Fantastic experience: Really lovely modern gym with great staff who are always happy to help. I attended here before the remodel and the newer place looks fresh and lovely and the gym has had a wonderful revamp with modern equipment

Fantastic experience: Went to the model railway exhibition, plenty of layouts and trader's in attendance. The only catering is from vending machines at the leisure centre. There was a catering company outside serving hot food.

Negative experience: Lady's at desk were very rude !!! Moaned at us for asking to use toilet and very judgemental.

Positive experience: Great small Leisure centre. Free parking if you need it, nice staff and it's in a quiet area. The gym has everything you need to work out and isn't as overcrowded as some places. The pool is nice but isn't the biggest which is usually fine for a small town. The only thing that can be a little frustrating is that they keep all the lanes open during an all-welcome swim which ends up with quite a few people squished down the shallower end so you don't have space for a swim. If they took one of the lanes out then there would be a little more space for people.

Fantastic experience: Can’t speak highly enough of the staff, couldn’t be more helpful, friendly and professional. I get a welcome as soon as arriving. I also think the trainers are first class. I attend four classes and find great benefit from going.

Fantastic experience: I go for and activity class once a week. Kerry on reception is delightful. Sharon who runs the class is brilliant, I always come away with a feel good feeling

Fantastic experience: i am a swim zone member and go lane swimming i love it the pool is so clean i just wish the lifeguards would step in when they see that faster swimmers have gone into the slow lane sometimes this can spoil your swim as you are always having to stop and let them pass.

Fantastic experience: Good swimming pool just not ideal for families with Small children who aren't swimmers yet as it's a deeper pool for that chippenham 's pool is better suited we use both one with the kids and this one for us grown ups

Positive experience: Gym is great, but don't expect to be treated properly by trainers if you don't pay them directly. Trying to adjust my workout plan, it's been cancelled 2 weeks in a row. And you can't adjust plan on your own, that renders all the fancy stuff in a Gym useless. Update: Have a new trainer looks promising

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff. Good facilities. I used to think the pool changing rooms were quite dirty and unclean. But there is now a cleaner. Much better now. The staff are always happy to help and the reception are great.

Positive experience: Good facilities, gym often overcrowded but it’s in a great location

Positive experience: A lovely big pool which my grandsons have used since they were small. However, their last experience was very disappointing… they both said how dirty the water was with hair collecting at the vents. As a result one of them got an ear infection following their visit. Surely hygiene should still be the number one priority post pandemic?!

Negative experience: Booking to go swimming? Really? if this is a thing still standing thing from covid, it's time to end it. I drove here, for the good of my health. I was willing to spend my £4 or so here, and you turned me away? Wasting my time and fuel. Won't be happening again, there are plenty of other pools around here that you don't have to book for. Your loss.

Fantastic experience: The lady at reception is so wonderfully welcoming and genuinely nice. The cafe and viewing area are fab too with nice drinks (I can recommend the hot chocolate!) and healthy snack in the vender The kids swimming lessons are really brilliant too.

Negative experience: Only interested in young people ageism in very much happening in Calne nor interested in disabled people also

Fantastic experience: Really clean changing facilities, looks great after it's refurbishment. Pool was good with easy to follow lane system. Staff really friendly and helpful too.

Positive experience: A good swimming pool and a good gym! The gym is at the end of the hallway so I've also seen the sports hall as I have walked past and it looks enormous. 4 stars because I often get held up at the main desk. This is because often there is only 1 person on the desk and if there are people in front of you that are booking something or joining with a membership, it can take a while, when all I need is a quick swipe of my card. I understand this of course, but some sort of external card swiping facility would be very useful, like on the door to the gym or something.

Negative experience: Very cold pool took a 3 year old to fun a floats no toys just a few floats only stayed 20 minutes. Was clean and tidy

Negative experience: Took my children there for swimming lessons, none of the children have progressed for 8 months, so took them to an alternative school, they have moved up Two grades and are far more advanced and yet they would still be on the same grade if we had not removed them. CLC hold back the progress just to make money from children, the management did not care when this problem was raised and the main manager did not want to even talk to us about the problem, this needs to be investigated and stopped,

Negative experience: asked for refund. diego declined and firmly said, “try our new buy 3 pay 2”. never again.

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with Calne leisure centre, I used to take my grandchildren several years ago,not overly impressed at that time. I have taken my newest granddaughter and really really impressed would recommend it all the facilities are fabulous in the swimming pool, I haven't used any of the other facilities but I'm sure everything has been improved as the pool has been. Xx

Everyone is so friendly and inviting, it's a great atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed (I have a lot of anxiety so this makes me feel really at ease) and there's so much too do. I use the gym, personally, which has a brilliant variety of things, and they allow my assistant dog, which I am so grateful for

Fantastic experience: Fantastic lessons that I enjoyed all the way until I stopped. I recommend for children wanting to learn. The pool is a bit cold but you get used to it after a bit. Very friendly and the viewing area is excellent for watching the swimming. Overall much recommend.

Can do with a major refurbishment, painting etc, gym equipment rusty and old but as mentioned it has facilities needed and all works

Negative experience: Run down, needs modernizing in all areas, I only continue to go because the people I have met there. The staff are friendly and helpful but the management have no idea what is going on, instructors don't turn up and no cover has been arranged!! On numerous occasions?

Fantastic experience: Come on Wiltshire Council this place is in desperate need of a modernisation! The changing rooms are cold and uninviting, the showers are often too hot or too cold there is no privacy and the gym is a disgrace. Needs a lick of paint and more modern equipment.
