Positive experience: Nice centre with a range of facilities. Nice pool clean changing room areas, soft play area a nice size for kids to play with a seating area and table. Centre also has a cafe with some nice treats. Would definitely recommend for a visit.

Negative experience: Parking scam in operation here.... used the Better app to pay for parking when visiting the trampoline park. Received a fine in the post a couple of weeks later. Sent a letter appealing the fine with proof of parking payment via the app. Received a letter back four weeks later saying appeal failed as I failed to respond to a previous request for proof of my visit to the centre. I received nothing! Now I have no choice but to pay! What an absolute scam!!!! I will not be going back to FGC out of principle. Make 'BETTER' choices next time when it comes to selling your parking solutions.

Negative experience: The Trampoline park is regularly overcrowded, with very little space for people to move around. Profits are being prioritised over safety, especially for young kids. When it is very busy, which is often the case at weekends, there are older kids, aged 10 and above, running, knocking over 2-3 year olds. Better ask you to sign an injury waiver, but surely they are legally responsible if an accident occurs due to overcrowding and purposely mixing 2-3 year olds with rowdy 10+ year olds.

Negative experience: Do NOT join this gym! Not only has it become super busy all the time, they want you to book time slots for gym and there’s hardly ever times available esp in the evening after 4pm. Asides the overpriced aspect, the parking will cost you another £40 a month so you could be paying £100 a month altogether if you’re a regular gym goer. They have poor weekend hours and close early overall. I just checked there’s a 20 day cancellation notice so they can rip you off even more and I’m stuck paying for this gym until the 25th of December now which is over 1.5 months away. Front desk staff are nothing special too no politeness so I’m not sure why they’re charging extortionate amounts for mediocre gym equipment. You’re better off going bannatyne you’ll get your moneys worth! Save your money and go to a good gym not this pathetic excuse of a money grabbing gym.

Positive experience: Two of us to 7 children and we had a great time. It was very quiet and so we had the space to enjoy. There are spaces for jumpibg, for climbing, for swinging and for balancing. Really good physical exercise for all of us. Minus one star because its a shame the space for babies is in a completely separate room, so you cant enjoy both if you have children of different ages.

Negative experience: Mens gym changing rooms and showers are disgusting. Seems they are rarely cleaned. When I arrive at 6am there is routinely mud, grime and litter on the floors. There are dirty smears on the shower walls that have been there for weeks. Disgusting, unhygienic place.

Positive experience: Great Community fitness and leisure centre which provides a big range of activities for both children and adults such as gymnastics, swimming, tennis etc. Also has a outdoor running track and gym. Only improvement here is the swimming changing areas need to be cleaned more regularly to get rid of the sitting dirty water on the floors

Negative experience: Shocked by the arrogance of staff!! Young and not bothered about working more interested in talking to one another!! Soft play was pitch black due to broke light!! Staff member was watching a movie instead of watching the safety of kids! Broken objects just left with a bit of old tape. No balls for the football court! No balls for the basketball! Place is either freezing or too hot! Prices have increased also! For what reason I’m not sure the place is worse than when it opened and was cheaper. The place is becoming a nightmare

Fantastic experience: Recently purchased swimming monthly membership, and went there just to get acquainted with the centre. Was waiting in a queue Infront of the reception, and a guy called Rasvan (apologies if I don't spell it correctly) popped up with a smile to help. He was very welcoming and answered all my questions without getting bothered. Will start from today, hopefully they properly executed their previous complaints regarding the changing area. So far so good and thanks to Rasvan.

Positive experience: It’s a good centre with good facilities but is let down by the use of that god-awful parking app. Worth noting that the placement of some of the bike lock racks, off to the side makes bikes there pretty easy picking for thieves. They should have them all front and centre, right in front of the entrance. I only lost some cheap lights on my last visit, but I was told by staff that there’d been many bike thefts that week.

