Negative experience: Nobody answers to email or phone for a week time, no matter what time u call, don't even waste your time. Seems like there's no free parking around neither to walk in and ask about anything.

Negative experience: Swimming pool is freezing cold, my kids couldn’t stay in for more than 10 minutes without shivering. It’s like that all the time now but when I was a kid it was warm. Went to soft play area and was told couldn’t come in for 25 minutes because they now do sessions now so didn’t wait around. Run down, grubby facilities now not worth going to waste of time

Fantastic experience: My grandkids love coming here its fun for all ages good prices too

Positive experience: I like the gym only thing is that I’ve been told that the whole gym is getting upgraded but the junior gym won’t be getting upgraded at a junior gym user I’m not happy with this because we realy don’t have a lot to choose from I can’t move gyms but it does shock me when the whole gym is getting upgraded but junior gym isn’t love to here what is happening with junior gym

Fantastic experience: Our grandson had his 6th birthday party at the centre. The venue was privately booked just for the party. The children (& some of the adults) had a great on the soft play. The only pity is that the centre were unable to provide party food which had to be brought in.

Positive experience: Fun afternoon with our girls and their children, clean, warm and not too busy. Price for swimming was 4.50 per adult which I feel was a great price compared to other locations.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and leisure centre with many features. The gym is very large with much equipment, the leisure centre has pool facilities and sports halls - we had a great time playing badminton. Affordable at around 30 a month for all facilities. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Had a bounce and play party for my 3 years old and it was really good, I provided the food and drinks and they provided juice for the kids throughout. It was overall really good and my little girl loved it. The bouncy castle was large enough for older kids to use as well as younger ones. Want to give a big shout out to (Lily) at Havant, she was so helpful and was a great party host!

Negative experience: Very disappointed, the staff is unprofessional.. I called to ask about working hours and when visited they didn't let me in because they do private party and told me there is smashed window... But there was at least 20 kids inside.. bad experience for other people to

Fantastic experience: Took Grandaughter to The oceans of play, play centre. She is 3 and absolutely loves it there, 3 good slides and 3 levels of climbing. Very unattended but this could be down to advertising rather than cost as I think it is very reasonably priced and clean and tidy. Hot and cold drinks are available. Slush puppy was £1.20 Lots of seating available

Fantastic experience: Staying on Hayling Island dropped the teenagers off for a bit of inflatable time, fun was had by all.

Fantastic experience: I am a Darlek ♿️ - truly great Disabled facilities & assistance. 117/10 Great kiddy pool for my GrandBabies - nice warm temperature. The bigger pool was graduated, the pool had 4 lifeguards! I can feel a weekly swim coming on!

Positive experience: The leisure centre itself is ok but the pool is dirty and grimy at the bottom and is always really hot . Chang rooms are well maintained but need more cubicles

Negative experience: Booked ocean of play for my son’s birthday party on 17 Mar 2024. They told me that there will be a party host and it had also mentioned on the poster. But there is no one to help in the party on that day. No one setup the party room; no one perpare the food; no one host the party; all of the kids and their parents wait for eating….. everyone were annoying to wait for so long time. It really made me embarrassed. Very bad service and bad experience. I had tried to send e-mail to them to say something about my experience. But I got no reply from them. So that I don’t recommend to book any party in ocean of play. Otherwise, you will got no service from their staff.

Negative experience: It's nothing like it used to be years ago. The ball pits have gone, the only thing to enjoy are the slides.

Fantastic experience: Visited for swimming. Was at the 8.35am public session. Clean facilities. Quiet and lovely pool. Polite staff

Negative experience: Although the staff are great, they are let down by the facilities. The spin bikes in the studio are awful, majority are faulty (been like this for ages). Also be a good idea to have digital membership cards.

Fantastic experience: Took little one to soft play at Havant Leisure Centre. We all had a good time! Excellent size soft play area, and fully accessible for adult to be terrifyingly dragged around by child... Sensible price & a cafe. Afternoon session at 2 hours was just right & not too busy. I understand it is sometimes v quiet, but is useful to be busy as the child more readily finds someone else to knock about with...

Negative experience: Dirty facilities, filthy toilets. Onsite cafe stopped serving food at 12:30 and then shortly after closed on Sat 18th and Sun 26th. stunned by how badly this place is manged. is there any management?

Fantastic experience: Took my kids for their first swimming lesson earlier this week and they loved it. Flo was brilliant and they can't wait to go back again next week.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place to swim and take classes. There's something on offer for everyone. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Coffee in the cafe is delicious.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are excellent, and were happy to help us out when we needed itThe squash court is great and well priced, as well as the Sports Hall. The car park is free 6pm-8am, and cheap otherwise. Highly recommend the sports facilities here!

