6 years ago Fantastic experience: I really enjoy every class I attend, great instructors and members A different varied content every session, I love the fact they are smaller classes makes it a more personal workout, Polly and Lorraine always give advise on technique and an alternative if you have any injuries etc. Emma’s BL & T’s class is fab, my fave though is definitely Spin with Polly and I’m loving the new studio. Definitely recommend to all
