each at the bar, The room was fantastic, with brilliant views over the city, large living area with microwave, coffee machine, sofa & seats, dining table, large bedroom with a lovely large bathroom attached. After a shower & getting changed we headed to the bar for our free drink, the bar next to reception was very clean, good selection of drinks, great for watching the world go by, we headed up to Millennium Square to watch The Manic Street Preachers and Suede a walk of about 10 - 15 minutes (brilliant gig) we returned later for a night cap & more watching the world go by lol,once going to bed my only complaint would be people letting doors slam, but obviously this is in no ways the hotel or staffs fault, the bed was very comfortable & I had a great sleep, on weekends breakfast is available till 11 am in the 1st floor bar & restaurant, fantastic choice of continental or buffet of English breakfast, the food was delicious. With check out at 12 pm, you have the choice of using the app or at the desk. Great hotel, awesome staff should all get a massive bonus, would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful overnight stay.
Fantastic experience: First class customer service from when you walk into the hotel . Also the service for breakfast team is amazing, friendly and warm staff also deliver first class customer service in the breakfast area.
Positive experience: Nice location, decent rooms and service, but the shower isn't great, sounds isolation is non-existent and the beds are too soft. Still, it was clean and convenient.
Positive experience: To start with, there is no parking at the hotel. There is discounted parking nearby which is a bit of hassle. Rooms are good and they do provide bottle of water. Lifts are slow and I have seen maintenance staff pressing buttons after they got out, probably to have lift ready to go back. That doesn't help guests as lift keeps stopping at many floors and making it unnecessarily slow. Breakfast is ok, the food doesn't taste like cooked onsite. The tea and coffee are so hot I had to order at the beginning and then drink at the end after cooled down. There is no option of latte as they only offer tea or black coffee. Last time tea was not strong enough and we can't choose the tea bags. Gym is ok, the treadmill is noisy and had chewing gum on it when I last used. Not good cleaning.

Negative experience: I recently stayed at this hotel. Room service and house keeping were really terrible. Haven’t seen a house keeping service in the entire stay and they don’t even pick up calls in the afternoon as part of room service.

Negative experience: Do not stay here, staff are ok, but the rooms are filthy. Originally put in a double room which was dirty and then got put into a Suite after the ‘supervisor’ agreed that the original room was of a poor standard. The Suite and it’s just as bad. The standard of this so called 4 Star Hotel are terrible. The staff are not to blame, it’s a total failure of leadership which is in place, who clearly have a ‘it’ll do attitude’. I’ve stayed in Bed and Breakfast’s which were a higher standard. I look forward to your copy and paste reply!

Positive experience: Loved the suite with a view on the top floor, but hated waiting so long for the lift - if we stay here again we will allocate 20 minutes spare to wait for the lift in the morning to check out, go down for breakfast etc. now we know it’s needed. Other guests also had the same issues on lower floors, so when we were finally able to get in it at last, it stopped at most floors & guests would squeeze in regardless as they were sick of waiting, so it got quite claustrophobic. Shower temperature also took ages to adjust, so leave plenty of time to get it suitable for a shower in the morning too.

Positive experience: Great location for business close to the station and the centre of Leeds.. The room was clean and tidy. Great view of the square. Breakfast was ok. Fantastic experience: Great service at this hotel! Especially from Andrada, Sandra, and Imogen. They looked after our messy and noisy family with small children really well. Andrada even made a plate for me from the breakfast buffet and brought it to the table while I was dealing with my demanding one year old baby and was very attentive to our needs. Sandra managed things really well and kept checking if we needed anything. She was so friendly and kind, making us feel really comfortable. Imogen also took good care of us and kept checking if we needed anything.Overall we had a great experience of the staff members who were all very helpful. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and I look forward to staying here again. Many thanks!

