Good morning Alex. Thank you for your feedback. I believe your review is in relation to the lower pitch as the top pitch has had recent repairs to it. The work is being arranged by Denbigh School who are pushing for further repairs to be done on the lower pitch. Until such repairs have taken place please contact the centre and see if there is space to move your booking to the top pitch. A decision will be taken soon whether the pitch will continue to be available until the repairs so we would understand if you felt the need to postpone your bookings until a decision is reached. I have sent your comments to the school, should I get a date of repair I will pass it on. The price increase was forced by the increase costs of energy and staffing and did not only impact on the price of the pitches but across all activities. Hello Fedir. Just an update on the response given to you yesterday. The showers have been fixed this morning so if you were referring to temperature issue this has been resolved. This is due to be rectified tomorrow morning. I will be sure to pass on your thoughts to our plumbing company and sorry for the experience you had today. Hello Deanne Thanks for taking the time to write your review. We welcome all feedback. It’s disappointing to read you will be moving to another fitness provider. You are of course free to do that as we do not offer contracts and customers are not committed to join for a minimum time, however, I'd appreciate if you give me a chance to respond before you make any final decisions. I’m sure like many other businesses and households we are taking steps to reduce energy costs. We have taken the decision not to run the air con units all the time during the colder winter period. With the windows open providing the air circulation the room temperature has averaged 18.6 degrees during November which is within the recommended 13-20 degrees for indoor exercise. Having said that we will respond to customer requests should the situation arise in future. After a leak appeared from the foyer water fountain, it is temporarily out of action. Replacement parts for this have been ordered. There is an alternative water fountain in the changing rooms or water can be provided in the bar. If the bar is closed please come to reception and we can fill up you water bottle or provide you a drink. Hand dryers have not been turned off, although it’s possible some mischievous people may have turned the main switch off? These should be on and we would’ve happily turned them back on if this was the case. We have no intention of turning all the lights off but yes, you may notice in staff areas we have reduced the lighting. I’m sorry you feel our service has not been to your satisfaction over the last four months and I thank you for joining with us, I hope these explanations have changed your mind about leaving. Just a bit more information for you to consider is that our special offer of £15 per month for unlimited classes and fitness room usage will be removed in the new year and a new pricing structure will be introduced. The current price will remain for existing customers at the time of change. This will be advertised nearer the time to inform all customers of this change. Hello Matt. Thanks for your review. We’re delighted that you were making a call to us but obviously disappointed you were unable to get through. I can see from the call log on our phone system a few calls were missed by your number last night. I can also see from your last missed call, you had a call back 15minutes later. I understand the frustration in not getting through straight away but we endeavour to respond to missed calls and messages at our earliest opportunity. We strive to be better and will do better, we’re currently looking into online bookings which will be a lot more customer friendly so keep an eye out for that in the next couple of months. Hello Paul, Thank you for your review. In relation to the heat, this is only a recent issue due to works happening on the roof. The air management system is disconnected and this has only been the case for 6 weeks.