Negative experience: I arrived at 10am sharp at Oceans of Play with my children. I encountered two major disappointments with this visit. As they are young, I entered the play frame with them. I was horrified by the site I saw: socks all over the floor, pieces of food, empty cups, chewing gum and McDonald’s food packaging. It was obvious that it had not been cleaned since its last use. If it was in the afternoon, after several sessions, I could understand this but not within five minutes of opening. I find it inexcusable that it was not cleaned before opening. (Pictures attached) Secondly, the large blue slide was not slippery at all. All three of us were wearing leggings yet had to push ourselves down the slide and we’re continually getting stuck. For me, this is the main highlight of Oceans of Play and why my daughter chose it over other soft plays. We were all incredibly disappointed that it was unusable. Several older children were climbing up and down the slide , which could be incredibly dangerous, as they could not use it in the traditional manner.  This slide needs treatment to ensure it is useable. I did ask to speak to management but apparently they were all preoccupied.

Fantastic experience: Lovely clean place. Very helpful and friendly staff. We used the courts in the hall to play pickle ball.

Negative experience: Good facilities but manned by complete idiots

Fantastic experience: One of the best gym's in Hampshire, especially when you consider that it is run as a charity. Along with one in Waterlooville and Guildford, they are all well-appointed and excellently run. Both my wife and I use it regularly.

Positive experience: Staff are really friendly and it's kept clean and tidy. Could do with a bigger cafe and studio for pilates.

Fantastic experience: I took my kids for a birthday party and was the first time I went to this place really like it it's so clean and big, the lady in the reception has lovely smile on her face and she helpful. I recommended this place to everyone have kids and definitely going again

Fantastic experience: Great for kids, lots for them to do. Good seating for us oldies and overall enjoyable. Lovely sales assistants, really helpful.

Positive experience: The play area is OK, no balls in ball pits anymore, I guess down to health and safety of children being sick or having an accident in them. Good to take the kids there for a visit and use up energy though.

Negative experience: Our little lad visited the swimming pool. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the swimming coach Claudia is brilliant. Sadly the changing areas and locker areas are looking very worn out now and in need of a serious refurbishment.

Positive experience: Today myself and a couple of friends went for a swim unfortunately the water was really cold, we weren't the only ones complaining it was mother's with young children who cut their swim short due to the children going blue, the showers were warmer

Fantastic experience: Reliving my youth by going to the roller disco on a Sunday. Adults only session 1pm till 2pm. Love it!! Book online and away you go. You can hire skates or enjoy a midlife crisis like me and buy your own

Fantastic experience: I was working in hayling island for a few weeks and I needed a decent gym whilst I was there and I have to say havant gym was brilliant got everything you need but doesn't come close to my gym back in London but would definitely go back there

Negative experience: Joined up here when I returned from New Zealand for a visit over Xmas. Although I specifically paid more to have a temporary contract so I could cancel it on my return to NZ I receive an email every month telling me how much I owe them and threatening to refer me to a debt collection agency. I have contacted them multiple times and just get told " yeah those emails are automated just ignore them". Avoid this place at all costs as if you try and cancel you'll need to deal with the hassle and anxiety of being chased for money you don't owe. Luckily, I'm in NZ so there's nothing they can do anyway, but the next person might not be so lucky.

Negative experience: Trampoline lessons-after level 8 you don't move up for a while

Negative experience: Poor selection of toys for under 1 year old. Wooden slide dangerous had a bent nail sticking up and split wood. Bouncy castle unsupervised. Toys poor quality and dirty.

Negative experience: We visited the soft play section for a party our little one had been invited to. We mainly stuck to the toddler area which was ok but quite grubby, Im not sure how clean the main bit was but it looked fun for bigger kids. My little one was quite dirty after visiting the soft play bit (grubby knees, sticky hands) and it was evident the play area wasn't cleaned often, the baby toys were also less than appealing to use. I'm quite amazed that he didn't catch something given the time of the year and the amount of viruses going around. The rest of the centre looked quite good and the parking was very good / cheap for a Saturday! I've heard good things about the pool but probably won't be going back to the soft play, I'd be quite annoyed if I payed for it.

Positive experience: Come here with My daughters for swimming, great swimming pool. But need bigger changing rooms as only around 15 in the whole place. Which just isn't enough. Find myself holding towels up to get my children dressed in private also not good when it comes to trying to hold the towel up and you have parents waiting to get in lockers you didn't know you were blocking access too. And it can be a really big stress for everyone involved. They have removed the cafe upstairs with all the decent seating and made a little make shift cafe downstairs barely any seating not enough for even 1/4 of the parents to watch their children swim. And it only serves really basic things coffee tea and biscuits with vending machines also for chocolate. Used to love the hot food cafe upstairs.