Overall great stay with family and friends. Only issue is that there's no parking at the hotel and nearby recommended parking is super expensive
Positive experience: Sadly this hotel is very dated, the rooms are not in the best state, the paint job has been rushed and messy the woodwork is chipped, stain on the carpet, light out, dirty window, bed wasn’t very comfy and was springy. The tv tv had a big smash on the corner and dit would just go black making it unusable until replaced the next day. Apart from a good view of the city square This isn’t worth the money it charges.

Positive experience: Nice and helpful staff in reception. The hotel is just by the railway station and the city centre. We got a room on the 19th floor with a lovely view. It was a big room and clean. AC and kettle with tea and coffee but no fridge. We added breakfast for £10 per person and night. The breakfast had a good selection of hot food, cereals, bread, some cold cuts. Booked the room a few months before and got a good price. Would come back!

Positive experience: We had a very springy bed and the pillows were so hard we both ended up with stiff necks. A big bleach stain on the carpet and very limited milk, sugar and coffee. We asked about breakfast, told order it now for tomo and its £10, order it in the morning and its £17. That is shocking. Place looked tired and needed revamp... won't be stopping again... sorry. Staff were good though.

Fantastic experience: Great experience staying 4 nights at Park Plaza. It’s just across the road from the train station, right in the centre of town. There’s easy access to buses and my Ubers picked me up with no problem just outside the doors. The room was spacious and very comfortable. There was full control of the aircon system, and plenty of plugs. The water didn’t drain properly in the bath-shower, but this wasn’t a major issue. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - particularly those working at the breakfasts in the morning. Speaking of breakfast, plenty of choice and some tables had a nice view of the adjacent buildings!

Positive experience: Most of it I loved it. Great strategical place to be located too. My only big complaint is how hurried they are to kick you out of your table at breakfast. I stood up to grab more orange juice and they threw all my food away, cleaned the table and put it ready for usage again. I dislike a lot when hotels waste food like that. They said it was because I didn’t left any belongings of mine in the table. What should I leave? My clothes?! It’s breakfast at 6 am, I went to eat with pyjamas, my phone and my keycard! Remembering that makes me upset again. I hope you improve that!

Fantastic experience: Had a amazing time here very clean nice room great location nice friendly staff would recommend.
Positive experience: Perfect location right in the heart of everything. Walking distance to the First Direct Arena and a plethora of places to eat, drink and be merry! Room was clean and comfortable and had a fabulous view from 18 floors up. Breakfast delicious, plenty to choose from and attentive staff on hand. My only complaint is that the communal areas (noticeable mainly at reception) had an aroma (presumably pumped in) that I believe was supposed to be pleasant but to me smelt of service station public toilets!
Positive experience: Welcoming and comfortable atmosphere to the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and luxurious however the pillows are very hard and the bath/shower while excellent once in was very, very slippery and anybody older may risk a fall. Also, the light switches in the room were confusing as one side controlled the opposite sides overhead light meaning they were the wrong way around. The TV in the room is superb with Chromecast abilities.The breakfast offered a very good selection of continental and cooked however the toasters aren't very effective.

Negative experience: Quite poor standard hotel — looking very tired and dated. The rooms are badly designed with extremely uncomfortable beds. Surprising considering this isn’t a cheap hotel to stay at. Saving grace is the location, which is very central. Wouldn’t stay again.

Negative experience: Fantastic location but the room was dirty and very tired with the bed being held together with duct tape and was hard as a rock, my back is in a lot of pain after just three days and a big ugly stain on the floor. We paid for three days of parking each but when I tried het my car out of the parking lot I was charged £66. DONT STAY HERE

Positive experience: Great location, No onsite parking but multi storey parking not far away at reduced rates, Lobby bar got busy and only one staff on, Room service food was Pizza only,Breakfast was busy but great choice, will return.