Negative experience: Avoid unless you happy to pay more than Virgin gym Avoid at all cost!!! Worst gym/health centre ever!! I have been paying £93 per month for the use of the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, but the quality of these services falls far below expectations, and recent changes to their policies (policy was there before, but no late charges until September)have caused further dissatisfaction. Firstly, the cancellation policy is misleading. On the app, there is no clear indication of the 20-day cancellation notice period. This only becomes apparent after pressing the 'cancel' option, which I believe is a deliberate lack of transparency. Secondly, the £3 no-show/late cancellation fee, which was introduced in mid-September without proper notice or any form of approval from existing members, is completely unjustified. Had I known this fee would be applied, I would have never signed up for this membership. I have always attended my sessions, though I may arrive 10–15 minutes late on occasion. They suggested that I must wait for the full two-hour time frame to end before confirming my attendance is absurd and unreasonable. There is no logical reason why I should remain for an additional 30 minutes after finishing my session, purely for their system to update. The state of the facilities is substandard: Sauna benches are slimy and dirty. Sharp, broken mosaic tiles litter the steam room. Puddles near the drainage in the spa often have black, worm-like organisms in them. The swimming pool is overcrowded, making it unusable during peak hours. Only about 30% of the wristband-locking lockers in the changing rooms are functional. Additionally, I once waited over 20 minutes for towels and bathrobes(usually is only 10 which is barely acceptable), significantly reducing my time in the spa and resulting in a no-show fee which was not waived. This points to a serious issue with understaffing at reception, where there is often a long wait for assistance with any request. To make matters worse, their app system for tracking attendance is unreliable, leading to unjust no-show fees being applied to my account. I have had to call customer service multiple times to have these fees waived, and I was recently informed that they will no longer do so because too many fees have already been reversed in September. This is unacceptable, and a clear breach of contract, as I attended my sessions. Penalising me for system errors violates the basic contractual expectation of fair treatment. Virgin gym is £93 a month when they have sales, much better in every way!!!!!

Negative experience: Very dirty, to much kids, over booked. No place for adults to watch and wait. Too complicated for booking, staff is very unpleasant, rood, not helpful at all. Will never recommend this place specially for people who is visiting Englang and London. It's a shame

Negative experience: Strongly advise taking a brave pill if attempting to visit on a (wet) weekend. Expect carpark pandamodium: took me 20mins to find a space. Yet the signage indicates you've got 10 mins on arrival before getting stung by the ANPR cameras for a ticket. Want some help parking using your membership number as a discount code sir? That's another 10mins queuing. Want to pay for parking using your mobile? Sorry sir, the WiFi is down and obviously there is no 4g in this area. Soft play will be overrun, coffee shop tables not cleared for hours, oh, and don't order a cheese toastie- everyone else has- and guess what, nobody is respecting the order in which they've been ordered! Free for all!

Positive experience: Have started coming here weekly to use the sports hall for a leisurely game of badminton. While the Feel Good Centre is huge and offers great facilities, I feel there are some things that really need improving. Firstly, the toilets next to the sports hall are always in such a bad state and need to be cleaned more regularly. Last week when we arrived to play, the badminton nets weren’t set up and we had no idea where to get them from. The queue was huge at the entrance so didn’t bother asking for assistance, instead went back to the court and asked other people who were playing. We then spent the next 10 minutes or so faffing about trying to put the nets up meaning we ended up missing around 20 minutes of our hours slot. The last thing is that each time we’ve been there, there have been very large groups playing on some of the courts, last time there were 8 people next to us, these groups get very loud, sometimes playing music out of speakers. It’s very off putting and doesn’t make for a relaxing visit. Some people would find this intimidating so it is something to be aware of.

Negative experience: Encountered a rude staff member that was no help what so ever with parking, I was struggling with the app and parking and was late for my daughters SEND swimming lessons because this young girl was so dismissive another staff member see me and come and helped me out so my daughter could go to her lessons I was very thankful to him for his help Not everyone can do front of house work and she needs to go work away from the public in the back somewhere kmt

Positive experience: It's a huge, well designed complex full of fun things for kids (and adults too), fairly priced and in a perfect location. The serpent in paradise is the parking, such is hell after about 9.50 on weekends, so arrive early or be prepared to wait for a space.

Positive experience: It's OK but could do with the changing rooms being cleaned a bit more often and the showers as lots of empty shampoo bottles and hair in there

Negative experience: The manager Frankie is the reason for everything bad with the centre. She clearly hates her job and ensuring that the centre runs effectively. She ignored me and then was incredibly nasty in communicating a policy change. When I told her I didn’t appreciate her tone she continued to speak in a condescending tone that is inappropriate towards another adult let alone a customer. I ended up leaving because I didn’t trust her to ensure my ID would not be tampered with. As a loyal member, who will continue going despite the nasty behaviour of the manager, it is clear that Better doesn’t care about its members. Good staff members aren’t provided with support. They have great trainers and facilities but the council should consider changing the contact to a company who is committed to actually being there for the community.

