Negative experience: Joined as a member as the pool and gym looked great. Good price value for money. After I joined went into the changing room it was messy and dirty. The metal under the spinster was dirty . Did not look at the shower but assumed if the room is dirty so was the showers . CANCELLED and got my money back . Such a shame the staff were lovely as well. Lea Marston clean and update your changing room you would have perfect facilities x

Positive experience: i was expecting better for the price i paid. came here for a spa day this included two treatments use of facilities and a 2 course lunch. the lunch was phenomenal. the treatments were 5/5 stars the staff were friendly too. the facilities were a bit meh. the pool was used by guests at the hotel and public such as children, which i didn’t mind but i was expecting separate facilities for hotel guests and public and one for the spa. the whirlpool button was broken and no one could figure out how to turn it on. the sauna was a nice temperature could’ve done with a bucket of water in there to splash over yourself though.

Negative experience: We was very unhappy, to spend time in this Lea Marston Spa facility. In changing room was very cold, showers didn`t work properly. They was in automatically adjustable 25-30 second warm water. Both saunas was not warm at all. To be honest to come in Spa, spent quite a lot of money. And freeze completely. Definitely we not come again.

Fantastic experience: Small but well equipped gym staff are really nice

Positive experience: Great cardio facilities, weights area could do with upgrading as well as some broken lockers and the odd wear and tear things around the place. I love the spar and the pool. The staff are friendly too. It’s only a 3 star because the place just needs bringing back update.

Positive experience: Tired changing rooms and the pool has been turned down too low now. But it's clean and tidy and has all the equipment you need

Negative experience: Requests for information (about a potential renewal of health club membership) to the leisure centre & also to the Senior Management at the hotel have been ignored. As a former health club member this poor level of customer service saddens me & would not encourage me to recommend your hotel to others which I have done in the past.

Fantastic experience: Lovely surroundings nice food and drink and staff are very helpful. Rooms are spacious and have all you need for a nice stay

Positive experience: Has been better in the past. Not sure the changes are to reflect covid safety. Relaxation room is more like a disco(music is loud). No tables to put hot drink down on, therefore drinks are put on the floor!!! If you attempt just sitting on a chair, this is posing a scold risk if you misjudge the chair/bean bag. Take your own towel, they do provide tea towel size towels and will NOT give you a second towel. Afternoon biscuits tasted like it was made with soap powder and these were replaced with a delightful cake. Lunch was very good and deserve 5 stars .

Positive experience: We went here for a spa break. It was a good value for money., having the bed, breakfast and evening meal. Yet the keys for our rooms wee constantly not working. We were booked in for 2 nights in luxury twin, but given a luxury double bed- we were moved to a standard... It was very standard!! The best bit of our little holiday where the staff. They were all excellent, willing to go the extra mile, friendly and attentive. My mum and me had a 25 min facial - it was wonderful! The pool and area were good. Food was good. Wine wasn't so good! In all it was fair to good.

Fantastic experience: Spent a fabulous day at the spa. We had access to the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub and gym. Complementary tea coffee, fruit juice and water all day. Both the treatments we had were excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Also included in our package was a two course lunch. Would definitely recommend and will be returning asap.

Positive experience: On initial arrival into room it appeared clean until we dropped something under bed and found a discarded alcohol bottle, 2nd room we found a sock that had been left from last visitor. Spa was unorganised and staff appeared uninterested in clients, we were asked to be ready for a treatment at a particular time and then left for 20 mins and had to go and find staff and chase up. Treatments booked in at same time but only 1 therapist working. Well equipped gym with new modern machines. Amber who did my facial was excellent really enjoyed it. Overall it wasn't a very stress free visit.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym and spa facilities

Positive experience: Nice Gym and Spa. Well looked after. All the facilities were working with a Gym, Weights, Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi. Needs a bit of TLC in some places like the locker rooms and showers are a bit tatty and old, also lots of the lockers don't work usually. But all in all a good place to visit for the money.

Fantastic experience: Been a member 20 yrs never had a complaint good staff nice members great hotel and spa/gym in superb location .what more could you ask for. It's a long walk to the beach tho ...ha
