Fantastic experience: Float party for 10 year old child, staff were amazing, good safety, used the Youth Centre attached afterwards for party. Excellent, many useful facilities, really good experience. Site is dated but well kept, underfunded no doubt. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: They want all your personal private details house number and address date of birth and mobile number and the names of both my children and then after taking all that and putting into the computer they said oh right ok we can’t let you in because you’re only allowed 1 child per adult unless over 8! This country has turned into an absolute joke

Positive experience: Disabled shower room is very warm and drain blocked so water went under door and into corridor.

Positive experience: Refreshment machines have been out of use for last 3 weeks. Not good in hot weather!

Negative experience: Took my son here as soon as he turned 4 for his beginner lessons. He was very unsure of getting in and the manager offered us a free session to get him used to it! So we thought fantastic!! A few sessions later whilst watching from the viewing area our son slips in the pool and goes under water. The teacher was taking another child across and the lifeguard who was supposed to be watching our child didn't see. I was able to go from the viewing area threw the ladies changing rooms and get to my son before she even noticed. Another little boy in the pool picked him up out the water, I took my son out the pool as he was terrified. And the life guard was very apologetic but we lost complete faith in the place. They either need to train their lifeguards to actually pay attention of have more of them around.. Bare in mind the life guard was stood right at the exit of the ladies changing rooms Infront of the class where my son was. We have now paid more for private lessons elsewhere as we no longer trust the lifeguards or how this particular centre operates

Positive experience: All staff are very knowledgable and helpful, could do with more changing facilities hence the 4 stars, overall excellent

Fantastic experience: Brilliant leisure centre has everything you need, gym, football pitches and a warm medium size swimming pool, we come here for swimming lessons and the lessons are really impressed my children have learnt to swim very quickly

Negative experience: I have been coming swimming on family swim for 3 weeks now first week fantastic second week life guard young girl on her own sat brushing her hair spray deodorant on pool side and then sitting in the little room not watching third week well 3 life guards on pool side 2 lads and a girl well I must say other than talking to each other not to bad until the girl opens fire door to talk to a group off young lads well safe to say it was freezing then not happy spke to the manager who said she was just seeing the lads leave the site 10 minutes really I am not being a Karen but this is a safety issue may be there is more training need

Negative experience: Ladies toilet near the gym hall are disgusting.

Fantastic experience: I was at aquarobics. I've not done any for four years but I remembered what to do and enjoyed it.

Positive experience: Fair prices for badminton, only issue is that a lot of the rooms feel a bit run down and the ceiling is quite low. Alright as an alternative but prefer going to Redhill gym.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant place for children’s parties. We had the inflatable pool party and inflatable fun house after and it was fantastic fun for kids and adults. The staff were very friendly and nothing were too much trouble. Very well priced too. My daughter wants her party there again next year so it’s definitely a thumbs up

Negative experience: Took children for swim as it seems to be the only small pool open in Nottingham on Sunday. Grim outside, grim inside with worn fittings and tiles. Communal changing rooms like something out of 1950s. Small pool turned out to be closed ("for pool reasons") but both small and main pools were too deep for my (big) three year old and there were no stepped sides. Water cold and lockers too small for family bags. Avoid