Negative experience: Disappointing Treatment of Children with Additional Needs at this centre I've been taking my son to this leisure center for years, since he was 3, and unfortunately, the service towards parents of children with additional needs is unacceptable. The staff lacks basic customer service skills and clearly does not know how to communicate with parents in a respectful and supportive manner. Worse still, there seems to be discrimination against children with additional needs, which is incredibly disheartening. The tone in which staff speak to parents is condescending and rude. My son has been treated differently due to his needs, and I've personally been spoken to in a belittling manner. One staff member in particular, Tamara, showed no professionalism whatsoever. Her attitude is disrespectful, and she clearly lacks the skills needed to work in a family-friendly environment like this. Her poor customer service and unprofessional behavior are a major issue, and it reflects badly on the entire facility. It’s unfortunate because the leisure center itself is nice, but the staff they hire ruin the experience. I hope management seriously reconsiders their approach to customer service, especially for families of children with additional needs, as this place has great potential if it weren’t for the staff's negative attitudes.

Negative experience: On the 4th of September at 11.20am i have visited this center in view on joining in the near future.When parking the car the signs indicated the parking should be paid on Ypay app, tryed logiing my parking for a good 10minutes and the app was just not working.Approched the receptionist who was extremley busy with at lear 15 people waiting who advised parking system had changed and i should scan a QR code that also didnt work.There was a lot of angry people waiting a no manager to be seen.I left at 11.20 and will not be joining this centre as its clearly not well managed!

Positive experience: It’s a great place to go and made for all ages. It’s got swimming pool, climbing area, soft play area, trampolines,… plenty of activities plus a little cafe and sitting area. Issues: water isn’t ever warm enough in the swimming pool or shower, therefore you don’t last longer than 40 minutes there. Also reception as never seem to have enough people there and you can queue for a little bit. Pros: it’s clean, tidy, almost brand new centre.

Fantastic experience: So glad to finally find somewhere with a group class for rowing! I had no idea what I was doing before and I’m not usually one for classes but this one is just perfect for me and something I can actually stick with and see week on week improvement in. Excellent instructor and a lovely sense of community. Highly recommend if you want to try group classes that teach you about proper form and technique as well as getting you fit.

Fantastic experience: I started at the gym over a year ago. I have changed classes to suit me since then but the only class I have not changed since I have started is indoor rowing on a Sunday. Esther gives such a great class every week and I feel the benefits of it. It so good that I tell over members but as there is only 6 spaces by the time they try to book it they are all gone. Fantastic experience: I popped in to check the facilities with no notice/appointment. I was greeted by Taseann at the entrance, who very kindly showed me all the facilities and answered every question I had, with no rush and a smile in her face. Very impressed! The centre is equally impressive. It has plenty of facilities, which are all modern and very clean, and the place didn't seem crowded at all on a Thursday morning. I am enrolling after this visit.

Fantastic experience: Spacious and modern facilities. The indoor heated pool is clean and well organized. There are two pools, one for fitness swimming and one for leisurely swimming. The fitness one is divided to slow, medium and fast lanes as well as lanes for swim school. Changing rooms and showers are numerous, spacious and equipped with lockers, hair dryers. It's certainly a great initiative.

Negative experience: EV chargers need a token to be purchased from inside the leisure centre, none of the staff including the managers know how to sell you the token! Absolutely useless

Negative experience: Useless front desk there purely for show. They oblige you to book the activity on their website. Staff just there to look pretty by the looks of it. Making you do it online just so that they can sell your details to third parties.

Negative experience: It was my first time coming to this venue and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The staff were extremely rude (especially James Arthur) and he kept raising their voices at my children despite me being respectful at all times.

Negative experience: The area leading to the changing area is meant to be a shoe free zone, this is not enforced at the main reception or at the shoe removal location which means the floor is often dirty with both public and staff walking through with outdoor footwear and for this reason I stopped attending with my daughter.

Negative experience: Zero customer service in this branch. Reception/management doesn't care about customer requests. It's been getting worse for the past year. I would not recommend and I'm thinking of cancelling my membership because of the non existent customer service.

