Positive experience: It is a nice place, quite clean, at the reception people are always nice and willing to help. But during the winter is difficult to stay on the gym without heating. Not always but many times is too cold. And the changing rooms can’t be accessed as there is a never ending code and I just give up with it.

Fantastic experience: The gym equipment is in very good condition, staff are nice and know how to do their jobs well, this centre is a definite go to for anyone who likes working out

Negative experience: No notice that the gym would be shut today for the staff annual training day. Could have easily put notices up around the gym. The condition of some of the equipment is poor (leg extension machine noticeably poor). Some of the reception staff are nice but 1 in particular doesn’t make any effort to welcome people.

Fantastic experience: Went here to see a grassroots football match on Sunday, the centre has a car park just by the entrance, inside a few changing rooms and toilets, outside a few big football pitches.

Positive experience: Friendly staff, ample parking on non-football days nice selection of free weights and machines.

Positive experience: I am so sorry but I find this place so depressing! It’s small and stinks of people’s sweat. Machines are always busy and you need to avoid peak times of you want to train properly. The staff is lovely though. But I have cancelled the membership because it’s too ugly.

Negative experience: Today I have visit Coldharbour leisure, we are members more then an year now. We was there ( me and my 15 years old son) and the lady who works there come and let as know that we can use the gym for 17 minutes as we have been too late in her opinion. We was there 5:30 am and 17 minutes late the lady who works there come and tell us that we have to leave immediately. That is the worst customer service ever! She was extremely rude ( as I said we are customers for more than year and that was the drop that refilled the cup. She has been complaining for something very time we are there). I have asked her to cancel our membership and she answered “ Okay “, don’t even try to apologise and explain what the rules are. I absolutely disappointed from the service there as we have been visiting also Better Eltham and Sidcup and m never had this bad experience as in Coldharbour.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and centre. Excellent balance of machines and classes for all levels of fitness and strength. Staff are all attentive and friendly. Monthly membership includes all sorts of classes and as a man who does weights I never thought of doing Pilates & Aerobics until now but they really have improved my flexibility and conditioning. And the showers are good too. Thanks Coldharbour!

Positive experience: Currently being used as a vaccination centre. Choose your time carefully! Sunday morning just before 10.00, the car park was jammed with people arriving for sports as well as those for vaccinations.

Positive experience: Most of the staffs are nice and friendly, one of them is a bit grumpy for some reasons. The changing rooms could be nicer but I like this location for their playground for the kids and the pitches is superb. The grass pitches could be better and more look after but their artificial pitches is top quality.

Positive experience: Staff is very nice, and the gym is usually quiet. However there is some need in refreshing the machines, and also they close way to early on weekends. The gym should be open until 20:00hrs on weekends.

Negative experience: Terrible opening times and basic equipment: 8am weekdays completely rules out people working from 9 o'clock , & 9am Sunday means I can't get in and out and not use up valuable time on my Sunday off!