Negative experience: Pool is absolutely freezing for children, and you then get out into the freezing locker rooms, and find the warm showers either don't work, or are scorching hot... Quite dirty and tired.. my son's hands were blue for hours afterwards.

Fantastic experience: One of the best Leisure Center I Have been. Soft Play is Great and you can see kids clearly. Highly recommend

Negative experience: I advise calling ahead because they seem to close whenever they fancy it. Not open Mondays apparently - doesn’t say that anywhere. And we’ve also been here twice recently but turned away because of private bookings. Maybe more accurate, easily obtainable information would be a good idea? Mir you do manage to get in though, the kids will have a great experience

Fantastic experience: I attend here twice every week with my son's swimming lessons and my daughter's gymnastics and I'm always greeted with a smile by friendly staff.

Positive experience: Soft play was advertised like one of the biggest in South Coast and it is definitely not true. It might be tallest (level wise) but definitely not biggest. Older kids would stay there over an hour. Also none one is monitoring kids play - lots of kids without socks, with food, climbing up the slide etc. Also.make sure you arrive on play session slot otherwise you will either have limited play time or you will need to wait.

Negative experience: We go to play badminton every week. Most the time there is never a court set out for our time slot. And other times we are juggled around courts which are empty but have bookings for the same hour so we always have to move. The last time we went was after a big event, we waited 20 mins for a court to be set up and it was covered in half eaten food and spilt drinks.

Positive experience: Reasonably good value to keep the children entertained for a hour or so. Loads of parking. The play area to fairly clean and has lots of different zones to keep a variety of ages entertained. Tea, coffee and squash available to buy at entrance and vending machines offer other snacks. Sure uncomfortable chairs for spectators! You do not often see staff move from their post at the entrance hub. It is rare to see them out cleaning tables, completing toilet checks or engaging with paying guests - this week they were all sat together eating McDonald's.

Fantastic experience: Went for the mind body and spirit fayre which was great, loads of stalls, card reading and holistic healing and more

Positive experience: We took my grandson swimming reasonably priced. The pool is a bit tired and grubby looking however certainly not unhygienic. Could do with a face-lift. The cafe should open on Sundays as the pool gets very busy so they would make alot of income.

Fantastic experience: Went to the Soft Play centre for my grandsons 5th birthday. Thoroughly enjoyed by 17 small children and accompanying adults, centre staff were very attentive and helpful.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting customer service and the gym and facilities are dated and the pools are far from the cleanest with ceilings in disrepair at Waterlooville and make shift repairs at havant spend your money elsewhere

Negative experience: Thieves! Entered into a rolling 1 month contract, tried to cancel due to me loosing my job. Thought all cancelled with the lady on reception as I had no access to my emails. 3 months later received phone call to say I’d not paid and now owed £120. Leisure centre blamed me for not cancelling??? How does work then. Shocking customer service and threatening behaviour.

Fantastic experience: Havant horizon gym is just fantastic... I recommend it all the time... Lots of great machines, easy to use and a very friendly relaxed atmosphere.... Can't praise it enough..... Even the fees are reasonable compared to other gyms!

Fantastic experience: They have got really good classes for swimming and also do a ladies only time during the week which is quite good to be honest. The pools are nice and big and are cleaned regularly

Positive experience: I swim here regularly all the staff are really polite, cheerful and helpful some areas in the swimming and changing areas could do with updating and levels of repair but nothing is causing a hazard. Overall its generally a well run facility

Negative experience: Went swimming there today with my 3 year old, the swimming pool was a lot colder than usual to the point that my son was shivering after being inside for 20 minutes. So we left shortly afterwards. Also the shower room could do with an upgrade, the temperature barely gets warm.

Positive experience: Came here to go swimming,it's good it does hour sessions. Wish the soft play was open but other than that it was good, place to get coffee after

Positive experience: Pros -Kids soft play good -clear timetables on website -attentive lifeguards -wide facilities Cons -can only complain about changing areas, floor is always dirty, and that then gets walked into the pool. Changing rooms are very busy and cramped especially since hour sessions have been brought in, before it was a casual come and go nut now everyone will arrive and leave for their session which just results in poor changing facilities. I'll get changed anywhere but when you have a little kid you want a changing room available for them but on several occasions tbis has not been possible.

Negative experience: Are you seriously unable to take calls? You have however many members paying platinum memberships every month, plus the extortionate pay-as-you-go prices, yet there isn't anyone there to answer a phone query.
