Negative experience: Terrible customer service and particular staff incredibly rude on the phone.

Positive experience: Not a lot I can really say, I went for an outpatient appointment. Really good plus point, you can actually park there for free for up to 3 hours !

Positive experience: I go swimming three times a week here and sometimes use the gym staff always pleasant and the hun is well looked after

Fantastic experience: Been here for vaccinations and public health screening programmes. Easy parking on site and have always been seen quickly.

Fantastic experience: Orford Jubilee had great swimming bath facilities, with adequate family changing rooms. I enjoyed the swimming pool itself and it was a decent size with a good deep end. However I found the water a little cooler than I would of liked it to be. The kids became cold over time. This was quickly resolved with the hot showers with good pressure. We were fortunate to use a locker that was a decent size.

Fantastic experience: First time coming with my two children and we was greeted so politely and staff are so friendly. Setting is fab very easy to settle them down in as it’s exactly like nursery was reassured any nappy changes will be done and to just relax. I will be 100% recommending the girls in the crèche.

Negative experience: Garbage. Entirely empty pool but won't allow you to swim unless you pre booked. Lazy, arrogant staff hiding behind processes so they don't have to do any work. Nice empty pool wasting public money.

Negative experience: I nipped in to kill some time and thought I'd go for a coffee. No seating was available - all full, yet the other half of where you would put seating, to be used by paying customers, was left completely empty.

Positive experience: This place would be better than it is if it was generally better maintained than it is. The Steam room here compared to Woolston is also noticeably hotter, so I find it very difficult to do over 10 minutes in it. All this said, it is probably the best of the Livewire sites I have used (& I have used all of them) & it is also the most logically set out in terms of its changing room outlay imho.

Fantastic experience: Clean and tidy. Welcoming staff. Attended appointment at Bridgewater unit and from reception staff to District nurse the staff were absolutely amazing.

Negative experience: My mother who is 83 years old last week had an appointment for a flu and covid jab when she arrived she was told she had no appointment so she went back home by the way she did because i made them for her yesterdad, went for a blood test she was late cause the bus never turned up so they refused to do a blood test so she has to go back again my mother is 83 struggles on her feet this place is a digrace .

Negative experience: The condition of the ♿ accessible shower/ changing - washing facility is in desperation need of a hygynic upgrade. The most polite way to describe it.

Negative experience: Again, tried to book online for a parent and child swim session, was directed to contact the site to book a slot, this is a repeat from last week when we did the same, this week couldn't get through on the phone, as it kept coming up as error after ringing out, I went down to the orford hub, Tried to book in person only to be told by a really arrogant, not so customer service friendly cashier woman, that you cannot book in person or over the phone, I explained that we did book over the phone the previous week, only to be told that you cannot and that I have made a mistake, I said it was not a mistake. We 100% booked and paid over the phone last week ,which is what we were advised to do each time we have booked, she then said show me on the phone and try to book it. As I look down to do this on my phone she got up and walked away saying something under her breath about a family swim, an absolute disgrace of a customer service employee, another customer service member witnessed this and come over to help out. she couldn't have been anymore helpful. The name of the second cashier who was really helpful was M Berry, as it appeared on my receipt. she looked up the previous session and said it was a parent and child session and then booked us on the session, Maybe you could give some tips to your colleague on how to present and speak to people. First cashier 0 stars, the second cashier M Berry five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: The experience was good because my lift got me there earlier I was actually seen for my bloods straight away and was at home by my appointment time and my appointment was tuesday and my doctors have phoned this with an appointment to discuss my results

Negative experience: Terrible website with no information or price list . No one answers the phone to explain to you anything . No one on the live chat. Showed up to go for swim the guy at reception very rude and not very helpful charged my partner for sauna and pool only to tell me after he only have 20 min to use the pool after we already paid and he has gone in . The worse experienced ever there should be more clear instruction on website that you actually have to prebook your sessions on the hour

Positive experience: Been coming this gym as a member for the last month and before that PAYG. I’ve been enjoying the classes and I have been enjoying the gym. No complaints yet :)

Fantastic experience: There is a good range of facilities here including 3 doctors practice, swimming baths, sports fields, Subway, library there is even a community police point and a creche.

Negative experience: Went for first time for a blood test! car park flooded badly! No one on reception! Saw 4 men standing at a door. 2 went in then the other 2 so I moved to stand outside the same door to which a woman/nurse told me to move away and slammed the door in my face RUDE the nurse who did blood test was ok but questioned my appointment time as she read my name wrong! Won’t be going there again

Positive experience: Confusing as hell. I can not keep up with the time tables. And changes on school holidays. Teenagers gym up to 6pm Monday and Tuesday. Anytime Thursday or Friday. What's the difference. It's empty Monday and Tuesday. Some of the time scales don't mix. Swimming is another one. Also the web site is to confusing. Trying to book stuff. Is half impossible.

Positive experience: Car park flooded, first 3 rows of parking spaces for mother and child and disabled virtually empty and all other spaces full. Once inside all good, seen as appointed, staff taking blood really friendly and efficient

Fantastic experience: My Doctors is here but it also includes so many other businesses,including,swimming baths,library,Gym and also Subway,which is also delicious with wonderfully friendly staff to serve you.

Negative experience: Requested for the wet changing floor to be cleaned due to litter and excessive amount of hair all over the floor and benches and was ignored. Dirty and unhygienic room. Even chewing gum stuck on the wall in one of the cubicles and very grubby. Not impressed

Negative experience: There is one particular man on reception who seems to be there whenever I am going swimming. He is miserable and have zero customer service skills! Been when swimming was cancelled last minute due to apparent staff shortage and told the pool is closed with a grunt and not even a 'really sorry but the pool is closed due to shortage of staff' not helpful atall. There are hardly any public swims when I look online and half the time the ones that are on are cancelled. Told the pool was fully booked and took my daughter to a swim lesson and there was about 15 people in it.

Negative experience: Went to take my little girl swimming today only to be asked have you booked so we can't you can book at another venue nowhere have I seen you have to book my daughter left crying she was so upset I'm disgusted that they left a child to leave crying

Positive experience: The staff are on the whole helpful and friendly and the facility are, if a little on the expensive side, very good. However they never answer the phone. I mean ever. Go ahead and try it now to see.

Negative experience: Very disorganised supposed to have a class but it was cancelled and no one told me so was left waiting for 10min until I told them. Also when you call them they don't answer the phone. So wasted half an hour for nothing.
