Fantastic experience: It’s been like 2 months since I joined the feltham gym and I am loving it. All the classes are really good. Personal trainer, gym instructor and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Gym atmosphere is very clean and healthy. I feel very motivated and confident coming here.

Fantastic experience: It’s been 8 months with anytime fitness. I enjoy coming here the place is neat and welcoming. It’s flexibility with timings. There are lot classes going on daily both morning and evening those are very enjoyable and helpful for your goals.

Fantastic experience: It is the most beautiful thing that has happened to me. I love coming here because Bhavya and Alexander are the most helpful knowledgeable managers in this place. Every machine and place is cleaned. This place has its own trainers and dietician but having said that each of them is approachable and smiling all the time. Exercise Machine are very good and Bhavya is beautiful and helpful.

Fantastic experience: To the Feltham team, you're all amazing! You provide the best customer service I have ever experienced at any gym. It is because of the incredibly supportive atmosphere you create, that I personally finally feel comfortable and happy to be in a gym. This makes it more encouraging for me to stay focused on achieving my fitness goals. The Feltham gym is actually an hour away from where I live, but closer to my workplace.There are 2 other locations closer to home for me. However, I love the Feltham team so much that I prefer to make the trip to Feltham. Special shout out to Personal Trainer Sofiya - simply the best!

Fantastic experience: Joined for personal/health reason, got a 1-2-1 session with 1 of the PTs. Told them my reasons, they advised on how to change my dietary needs to support my goals. The team are always ready to share their knowledge, advise on using the equipment to benefit. Bhayva and Sofiya alway make you feels welcome and use your name when greeting you. The team overall as welcoming, nice atmosphere. Suggestion to the Gym, maybe look into selling other aids, eg gloves, straps, etc to support members with training

Negative experience: SCAMMERS! They lied to me from the very start. When I signed up, they assured me I could cancel my membership anytime—what a joke! As soon as the direct debit kicked in, it was game over. They refused to let me cancel, no matter what I did or said. They even reactivated my direct debit without my permission after I canceled it! It’s clear that this gym is only interested in one thing: YOUR MONEY. They don’t care about providing a good service or keeping their promises. Avoid this place like the plague if you value your time, money, and sanity!

Negative experience: Signing up with this gym was the worst decision I've ever made. The staff are not only rude and dismissive but also completely unprofessional. The moment you sign their contract is when your problems start. When I tried to cancel my membership, they flat-out refused, even though my contract had expired. To make matters worse, I had to relocate, and when I informed them, they couldn't care less. They actually expected me to travel hours just to use one of their locations! I had no choice but to keep paying for a service I couldn't even use. This gym is nothing but a money trap. Avoid them at all costs!

Negative experience: My experience at this gym has been nothing short of a nightmare, and it all started the moment I signed their contract. The staff is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. If you have a concern, they brush it off and make you feel like you are a burden. The real trouble began when I tried to cancel my membership. They flat-out refused to accept my cancellation, even after my contract had expired. After canceling my direct debit, I thought I was free from their clutches, but they reconnected it without my permission and continued to charge me. This gym will do anything to keep you trapped and take your money. Avoid this place at all costs! Save yourself the stress and frustration.

Negative experience: If I could give less than 1 star I would! I'm extremely disappointed with them. The facilities are filthy, with equipment and common areas clearly not being cleaned regularly. The lack of hygiene is unacceptable, especially for a fitness center where cleanliness should be a priority. On top of that, the staff is incredibly unprofessional. They are unhelpful and dismissive when approached with concerns. My recent experience dealing with them regarding a billing issue has been frustrating, to say the least. I was promised that my account would be frozen for three months to allow me time to settle an outstanding balance. Instead, I received a letter from a collection agency stating I owe double the amount, with no explanation from the gym. They have been a complete letdown in every aspect. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for a more hygienic environment and better customer service for way less money.

Negative experience: I never ever saw any customer service like them very very bad company they took a year calling them with proof and everything to cancel my membership and still the are stealing my money every month.rubbish company never recommending this company ever

Negative experience: This is one of the worst gym and staff. No parking, very small floor and less equipment. When we are planning to terminate contract they show real colour. While they offer contract they beg like anything. I don’t recommend also it’s expensive. All other gym are providing competitive services with way less monthly fee. Finally useless to sign up contract with them

Negative experience: Worst gym, huge monthly charges, no parking, you need to sign contract, they get angry and behave worst when you want to exit and stop going to gym.

