Positive experience: Great place for cardio exercise. All modern equipment.

Negative experience: So small and limited. I think the cardio ought to be swapped out for resistance machines as there's plenty of cardio options around the site!

Fantastic experience: Clean and has everything you need to keep fit. Especially good as it is 24\7 so I am able to train at any time I like which is usually before 5

Negative experience: Woeful gym equipment and expensive for a one day pass. Better to go to a gym off site if you are even semi serious about training.
