Fantastic experience: Small, friendly leisure centre. We visited to use the pool during summer holidays and found the place spotlessly clean - changing rooms and pool alike.

Fantastic experience: I like going for a swim first thing in the morning. The place is clean and quiet. Great showers at the end.

Positive experience: It's hard to find

Negative experience: Cleanliness is a real issue throughout especially in gym and gym changing rooms. Doesn't look like the floor has been hoovered or mopped in weeks? Sure this should be done everyday? Gym kit is full of dust and grim. The place really is disgusting.

Negative experience: Used to take my daughter for swimming lessons here. New company has come in and cut the area for swimming in half. 7 kids and an adult in a 5m x5m area, now they don't have room to move. The reason for the reduction in size is so they can squeeze two classes in and make twice as much money. Have now removed my daughter and booked her in elsewhere.

Negative experience: Me and my friend came here yesterday and the hygiene here was shocking! There was urine everywhere all over the toilet seat. Whoever was in there that day has the worst aim in the omniverse.

Negative experience: Moody staff particularly overweight guy with beard. Was better before takeover. Seems to be a different price every time? Poo in pool and urine all over changing rooms and staff didn't seem bothered. Never going back.

Negative experience: I used to really enjoy swimming here, but lately the staff have become so moody. The customer service is absolutely shocking, they don't seem to be able to communicate at all. I don't honestly think I'll return to this pool.

Positive experience: Good pool, not too warm like some are. Changing facilities and toilets are clean and in good order. Vending machines never work so take a snack!

Positive experience: Could not use the gym today as the membership card I was issued does not work, there were no staff anywhere to be seen & no one manning the desk but that aside it's usually a good little gym with decent facilities.

Fantastic experience: I personally only use the pool but it's cheap to swim, changing rooms are kept tidy. Staff are really friendly yet professional. Have friends that use the gym and some do the circuit/spin classes and recommend them. Overall I'm satisfied with the leisure centre.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff who make you feel welcome. The gym is small but well equipped. The spin class with Dionne will work you hard. Expect no mercy! Clean changing rooms in the gym and pool area. 25m pool. I use this gym regularly.

Fantastic experience: Go swimming here quite a lot. Clean changing rooms, hot showers, viewing area with sofas, table and chairs. Shelves to put your shoes before you enter the pool area. Hot drinks machine. 20p sweet machines. You can use your west berks cards here aswel.

Fantastic experience: Decent little gym. Didn't try the pool but did circuits on a Tuesday evening which was good. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Positive experience: Small leisure centre with gym and class facilities plus a 25m pool. Parking available with a five a side pitch also at the location.

Positive experience: There is a good but fairly small gym here. I use the sports hall for football and the staff are all helpful and friendly. Not sure on prices though.

Fantastic experience: Nice small leisure center with friendly staff. The pool is always clean and a consistent temperature unlike other managed by the same company locally. I haven't used the gym but it looks modern and well looked after.