Fantastic experience: Since the new year, I started going to the gym in Feltham on a regular basis to lose excess weight and gain as much muscle mass as possible. Friendly staff, constantly clean and many innovations. A separate training application with an explanation of the correct technique for each exercise. At the last height measurement, it turned out that I was 4 cm taller and I had a hard time believing it.

Positive experience: Daniel was professional showing me around and informative about the gym. Thank you . I would have joined but parking was an issue for myself on this occasion.

Fantastic experience: Having your own private shower/toilet cubicle makes it so cosy plus the Reverse Hyper for those of us with a bad back is a definite Recommend

Negative experience: If you want to avoid any problems with them better don't join them. I have moved from London to Leeds and my closest gym is one hour away and they didn't cancel membership because it's within 10miles radios distance. And send bail lifters. Be careful with them, they are nice in begging. But for to be true just trying to rob people out.

Negative experience: Been a member with this gym for 2 years. Overall, decent gym, not overly busy but members often leave a mess. My contract is a 12-month contract which renewed last year and is now coming closer to its expiration. I moved house in November 2023 and requested to cancel my membership as the next club close to me is closed. Very disappointed to see how rubbish the cancellation process is. Club staff don’t get back to you promptly and when they do, they’re highly unprofessional.

Positive experience: Not my home gym and doesn’t have the same equipment as my home gym but still nice enough. Not overly busy. Only issue is, early morning the gym is a mess. Weights left everywhere, weights left in the wrong places, barbells with weights left lying in the middle of the floor. Not the fault of the staff but people who do not know how to put the weights back when they have finished using them

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this gym if you don’t want to get a lifetime membership. They don’t care about the contract and try to scam you. The gym itself is indeed not bad but when you are being scammed by someone regarding your money and destroying your account’s credit history that is misery. And the membership itself costs pretty much. I tried canceling a few times and they still say I have to pay for the membership even if my contract expired and I did all the payments in time.

Positive experience: Nightmare to cancel a membership. Every time I’m surprised with another email saying that I still owe money even tho I finished my 6 months membership and even paid for one more. No community feeling there and that’s why I wanted to cancel. The only thing I can say for good is that it’s very clean

Positive experience: I've been a member of this gym for about 18 months. It wholly suits my needs with great equipment and space. The gym is usually very tidy and entrance/exit is swift. I feel safe when attending.

Negative experience: Don’t Join this gym! They are thieves!! I made my friends join and I was meant to be getting £1 off my monthly bill for each person I brought to the gym but ended up even paying more than my friends I brought to the gym They are criminals! I would recommend THE GYM GROUP to any1 that wants a convenient gym to join! With the GYM group, you can cancel anytime, they have a lot training equipments and you can take a friend or relative to the gym 4 times a month with no extra charges. Anytime fitness hasn’t got a lot a equipments, they charge more than any gym I know and the place is very disgusting

Negative experience: The gym staff should make people aware regarding the policies when signing them up for a membership or tell them to carefully read the T&Cs before signing up. Specially when a customer states that they are new to the country and unaware of any rules or policies. My bad i didn't go through the huge contract when signing up with atf or else would've reconsidered. I tried cancelling my membership after i relocated but was not provided accurate details on how to go on about that and the only option i had to cancel the membership was to provide a postcode which is 15 mies far from ANY anytime fitness in london. I am new to this country and my first gym experience was horrible due to your staff. Its been a year since I'm a member and have been to the gym only 3 times. Tried every possible way to reach out and cancel but no one seems to response until now i had a word with a staff member alex who was kind enough to listen to my story but couldn't help either after having a word with the finance department. All ill say is to train your staff on how to deal with new customers and make them aware of important policy your gym follows to avoid creating another disappointing case..