Positive experience: I parked my car in disable bay displayed blue badge and went in to watch my grandchildren swim. Some days later I received a Penalty notice. Apparently on entry you’re required to let reception know. I emailed Feel Good parking people stating I was not aware of this requirement. They were very sympathetic and as it were my first visit they cancelled the ticket. It is refreshing to know that FeelGood parking staff are so understanding. I trust that this note makes other blue badge holders aware of this requirement of Feel Good complex. Thank you Feel Good.

Fantastic experience: A strong 5! I’ve booked a few facilities for a children disability group, even if minor issues arise, staff are professional We’ve been coming for 3 years now. Staff are so welcoming, even when I’ve had a rubbish day, I’m actually excited to arrive.

Negative experience: Feel Good??? Not in my case. I'm receiving legal letters because allegedly someone else's car parked here, and they claim the driver lives at my house, but I have never met them and don't know where they live. I've phoned the debt collectors to get my personal address removed under GDPR , but they refuse. Update. Re the reply from the owner. Hello. I already contacted you by phone, and your representative said that she would sort it out. But the legal letters to my house didn't stop and the amount is now £170. Ref: 13161037.

I have been a regular visitor to your facility for the past six years, with some breaks, but I always return because I highly value your gym. Currently, I work out six times a week, and every time I come in, I see this gentleman working. I want to emphasize that I have never encountered such a dedicated employee before. Everything is always organized and clean, which shows that he genuinely cares about the gym. His commitment and diligence are truly commendable. In my opinion, he is a true gem and deserves special recognition, if not a bonus. In the six years I have been coming here, I have never seen anyone who puts so much heart and effort into their duties. Negative experience: Tried to use the pay y parking for the first time and was very, very disappointed It wanted a password of 10 symbols/ letters/ upper/ lower..... And I couldn't be accepted still to park in their car park. Also, why why are the instructions halfway into the car park showing you how to install the App for parking. It should be in front/ middle and back for everyone to see

Fantastic experience: I discovered this amazing place and I really recommend if you have children with a lot of energy, there ir perfect for everyone!

Positive experience: Have been swimming here once or twice a week for a few years. The facilities are adequate but there is a lot of room for improvement. It’s overrun with kids from 9am-9pm. If you want some time to properly relax don’t come inside those times. Naturally this makes it not flexible. They also refuse to publish a timetable or answer question about when kids lessons are on… so you have no idea when to avoid kids. When there are kids, the changing rooms are overrun with their parents who don’t take their shoes off. The cleaning staff can’t keep up with the mess and by lunchtime the place stinks, hair clogs everywhere. The toilets are quite frankly disgraceful. I wish they’d build an outdoor lido with all the space they have, which would be a nicer place for adults.

Fantastic experience: Feel good centre is a amazing place for kids activities. Specially trampoline park and kids swimming ‍♂️ pool. I got good customer service by a reception staff named by Zohora who helped me book trampoline sessions and eventually helped me to sign up my kids to swimming lessons which my kids loves to go to every week.

Fantastic experience: Julinda and Ruwayda excel in communication. They listen carefully to me and responded clearly, and made me feel valued. They simplified my issue and provided a easy-to-understand solution which is particularly impressive.

Positive experience: Not a member so had to pay £3 something to enter, £3 something to park. This is on top of the booking fee my friend paid to book a badminton court which I also paid part of. The court was good though but not affordable for me.

Fantastic experience: Joined in March and I couldn't even put my head underwater. Now its May and I'm swimming all the way to the deep end. If you have any fears or trouble swimming then definitely book a swim doctor lesson. Your best bet is to ask for Theo if you want to get in the deep end. Great place to bring your kids and babies swimming too.

Fantastic experience: OMG, I have been coming to the FGC for over a year. It literally has changed my life. Big shout out to Victoria, Siana and Leary. I absolutely adore Victoria's dance fitness and body conditioning classes. It is hard work but I leave every session with a huge sense of accomplishment. Thank you so much for all your good vibes!

