Negative experience: Website is useless. Doesn't send reset password emails or verification emails when trying to create a new account.

Negative experience: Grandson playing cricket here(visiting team) didnt open changing rooms till half way thru 1st innings visitors fielding 1st so had to get changed outside!!! Then no lights or showers in changing rooms afterwards. Dont go and play cricket there. Awful. Not worth 1 star

Positive experience: Could do with air conditioning as a tad warm in the sports hall.

Negative experience: Played on the football pitches at the site and they are in a state of complete neglect! holes in all the fences metal and wood. Nets broken, 3g pitch is a shambles and the outer fencing has holes the size of a barn door. Considering the small pitch costs more than £50 an hour to rent compared to the yaxley 3g pitch which is bigger and in much better condition and a similar age is only £44 an hour it feels like bushfield are taking advantage of being local of it wasn’t for us all living close by I wouldn’t recommend using the facilities! If you have the means to use yaxley or even powerleague I would!

Negative experience: Booked a class, cancelled without notice despite phoning an hour before to check it was still on. Twice out of four bookings vivacity have cancelled without notice at various locations.

Negative experience: Toilets were filthy, used sanitary wear down by the sides of the toilets and no one cleaned them throughout the day. Dirty disgusting!

Positive experience: Only got changed in the changing rooms for football but they were kept clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Positive experience: Venue is a Great Venue for Dance Competitions we went there a couple of weeks ago but I was concerned about the roof tiles on the inside of the hall tiles missing guards half hanging off ti name a few faults.

Negative experience: I have been to this place for the third time to play badminton with my friends. Not liking from the first day! The outer space to the courts is narrow, difficult for people who are waiting to play or just watching game. Shower water temperature is NOT warm and pressure VERY LOW, takes ages to wash body! Their car park is also confusing. The main reason I am putting this review today is ️ I have been to this place today and played badminton from 7pm-8pm. I was in changing room and the staff switched off the light. I was shouting from the changing room and no body would response! I had to walk to the reception on my underpant. Otherwise they would have locked me inside and gone home! How terrible are they! In every leisure centre, staff shout 'anybody inside?' Or simply check in before closing! This isn't acceptalble. Instead me, if there was someone with high blood pressure or heart condition, the situation could have ended differently! I WILL NEVER BE A MEMBER OF THIS PLACE! Avoid if you can.

Positive experience: It was OK, parking not clear - Tennis courts in need of some TLC and no point in paying to use them as people just come on and play anyway. So far away from Reception that no one would know any different

Positive experience: Probably great for sports. Badly signposted from 5-10 mins walk to the Centre from the Orton Centre car park. Accoustics there make it headache material for longer than 2 hours or so.

Negative experience: Went there for a mum to mum and was signed and had trouble trying to find the entrance but OK when got there apart from parking was awful people parking where they wanted

Negative experience: Not very good, every time me and my friends have tried to book there, there has either been roller hockey training, and however there are always birthday parties and celebrations being held which I don’t find fair considering in the companies name it has the word sports in it and that it’s a sports centre but it seems parties are more important. So I find this very unfair how I do try book there a lot but there are always parties and I thought it was a sport centre.

Negative experience: Very expensive for a one off session. If your looking to loose those kind of pounds, it's the place for you.

Positive experience: good facilities and good range of actvities, but a bit old and dated and needs a bit of updating around the place. staff seem a bit lack luster and disinterested in the job which gave them the three stars. dispite this still continue to use the facilities.

Positive experience: The centre could do with a spruce up but on saying that we got our court on time. Some of the staff were unfriendly but others were fine. Customer service where has it gone these days

Negative experience: Use the astroturf/sand pitch. Fence is broken and asked to pay to have the floodlights turned on in the dark! Should not need to pay to have lights on...! Also not warned when the pitch was frozen solid

Positive experience: Decent place attended a dog show in sports hall. Coffee machine out of order but plenty of places just outside venue as alternatives. Toilets were a bit smelly & basic but overall ok.

Positive experience: We come here every Friday, Home to Peterborough RHC who my son plays for. Staff always helpful marked down a star as the sports hall floor is in desperate need off replacing.