Fantastic experience: Lovely gym. I got a free pass/trial to use it and I would highly recommend this specific gym to anyone or the chain if they are in the same state as this one. Great range of fairly new and expensive equipment, clean, tidy, and not a great many members using equipment on a Friday afternoon. Helpful staff. Changing rooms are in a beautiful state - you get a whole bathroom you can lock and use: there's a shower, toilet, sink and hand dryer all to yourself. Very impressive.

Negative experience: Minimum availability of classes. On several instances the class was cancelled without any notification ending up finding out on arrival at the gym. Really poor services, especially if someone is looking for strong and higher intensity classes. On the positive side, gym is clean and tidied up.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for about 2-3 months now, and so far it’s been really great! Asides from the range of equipment and nice bathrooms, the community is the best I’ve seen so far. I’m working with Laertes, a great trainer - he embodies the virtues of a Virgo and is a total perfectionist. He will definitely make sure your form is on point, and because he’s passionate about his job he will give you all the support you need and more! I always come out of my training sessions refreshed and happy. I definitely recommend him if you’re looking to work with a PT. At the end of the day, there are many gyms about but not all of them are as fun and welcoming as this one. ☺️✨

And if anytime fitness can do anything to make this positive, please return my money that you have robbed and done a big scam, I don't care how many times you guys will say whatever but it's a scam and your comment blw to make yourself look good is all fake and lies and spammers hired in your gym, there is nothing positive in that gym. I have heard you guys even talk in the gym about the fake reviews you have written below and even you guys begging people "please write a review and sending them texts what to write on Google" bloody scammers, frauds, mafias running that gym. AVOID THEM!!!! I don't care what they have written below which is again fake and lies

Negative experience: The gym is really nice and the staff too but I was told that I could cancel my membership anytime I want but when I wanted to cancel my membership they didn’t allow me, they said that you can’t cancel your membership anytime you want and apprently I had a one year contract which I was never even told about. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone as I think this gym is a scam for everyone so be aware before you join this gym.

Negative experience: Too small, too busy and you'll be lucky to get near any of the machines. Hideously over subscribed.

Negative experience: A very sneaky way to do business locking people into contracts. No one would want to use a company that takes there clients' money and then pretend they are in it to make you fitter and healthier. They are a complete joke. Don’t use them!!! When joining they assure you that they would be flexible in cancelling your membership if you were to move house or lose employment. But they don't tell you that their re-location condition is 15 miles. Which is absolutely ridiculous. They expect you to travel 1hr+ to be able to attend one of their gyms. When reporting the incident and speaking to HR the team tell you that they will get back to you and see if they can do anything. But all you get is pin-drop silence with no communication. Cancelling your Direct debits is not seen as cancellation of membership and as a result, then victimises you and threatens you with interest charges and negative credit impact due to missed DD payments. Neither do they have proper group gym classes! Months have gone by since reporting this issue. And every month a member of the team will call to ask how your experience is in a robot-like manner, with no intention of actively listening and desire to assist you in any form. They will actively blame you as the customer for all the problems you are facing due to their lack of services, and you are still obliged to pay the DD despite the lack of service. They sell you a lie just to get you to sign up and then are completely useless when it comes to customer service. Absolutely avoid their gyms! —————- 2 weeks and the manager still hasn’t called…. Extremely disgusting customer service by “Tyler Richardson” and “Lucy”…. With a response manager “Jonathon Jackson” will call when they a free, I can’t tell you when that will be…. Avoid at all costs! —————- **Response to their Response on Google Review** 2 months down the line still have not received a single call from the team, despite raising the issue multiple times. I am unsure what you mean by "proper classes" we run Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, HiiT, LBT and many others - Classes do not cater to professionals. No proper classes on the weekend, early morning and late evening. All classes are during the day which no working professional will be able to attend (like me).

Unfortunately with only a few months left to run on the contract they wouldn’t allow me out of it when I moved home due to there being another anytime fitness with 15 miles. Fantastic experience: A fantastic place to work out! Strongly recommended!! People's here are nice and after use the machine they do use wet wipe to clean after their use. And staff here are very friendly and helpful !! Open 24 hours which make it really convenient. Clean shower room. You may find it small compared to other gym and no swimming pool. However I feel is one of the best gym with reasonable monthly fees. Good atmosphere for work out. Feel really comfortable. Can't express well by words so come and try it ! You may like it like I do.