Fantastic experience: Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre (WFFGC), 170 Chingford Rd, London E17 5AA, is 'Simply The Best'. Better's Managers - Lauren Rickwood & (previously Danait Tsegaye) were 'life savers' to a large group of Seniors. They worked very hard to enable us to use the great facilities at WFFGC. All the staff are also great & have excellent customer care skills that are reflective from the management of Lauren & previously Danait. Thank you Better for all you do for the community & employing such wonderful managers & their teams. I would encourage all the Community to see for yourself what a great place this is to play Sport - Short tennis & badminton on Mondays from 11 am to 1 pm & Fridays from 12 noon to 2 pm, and socialise with a great group of people. Everyone is welcome to join in from beginners to advanced level. No one need ever feel lonely or too shy to come along, when there is a great Sports Centre that caters for everyone's needs & easily accessible by public transport too. Hope you come along to WFFGC & try it out for yourself .

Negative experience: Worst better leisure centre I've been to. While it looks new and shiny from the outside, the front desk is always understaffed and have a lot of attitude, and courts are not prepared in a timely manner for activities booked. Be warned, unlike other leisure centres, they charge extra for bringing more than one person to play badminton. Other issues include lack of A/C in the courts, expensive parking (personally I think if I'm paying for their services, parking should be complimentary). Won't be going back for the reasons mentioned above.

Fantastic experience: Spent three hours here with my child - 2 hours in the trampoline park and 1 on the clip and climb. Wonderful afternoon. Shout out to Apilash who was a wonderful clip and climb guide!

Negative experience: Beware! I was issued a PCN even though I was told that I have 15 minutes free parking! Upon notifying the centre about the PCN. The centre was charging me £20 for a simple email to cancel the PCN even though I have received the PCN within the allowed timeframe! Misinformed and deceitful!

Fantastic experience: A great place for families. We took our 4 kids to the Play Park for an hour of fun. We all loved it. Family tickets - just under £40 for all 6 of us so affordable. We'll definitely go again.

Negative experience: BEWARE! There is no mention that you have to pay to park on Google and once you arrive at reception the staff are clueless. There is a private company running the car park and they have placed 1 machine all the way over to the left of the car park and randomly placed small signs. The private company issue £100 PCN’s.

Negative experience: I was charged extra admission fees when visiting the centre today. I have lived in this area for 2 years and never seen this rule mentioned anywhere. While I was at the counter, multiple kids were let through without their parents paying due fees, which is subjective to the decision of the discriminating staff there. The management needs to make guidelines fair and just for everyone, and right now it is just not transparent.

Fantastic experience: Excellent fitness classes with Anna-Lisa who is so professional and friendly. She is there to ensure you get a good workout.

Positive experience: Great soft play area for kids. A variety of soft play zones for kids to explore. Climbing, trampolining, cargo nets, balancing beams - you name it. Go when it is less busy. It can get stressful for kids and parents if it is crowded. However, not all the staff are attentive so definitely keep an eye on your kids! Toilets are horrid! Sort that out, please! Parents are now also required to wear trampoline socks, which nobody told us about at the door and only some staff seemed to know about.

Negative experience: Always overcrowded,5 people swimming in one lane , they have kids pool , still kids are in adults pool half of it .then they do their own training for staff and where we would go

Fantastic experience: Really great pool and gym. Gym is well equipped, modern and never crowded. Swimming pool is always good, normally 2-4 to a lane. They also do high diving courses for kids and adults. Like some others, my main wish is that they enforced the no shoes in the swimming changing rooms, on weekends it's full of parents walking around the changing rooms with their muddy outdoor shoes on, which makes the floors in that area a bit gross. For the facilities as a whole, I still give it 5 stars as it's an outstanding leisure centre.

Fantastic experience: Very crowded place for kids . To much to many

Negative experience: The swimming pool is really nice and a good size but the changing rooms are not kept well at all. The swimming pool changing rooms are always muddy, parents of children having lessons in particular wearing outdoor shoes, the bathrooms are the worst part. It could be really nice otherwise.

Fantastic experience: Great pool, clean and well maintained facilities. One of the best pools to swim in London. The gym is big and has lots of stations. The studios are big, Ayoola's yoga is the best class in London. And the soft play and adventure play area for kids look phenomenal. I can't wait to take my kid there when he is òld enough

Fantastic experience: The kids play area is wonderful and they thoroughly enjoy the trampoline park. Love the aerobics and pilates on a Tuesday and my friend and I attend the cycle class together now.

