Anytime Fitness Kenilworth

Positive experience: Just fine.

Negative experience: Asked them to freeze my membership. No reminder this was unfrozen after 6 months. Asked them to refund and cancel, no response back. Still waiting refund of direct debit in covid when they were shut. Now i allegedly owe them money?

Positive experience: Clean and tidy. Showers and toilets were Clean. Rowing machines not great. Not the best gym

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for 5 years now and love it. Extremely friendly staff, though I mostly go when out of staffed hours. I love the 24/7 access and access to any Anytime Fitness in the world. It is normally pretty quiet but can have peaks during busy times and late evening. Can’t recommend the gym enough!

Positive experience: Been using this gym for a few months now, not too busy so can get on equipment. Friendly staff and some good advise from Archie. Suits me for what i need.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, equipment is all you’ll ever need, soo many quality machines, always able to train when and what you need to. Staff are always helpful and great mix of members specially Archie the best fella on the planet ever!!!Cannot recommend enough!!!Boomtown!!!

Positive experience: Been going to the gym for years, appreciation post for Archie who's always really welcoming, friendly and willing to help out whenever he can. A little conversation goes a long way for some members, especially as some weeks we see these people more than our families. Well done Archie keep up the good work

Negative experience: I’d like to start this by saying that I am not one of those people that complains, if anything I like to support and compliment businesses, in this case I don’t. I have been a member here for years, its convenient and the staff are wonderful! The gym however is utterly filthy! The showers are vile, not somewhere where you would choose to clean yourself. There are constantly leaks and cracks in all the walls…I’m waiting for they day when the roof collapses. The classes are always full and equipment is shoddy. Again I would like to add that all the staff are excellent and willing to try their best. This is not their fault, it needs to be taken higher. Myself and several other members have complained with no feedback ever provided. If things don’t change myself and other will be moving on.

Negative experience: I'm absolutely livid, beyond furious, this old boy is steamin. Used to love this gym but changing room is never available because people keep getting bummed in there. I asked to join in one time out of curiosity and they said I'm too old.

Fantastic experience: Clean gym decent air con when I get there 4,45 am .. good tunes on

Negative experience: Made one enquiry and that was it, hounded every single day voicemail after another voicemail, texts and emails trying to get me to sign up, I ended up blocking their number and they still was managing to get through! Desperation at its finest, put me off of signing up.

Fantastic experience: Great service from Paul at Kenilworth, came in on his day off to sort out my membership. Personally delivered my fob to my home. Definitely went over and above. Great asset to the club !!!

Negative experience: Good members of staff. But the gym is outdated and is in need of a refurb. Can we get a new punchbag please? Sticking duct tape around it to hide the fact that it’s broken doesn’t disguise the fact that you need a new one

Negative experience: Just awful. Firstly, it was verbally agreed and we were told by the lady on the front desk that we were going to be having a 6 month contract, as we were due to move away soon. When I went to cancel it, I was told by the SAME lady that this wasn’t possible. She also tried to tell me that it was someone else that signed me up and not her, but I remember those nails… Secondly, when I tried to cancel after the 12 months, I got an email saying I would hear back from the gym. They did not get back to me so I cancelled my direct debit. Thirdly, I got charged a late fee and threatened with legal action if they did not receive payment. There’s no way out! The gym might be ok but you’ll be trapped in contract hell

Positive experience: For the money this gym is worth the monthly fee, but it can get very hot. If I had to pay more, I'd be signing up elsewhere with more facilities and a cooler training environment

Negative experience: Good gym but get rid of contracts; all gyms should get rid of contracts !!

Negative experience: If it was possible to give no stars i would . be lovely if they paid staff the money that they owed them. Manager and staff are fine but the owners are terrible. would avoid this gym at all costs

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service by the team at Anytime Fitness Kenilworth - my daughter lost one of her Apple Airpods in the step machine and the Manager luckily was able to retrieve it without calling engineers. Really helpful and supportive team - many thanks to all the team

Fantastic experience: Roof leaks when it rains heavily, showers are quite often lacking hot water. The standard price is a little high in my opinion and the air-conditioning never seems to be consistent. However, I love the place so 5 Stars from me.

Fantastic experience: Me and my girlfriend have recently moved to kenilworth and we we’re looking for a good gym for some time. This gym got recommended to us. Really nice gym, very clean. We were welcomed in by Heather who was very friendly and pleasant and have been to Heather’s fitness classes too. Would recommend both the gym and also the fitness classes too they’re lots of fun although challenging.

Negative experience: Showers are stuck on cold and facilities aren't great, contacted to cancel my membership and paid for the remaining 2 months, was told I had another 2 months on my membership before my membership was cut off straight away and fob stopped working. I've since been charged again for a direct debit without authorization after previously cancelling

Positive experience: Its a good gym! Good variety of equipment & mats. A massage therapist on site (haven't used yet myself but heard good things). Alittle smaller than I'm used too but I would recommend!

Positive experience: Good location, good selection of equipment. Not always super clean and staff do not seem as "house proud" as they were a year or so ago.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Anytime Fitness in Kenilworth for a few months and have always had a great session. There are always areas of equipment available and staff on hand to speak to if you have any problems. The storage area is useful and the water fountain has saved my life a few times... would definitely recommend for anyone thinking of joining a gym.

Positive experience: A real nice gym. Got most of the things you want and need. Free screen to do classes. It's 24/7 for 18+ which is great for a lad like me. If you haven't gone they will try to inspire you to keep going instead of letting you waste money by not going. Their night system isn't great as I don't know if it's just me but when I go in there, at times I hear like a intruder but I know I bleep my pass. Their speakers are really bad when the guys behind the security cams are trying to talk to you. Wish it was a bit better. Bit costly to but overall a good gym.

Fantastic experience: It is literally open 24h all week! It has threadmills, cross trainers and steppers and all the machinery one might need, however the rowing machine is based on water so it's not a challenge for someone that train for some time already. The studio is usually cold (that might be a bonus for some). Weights area is fully equipped with dumbbells up to 50kg.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. Always clean and always staff here to help. The equipment is all brand new and state of the art. Personal training is available and the studio gym room is fantastic. When there is no classes on you can use the screen to do a class that is projected onto the wall.

Fantastic experience: Staff are very friendly and helpful. Always at hand when needed. Lots of different classes in the studio. Has everything you need and the good thing is it's open 24 hour so fits in around my job