Positive experience: It’s ok. You get what you pay for. £110 for a room in a city, this is bang on the money. Clean, but basic room. Like most budget hotels the AC doesn’t work. My room was so hot it was uncomfortable. Regardless of what setting the AC was on it made no difference. The major draw back to the hotel is there are 20 storeys and only three lifts. When heading down to breakfast it took me 10 minutes to get down! Standard over priced (£17.50) Buffett breakfast with dried out cooked sausage and bacon. Avoid this!!!! Very friendly staff. If I stayed in Leeds again. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Positive experience: Spacious rooms, lovely linens, clean bathroom, Had an iron, hair dryer, expresso machine, but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever, which was sad because it was a nice place to stay.

Positive experience: Great location and lovely staff. We hadn't booked breakfast so added it when we checked in. Very reasonably priced and a good selection of hot or continental breakfast. Our bed was really comfortable which is always a plus! If we were to stay over in Leeds again we would stay here again. The train station is very close by too.
Positive experience: Straight across from the railway station this is a nice hotel for a business or weekend stay. Slightly shabby public areas but the rooms are nice and the staff very friendly. Nice buffet style breakfast and conference buffet lunch and dinner in the restaurant was also nice. Not the cheapest but very convenient. 20 floors so great views from the higher floors if you don't mind lifts. Gym on site.

Fantastic experience: Great hotel right in the heart of Leeds. Reception staff could do with being a bit more welcoming but breakfast serving staff were great.
Negative experience: Rooms were lovely, carpet was a bit worn. Large mirror was either marked a lot or really dirty and the windows were dirty. The staff were not very good, went to get a soft drink at the bar on the ground floor but there was no staff and the 2 girls on the desk were so wrapped up in each other they looked but never said a word.

Negative experience: Great location and communal areas were nice but the rooms were very disappointing. The room was dirty when we arrived with dust all over the sides and surfaces. The bed resembled a prison bed, made out of mental and squeaked every time we moved. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the pillows were like sleeping on a concrete slab. We asked for more, softer pillows which were brought quickly but again were rock hard. The breakfast was also disappointing. Cheap produce, buffet style but had obviously been left standing for a good while. Very disappointing stay.

Negative experience: Dusgusting restaurant at breakfast time. Flies all over the bread, I had to choose a bit I hoped they hadn't reached. Poor quality sausages, underdone bacon..the list goes on. I paid £10 joining a guest for breakfast, she was mortified that I wasted my money as couldn't eat anything after one bite, felt ill. They seem unconcerned by criticism, as I note they fail to respond via various social platforms. The flies and unhygenic food service areas are the most concerning so reported to Environmental Health. Appalling for a restaurant in the centre of Leeds.

Positive experience: Great location and has a gym which is a bonus. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly but the rooms are quite outdated. The beds are not particularly comfy either but it’s good for a short stay
Positive experience: Stayed here in Jan when it was freezing. The hotel is on a great location in the city centre. The lifts take a long time to arrive and for travel. The gym was decent but freezing so make sure you pack a hoodie.

Fantastic experience: Really nice place to stay. Only criticism is that the toaster at breakfast needs looking at, lady at the side of me was putting her slice of bread in for the SIXTH time, so I didn't bother. I would still stay here again.
Positive experience: Great location if you are visiting Leeds city centre. I stayed on the 20th floor which had great views of the city. The gym is a decent size for a hotel gym and has most of the things you need. Nice, clean, tidy hotel. If you are driving then parking is a minimum of about a 7 minute walk away as there is no parking on site. There is a restaurant at the hotel but I didn’t use the facility.

Negative experience: TV subtitles did not work properly, fiddling to get going but failed in the morning. Reception seemed uninterested. Bars very small, dark and lacks ambience. Drinks expensive. Poor value overall.

Positive experience: Ideal location for exploring Leeds City centre, close to all restaurants, bars, and shops. Walking distance from train station so ideally located. Rooms are big and spacious, nice comfy beds.

Positive experience: Hotel staff are lovely, morning buffet team are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are starting to need maintenance/ refurbishment. The bathrooms I've had in the last few visits have been a bit shabby with rust or cracked tiles. Lights not working or switches not wired correctly (bedside switches turned off opposite side in the last room) Lack of mirror by the desk in some rooms,so it would be appreciated in order to not need to be in the bathroom for make up and or hair.