Negative experience: Filthy and full of drain flies and uneducated children thanks to parents who are lazy at parenting, wearing shoes inside the changing rooms and even inside the showers. Showers are not cleaned regularly (at least not thoroughly) and soap is constantly running out Only one small fast lane corridor. People don’t seem to respect the corridor rules and the water is full of debris

Fantastic experience: I feel like this is the biggest and the best centre in the entire borough with an amazing variety of classes and some great facilities. Now that I've been going for quite a while and have tried various classes, I wanted to update my review and share my favourites - booking any of Farah's, Siana's or Viktoria's classes is an excellent choice! I absolutely love the Zumba classes here - e.g. my favourite one is on Sunday morning with Viktoria. Perfect if you want to try various forms of dance (from ballet to Irish dancing & many more) and really sweat it out for the hour. There is also Dance fitness on Wednesday afternoons, which is fun. Now, in terms of strength training and conditioning (+cardio), there are a few classes that I would wholeheartedly recommend - Body Conditioning on Sunday morning with Viktoria, then Legs, Bums and Tums on Wednesday morning with Farah and Circuit training on Friday afternoon with Farah. In addition to this, I've also tried Fit Bounce and PowerPump with Siana, who is also great. It's been excellent to discover a few instructors, who are dedicated, knowledgeable and create a good atmosphere to work out. Each of the instructors has a different style, the classes are all very different (no two of the same classes are the same!), so there is a bit in there for every taste and fitness level, and the body doesn't get used to doing the same exercises every week. Strength training has been hard though also very rewarding while dance is more fun. I would say each class is a unique experience, which never fails to make me happy and feel good about myself. I would totally recommend exercising here to anyone, who is interested in taking better care of both their physical and mental health. Thank you to my favourite instructors for all you do. You always manage to inspire, stay positive and make the group smile while working our bums off. Looking forward to continuing on my fitness journey and feeling inspired.

Positive experience: The kids’ extreme area is fantastic. However, disappointingly for inclusion, they do not accommodate children with sensory issues as wearing their grip socks is required (I checked with them). I also don’t really see the safety benefit in them as I noticed many children wearing poorly fitting required socks that were slipping off - surely more of a hazard than your own non-slip ones.

Negative experience: Today we visited the Better Centre in Walthamstow. We went to the indoor trampoline park. It was freezing feeling like max 10 degrees Celsius. I could not even take my long winter coat off and my feet got completely frozen. One of my kids who even in winter could have walks in just t-shirt after running around had frozen hands! This is absolutely terrible! Almost 20 pounds for 1 hour and zero enjoyment. I spoke to the centre manager George who said that the system showed 19 degrees Celsius. This is obviously not true. He said that the area doesn't have any heating installed... Avoid in winter unless you want to experience frozen feet, hands and bodies!

Positive experience: Yet to fully explore this gym but as someone with a disability and children this centre definitely ticks all the boxes. The gym suite is fully accessible with a range of quality and clean equipment much like the group exercise classes which are popular. Children are completely catered for and it's an ideal spot to host birthday parties. The swimming changing area could do with a little more care and a few extra cleaning visits but nothing too shocking to complain about. I would say the seating area for parents watching their children swim could do with an update. But all in all its a great place that will definitely help to FEEL GOOD.

Negative experience: Booking system is a utter joke. You’ll need phd to navigate it and book session. Stuff was rude and seem to enjoy tormenting you into trying endlessly to use it. When I looked at the serving man tshirt looking for a name he laughed and say “ ayy, no name ! “ horrible place that supposed to be fun.

Fantastic experience: Small soft play area. Big trampoline area and also a climbing area. Parking from £1 per hour. Lots of spaces available. They also have swimming, gym etc in there

Negative experience: This place is such a shameless monopoly! Expensive but offers absolutely no customer services! I forgot my bike lock but I need to see my child inside the class. I asked them to offer me a temporary solution but was told that I needed to leave the bike outside because they are not allowed in the centre, but if the bike was stolen they would not be responsible! I mean they could have helped by watching the bike in the lobby for 1 minute until I am back and take it outside. That’s the kind of service I expected from a place trying to build a sense of community! The duty manager called Reece who denied to provide his surname and denied to show me his badge said he could not help me! It is not what this place preaches to be in their mission statement. They certainly didn’t make me feel good! Such irony!

Fantastic experience: Well maintained and clean centre with lovely staff. I’ve used the pool a few times in the past and just done my second spin class with Esther. She’s a great instructor, the class was well structured and cadence and resistance explained clearly. Bikes were clean and working properly. Overall great experience every time I visit.
