Fantastic experience: Very good gym, over 14s allowed to use freewieghts. Student membership is £35/month, day pass is £7 really impressed with the facilities and staff. The gym is spacious and well-maintained, with a good variety of equipment available. There are plenty of weights, cardio machines, and functional training areas to choose from.

Fantastic experience: It is the way I like it. Good equipment, friendly staff, always clean and tidy. You don't need to go through online subscriptions which is one of the things I like. Recommended!

Positive experience: Small old school gym personally like the atmosphere. Good for people that actually like to train bodybuilding style if you're someone who goes gym once a week this gym isn't for your if you actually go consistently enough this gym is for you. The equipment is old school and there's a lot of it which is what I prefer over big brand gym like better. However the negative for me is that the gym is a bit small and that can be s problem for a lot of people so it's best you check it out first before getting s membership