Fantastic experience: Great location, nice tidy rooms. Getting the shower to work just how you want it was possible but personally I find it easier to complete a Rubik's cube. But that's just a little joke, it's a nice hotel and the staff are polite and helpful.

Negative experience: I recently stayed at this hotel and regrettably, my experience was extremely disappointing. I cannot stress enough how strongly I advise everyone to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! The staff displayed a complete disregard for privacy by entering my room without knocking on the door. During one incident, I was in the bathroom washing my face when he entered. Shockingly, he didn’t even offer an apology for his behavior; instead, he attempted to justify himself by asking, “Do you need cleaning?” This is not only appalling but also deeply disrespectful. I felt profoundly unsettled and unsafe staying in such an environment. To make matters worse, approximately 30 minutes later, he entered my room once again, this time without any announcement. He discovered me in the room and appeared taken aback, feigning embarrassment before quickly shutting the door. I shudder to think what might have happened had I not been present. This behavior is utterly abhorrent and unacceptable. I implore anyone considering this establishment to think twice. It is vital to prioritise your safety and peace of mind when choosing accommodation, and unfortunately, this hotel failed in providing even the most basic level of respect for its guests’ privacy.

Positive experience: Location is great and the breakfast was very nice (don't prepay the breakfast or buy it on the day as it's more expensive, pay for it at check-in as its the cheapest). The room we were in was a bit dated but very clean, had to ask for the tea etc to be retstocked as the tray was empty when we got to the room but room service brought up the requested items very quickly. Room was also very noisy, could hear noise from the lift mechanism all night.

Fantastic experience: This is the second time I've visited, first for personal rather than work. Staff were wonderful and attentive, they really do make you feel like you're a person of importance to them, rather than a room number. We were upgraded and given a bottle of wine as it was for our anniversary which was just the most amazing touch, fabulous room and a bed bigger than our bedroom back home! Staff couldn't do enough for you, breakfast is also well worth the additional expense. Fabulous location, no more than ten mins from anything you may need in the center. We'll absolutely be back!

Positive experience: Lovely rooms though they are single beds put together which is annoying when your sleeping. They did have elmis wash products and a nespresso coffee machine in the room. And if you declined from service you were given a choice of a £10 voucher or a bottle of wine. The cooked breakfasts was self service and left a little to be desired and so was the service because they seemed too busy for the amount of staff working. Overall its in a good location in the heart of Leeds and i would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a very enjoyable one-night stay at this lovely hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the train station and we received a warm welcome. (You can go digital and check-in online but didn't). The complimentary confectionery on reception is a nice touch. I'm not sure if i had been upgraded but my room on the 16th floor was incredible! Dual aspect windows with a view over the city. The room included the largest bed I've ever encountered! The room had all the facilities you'd expect (a generous hospitality tray including bottles of water, Nespresso machine, safe, mini-fridge, hairdryer and some you might not expect such as and iron and ironing board). The bathroom had very nice toiletries and, like the rest of the room, was exceptionally clean. The public areas are nicely decorated and well maintained - useful if you're meeting friends. I didn't visit the bar or restaurant during my stay but it was handy to know that such facilities were available (you can order food online from the comfort of your room). I didn't have time to visit the gym but again, useful to know for next time . The lifts were plentiful and fast. The wifi was free. It had everything I needed for one-night stay and I hope I get a chance for a longer visit in the near future.

Positive experience: Great location in the heart of the city the website recommends parking at Q Park. However it fails to mention as did the person at check in, that the hotel offers 50% discount for guests. I mentioned this when checking out and had a poor response of “you’ll know for next time”.

