Negative experience: Awful - worst swimming pool I've ever been. So we went public swimming time. 3/4 of the pool was taken up for lanes and the last 1/4 was taken for kids so there was no place for older kids to play separately to younger children. Training/child pool was shut. Toilets stunk, pool was freezing. Will not be going back. Still had cheek to charge full price.

Negative experience: The pool timetable is abysmal. We're not allowed to use it half of the time it's open. It's also far too busy all of the time, probably because its shut to the public so often. Six to a lane doesn't work in a 25 meter pool

Negative experience: Inspire have unethical policies that aren’t community focused. They only care about money and will use any opportunity to mess up your membership.

Negative experience: The pool is closed for private use more times than its open, isn't this suppose to be a public swimming pool, on a weekend it's open 9 hours 30 minutes yet only open to the public 3.5 hours

Positive experience: Had a few issues over the years but the swim teachers are lovely and my daughter is thriving so improvement are seen. Not seen inside the gym but from the outside looks crowded by machinery. Overall good though

Positive experience: The pool here is not as cold as it used to be, changing rooms are really cold though and showers are different temperatures during the time you use them, often going really hot, that's a plus point for me as I love a hot shower

Positive experience: Lovely facilities, swimming pool and staff friendly. Was disappointed as the steam room seemed to have been turned off when we were in there. Membership had to be done through the call centre as no option to do online which would make life a bit easier.

Positive experience: I visited with my friend who took her children and my child swimming. I have been unable to swim here since it was build due to the pool depth. I used to love the old pool as I was able to walk in and remain in the shallow end due to being a non swimmer and a fear of deep water. The small pool was being used for an exercise class for some of the time we were there and after this class was closed it was closes to the public. I entered the changing area to help my friend with the children after they swam. I was not challenged by the staff for doing so which made me feel a little uneasy about allowing my child who's old enough to attend the pool alone come without adult supervision.

Positive experience: Wow....the staff were friendly and helpful with nice smile on their faces and the swimming is great but we absolutely shattered cos we haven't been swimming for over 2 and a half years due to covid pandemic but it a shame they don't do cafe there but it is good so we will be back again this week.

Positive experience: Since covid really liking the new slot in / out times. Not liking the sanctions after missed days at all. There is no need we pay for a service there is room For every one covid or not. We pay we shold be able to go if and when we please or not. Ide wish they keep The classes at auditorium, but they will go to old sport hall which should be all upgraded like auditorium. Auditorium was fab for all classes

Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff..brilliant changing places with hoists a hoist into the pool and a lift ramp for a chair to lower into the water... At last a decent place that is truly inclusive for all disabilities.

Negative experience: Trying to book son for swimming lessons since April,always excuses-Covid, not taking new kids now,call back Monday...when trying to ring them they never reply...Going to customer service desk every single week...Last Monday they said there are new places available now,took my phone nr but never called back.. Today been there again-and what a surprise-person who is dealing with the swimming lessons is on holidays now

Positive experience: I go 3 times a week to swim . Only complaint is people socializing at end of pool. A few mins to get breath back is fine but quite often there are 3 people merrily chatting away while swimmers have to try and avoid them when turning. Lifeguards should enforce the rules a little more

Positive experience: First time swimming since covid hit and it was good. There was one woman who thought it ok to swim between people but other then that everyone else was great kept to the rules.

Fantastic experience: Modern and clean new building. The staff are always pleasant and regular cleaning and other precautions have been visibly put in place for our safety and concern. I mainly use the swimming pool, but also the gym sometimes. Easy to book your sessions and all information can be obtained online too.

Positive experience: Visit regularly, aqua classes and swim fit, always difficult to book on as fill very quickly. It would be good if they could add more classes, preferably 9 or 930 in a morning. Need to be quicker with repairs and maintenance, steam room was unavailable for 3 months awaiting repair.

Negative experience: Recently i started badminton on a tuesday (11 to 1pn).. after 3 weeks i have not attended. The reason being total lack of any form of heating in the sportshall. My arms turned blue and my breathing was affected due to cold air. The corridors are very well heated. Presumably for the staff !!!! Definately not good enough especially as this is an othets 50's social session Brian
