Positive experience: Loved being a member here until 5mths into my membership they decided to put the prices up. The pool gets over crowded in the summer and becomes more like a leisure centre than a spa. Not somewhere to go for a chill out in the summer if the pools busy and there are kids and young adults in there screaming to each other and splashing about. Not much room to get changed either. Winters great though lol

Fantastic experience: We were staying at the hotel next door and decided to book a massage session during our stay. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Everything was as expected and we left the session feeling very relaxed.

Fantastic experience: Super clean and Friendly Staff

Positive experience: We had a nice spa day, lovely back massage and facial. We had full use of the pool, steam room, bubble pool and sauna. We had afternoon tea as well but disappointingly even though it was only 1.30pm they were out of savoury afternoon tea which 3 of our party of 4 wanted, which we felt for a hotel of this standing was a bit poor. If we knew this we could have ordered it beforehand. So be warned

Fantastic experience: I bought a one night stay here for my best friend and I back in summer of 2019 and oh my goodness... it was wonderful!! Everyone was super lovely and accommodating, the food was absolutely gorgeous and the facilities were incredible for a lush relaxing stay. Really enjoyed the outside area to chill out/tan while ordering some drinks. The balcony at our room was so lovely, looking out into nature - perfect to carry on drinking wine into the early hours, will definitely be back! The 6 hour drive was SO worth it! Slipped my mind and have only just remembered to leave a review as I'm looking to book it for my sister's birthday. Thank you so much all for making our stay so memorable and hope you're keeping well and safe over these crazy times.

Positive experience: It's not the best to be honest, but if you've never been to a Spa you'll be happy as.

Negative experience: Didnt stay here but used to be a member of the spar my friends and I left as the pool was always cold and the bubble pool 2years ago it was stunning such a shame

Negative experience: What a horrible experience, sarcastic staff, dirty pool water and broken facilities. The “bubble pool” isn’t a hot tub it’s cold pool water with a few jets, the swimming pool had tissues/nappy fluff floating in it and the sauna wasn’t working at all. But above all, the staff, particularly Sian was a disgrace. This place has so much potential but needs a good management in place or it will go bust, they should get tips from Rick Stein about service training. A disappointing experience, we won’t return.

Positive experience: Lovely venue, nice facilities, been to better ones with hydro pools and other facilities otherwise a lovely place

Negative experience: Paid for a years membership and wished I hadn't, when I joined it was because I was very physically ill and the guy who ran the gym set up a plan to try to get my health a bit more on track horrified to find out he had left and nobody else took over the plan that he said he had set up, membership also included massage (to help my MS) ever so many months also other benefits, I paid for the gold standard membership, the infinite pool was great until you looked closer and noticed the pool hygiene was lacking some what around tiles. Staff were very friendly but didn't see the same face twice only used the place maybe 6 times in the year, such a shame for me a complete waste of saved money