Fantastic experience: Stayed here for a couple of weeks while working in Leeds. It's in a perfect location close to the train station and public transport on the doorstep. Rooms are good with everything you need. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Positive experience: I find the rooms are beginning to look a bit dated, even though we were upgraded. The service was great though and the location couldn't be bettered.
Positive experience: The room in general is quite a decent size and slightly more spacious than average hotel. Nice bathroom with a bath inside. Provided shampoo and soap have very poor quality as no fragrance at all. The bathroom did smell a bit tho. Have a good view over the city and nicely located at the city centre.
Fantastic experience: From reception to room and a day later back to reception, with a detour to the bar, was a very pleasant experience. Would recommend to my friends and family, in fact will use again. Oh and the breakfast, yum yum.
Positive experience: It's a really nice hotel, but the digital key system means that you don't really speak to anyone. The bar staff are very friendly and helpful. We put do not disturb on the door and the made came in all the same. The rooms are really nice but could do with a touch-up. The best thing is the location. It is right outside the train station and at the centre of town.
Positive experience: Whilst rooms were neat and tidy they are relatively small. Dinner service was terrible - placed order at 8.00pm and our entrees arrived at 8.45 - mains didn't arrive until 10.00. Manager was apologetic and provided a substantial discount but it appeared there was only 1 person working in the kitchen and they had wait staff off sick. Would think that knowing they had several cricket tour groups staying for the Ashes test they would have been better prepared. On top of that they had issues with the lifts and one of the 3 wasnt operational for most of our stay - it wasnt unusual to have to wait 15 minutes for a lift (would have used the stairs if we weren't on the 15th floor) and then the lifts would stop at floors with no- one waiting

Positive experience: OK. Poor breakfast. Cold tea every day. Overcooked hash browns every day. Poor selection. Confusion at check out re late check out. Poor room cleaning service. Does not feel normal Radisson group 4 star hotel. If stuck might have to come back but wouldn't be excited and would skip Breakfast.

Negative experience: Avoid it like a plague! I was robbed by this hotel once. I booked my room online and entered my card details. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist asked me to pay by my card. I insisted that this is wrong, but he told me I couldn't get into my room until I pay by card. One hour after paid it by my card, they deducted money from my account again after midnight!!! The next morning I talked to the receptionist and they accepted they made a mistake without any apology!!!! After two times calling them, I couldn't still get my money back. They tell me I should talk to the bank and it's not their problem!!!!!!!!!?? What a creepy hotel.

Fantastic experience: Lovely hotel situated across the road from Leeds Train Station. Bed was comfortable, an overhead fixed, and separate hand held shower, and bath available, plus good wardrobe space with hangers. There was a mini fridge in the room, which was ideal to store my Soya / Oat milk, which I was able to request from room service for my duration of my stay. Great range of 'self serve' hot, cold and continental options available at breakfast time, and an endless supply of hot tea or coffee, served by very friendly staff. Recommended!

Fantastic experience: The breakfast I’ve experienced today exceeded all my expectations and I am very impressed with the hard working staff. At first, I was greeted by Sandra and she had a very lovely, positive attitude when welcoming my friend and I to the breakfast. She explained how the buffet works, which was very helpful as I knew where to go. Josephine had such a positive vibe, always smiling and answered all our questions with ease and experience. Josephine even had a conversation with us, which created this safe environment. Stav was amazing, as she kept coming to check up on us and asking if everything is okay. She was very open and kind, which made me comfortable to ask for anything. Overall I am very satisfied about my experience at park plaza; furthermore the food was very good, hot and fresh and there was a lot of options to pick from.
Fantastic experience: Always stay here as it's perfectly situated, the rooms are large with everything you need, including iron & board, hairdryers (one in the bathroom and one in wardrobe) tea & coffee facilities. Always spotless and the staff are lovely. If you park at Q Park sovereign Street it's discounted to £15 per 24hrs .
Fantastic experience: Handy for business meetings as right opposite the train station. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and attentive with great ideas on where to eat. Rooms very clean & comfortable. Ideal location as the shops are right next door as well
