Fantastic experience: Very Good Place

Positive experience: I been there couple of times with my mates for badminton section .. and was good overall. The thing i hate is that they never pick up the calls whenever we have to book and all that .. if they fully booked they can just pick it up and let us know .. so we didnt waste our time to call the reception again nd again

Positive experience: Bounce park is well staffed, but somewhat overpriced imho. Family of four for an hour was £55 (as of course you need to buy their socks). It's in a big sports hall. It was fun and clean but a lot to pay for an hour.

Fantastic experience: So much fun as a 15-year-old felt like a kid. I met this really nice guy there. But i didn't catch his name sadly. But it is an amazing place in general and the workers are so friendly.

Positive experience: Attended for a party at the Bounce Park. Bouncing facilities were great and the antibacterial socks were a nice touch. No odour, lots of different jumps, slides, ball pool, games within the bounce park, easily a few hours enjoyment and staff were fun and friendly with the children. Party food and decorations were unfortunately cheap and nasty, and not appropriate - vegan hot dogs for all, lemon and lime slushies that tasted like cleaning products, and an ice lolly. All the children hated it. Thin napkins provided, no good for inevitable spills. Would really not recommend having a party here, felt like they didn't understand children. Staff very apologetic about the offerings. Needs a good rethink - ham, cheese or jam sandwiches, sliced peppers, cucumber sticks and crisps with a fruit salad, biscuit or cupcake as dessert. Not difficult to prep and would be much better received. Hope they listen to constructive feedback!

Fantastic experience: Had a great day out with the family, kids absolutely loved it both aged 6...adults loved it to, staff were friendly and welcoming and overall a great experience, would definitely recommend for a family fun time. Would definitely return.

Fantastic experience: Great place. Been there for the Bounce Park and the kids loved it a lot. Changing rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Staff is helpfull. Can not recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Attended a session with my children. It was nice and clean and so much fun! A hour is definitely long enough! Loads of parking. Has lockers too, staff are friendly. Definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, centre clean & equipment in good order. Lots of great sessions to suit all age groups. Monthly challenges are great fun to take part in. Would recommend to try out Ady's spin sessions as hard work but great fun and great music. Also look out for the Myzone belts at a great price from Willowbrook to monitor your heart rate and calories lost during your workouts ! ‍♂️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I took my two year old today to the 'Monday Mayhem' morning... My daughter (who's 2) and WE LOVED it! I don't usually write reviews... But our whole expience from going to the gym for the fist time was so good, I wanted to say thank you and keep up the good work!! It was our 1st time, and from 1st walking into the gym... We were greeted by friendly helpful staff. The staff explained about the loyalty card and showed directions to the class. Walked in to the big gym with excitement while looking at all the equipment and inflatables. We were greeted by another lovely member of staff, (I didn't catch her name). She introduced herself, told us how it all works. And even took us to where the bathroom was later on in the session. It was a lovely, welcoming experience. My 2 year old and I had so much fun, that we will be returning! My daughter burnt off so much energy, that she slept for 2 and a half hours after! Credit to all the staff. And great variety of equipment too. See you all again soon! Kind regards Colette

Positive experience: I am visiting this place for taekwondo lessons so for this purpose is fine, though it happens sometimes that the floor is quit dirty which is a bit of problem when you have to practice bare foot

Positive experience: Went to a kids party here, they had fun, looking a bit tired.

Negative experience: Went for a kids party, toilet stank someone had done a brown.

Negative experience: The gym seems to be getting run down and could do with some updated equipment. Machines being reported faulty. Chest press reported 2 months ago still not fixed. Yet still in use. Exercise bike peddle slips and stutters at high intensity again been reported over 2 months ago. Membership fee is definitely not seeing it way back into refurbishment it’s a shame as could be a good gym if a little bit of money was spent on it.

Fantastic experience: Accessible, friendly, lots and lots of fitness classes. Highly recommend Eden's Yoga on a Wednesday evening. Small but well equipped gym and a bargain for £25 a month

Negative experience: We enjoy monkey mayhem most of the time. Today the soft play are was really disappointing. I did inform management but was told people enjoy the space! Not my kids they wanted more soft play

Negative experience: This is the worst gym I have ever been a member of, if i could give it 0 stars I would. The machines are always broken, its constantly full of teenagers who use the machines as furniture and its so overcrowded with equipment its dangerous. How they pass any kind of health and safety is beyond me. For the same price you can go to the new 24hr gym on the Fairacres site in abingdon.
