Positive experience: Only there for a visit to the children's indoor play area. Whilst it is quite small there seems to be enough to keep quite a few children amused. Friendly and helpful staff. I had a quick look at the gym, lots of equipment, some in not the best state of repair though I was assured that this would be remedied shortly.

Negative experience: I have tried to reach #OneLeisureHuntingdon by phone for two consecutive days, with no response. For a facility of this standard, I expected better customer service. Unfortunately, the changing cubicles and premises are far below acceptable hygiene levels, with unpleasant odors reminiscent of a public toilet, and even spiders present — a clear indicator of poor cleanliness. Additionally, the website form for inquiries is unnecessarily complicated, making what should be a simple question a frustratingly long process. I find it hard to believe that this is the standard of service in one of the leading countries in the world. The on-site experience is equally disappointing. On multiple visits, no one was present at the registration desk for up to 20 minutes, resulting in a delay for swimming sessions. There were no contact details available to reach someone, which is very inconvenient. It’s clear the system is set up in a way that makes it nearly impossible to communicate or resolve complaints.

Positive experience: Pool is decent, changing rooms often dont smell great. No better or worse than a lot of council pools

Negative experience: Worst swimming pool I've ever been too! I just wanted to have a nice swim on a Saturday morning to start the weekend right. I called ahead as it was my first time coming to this pool and it took about 10 tries to finally get through to someone. That person then told me that I have to wait until the 12pm slot but that I can't book ahead, its first come first serve so to get there early and pay at reception. I then went on the website and saw that you actually can pay ahead so I tried to do this multiple times and it wouldn't go through, so decided to do as the lady suggested. When I arrived there was no-one at reception. Eventually someone spotted me and told me he'd be back in a minute, so I waited. Two more members of staff passed me and asked if I'd been served and I said that a young man had said he was coming, so they left the building. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went wondering around looking for someone and came across a security guard (who was the only helpful member of staff there) who told me that I should go through and pay at the end. He even showed me where the changing rooms were, as there was no-one else to show me around on my first visit. I then realised it was a unisex changing room (which personally I don't like) and it was absolutely filthy! The whole place stank of urine and the toilets were caked in filth (as was everywhere else). I decided after all that to just try and enjoy my swim. I did 4 laps and got out. It was packed with people and we were all forced to go around in circles like rats in a cage (definitely not the relaxing weekend swim I thought I'd get) and the water was absolutely disgusting! Full of hair and used plasters. Honestly revolting. When I got out, I realised that I had stupidly left my shampoo and conditioner at home (100% my fault, I realise) but remembered there was a small shop and some vending machines at the front so thought I'd buy some there. After another 10 minutes waiting at reception for someone to come, a young man came in from outside (where he was and what he was doing I don't know) and I asked him if I could buy some shower products. He then told me they don't sell any. I know it was my fault entirely for leaving them at home, but I've never been to a pool before that has a shop that doesn't sell them. When I asked him why they don't sell them as it's a pool and they have showers, he said flippantly that they never have. Well, I wasn't to know that as it was my first time visiting and I can guarantee you my last. I left there in my swimming costume and towel, not even bothering to get dressed, and can guarantee you I will never be returning. Absolutely abysmal service, appalling facilities and disgusting hygiene.

Positive experience: Gym is okay. Good range of machines and treadmills. Can usually get on most equipment on time. Not enough weight plates to cover both up and downstairs if two people are using bars at the same time. Increased joint membership by nearly £6 a month within 3 months of joining

Positive experience: I really enjoyed the place itself, but I went swimming with my two kids under 5, I felt the area quite cold! both kids were shivering and with purple mouths when in the pool area and even in the changing rooms.. Im not sur if this could be improved, but if so, we would deff visit more and we loved the pool!

Fantastic experience: I love the 11.35am aqua aerobics. But if you don't book by early hours of Wednesday morning, they are fully booked. Also, I've tried to book when I leave on Wednesday for the following week they are fully booked with about 8 on the waiting list.

Fantastic experience: Huntingdon One Leisure is the home of the World Tang Soo Do Association in Great Britain. All National classes and black belt tests are hosted here by Grandmaster Khan. The hall is a good size and has a good surface for doing martial arts. The toilet and shower facilities are good here.

Negative experience: Disgusting changing rooms . Rotten steps into the pool . Water freezing . Staff mental absent . Inflatables either ripped torn covered in mould/bacteria and probably older than me . Avoid avoid avoid

Fantastic experience: If you're truly into sports it one of the best gyms in town love the space all the machines are top quality and a gym with a boxing bag always get my approval being a MMA fighter that a need And they have a hair dryer that works and it always clean and they have very experience people on site that can help you with your training and goals so that's a bonus. And the treadmill has very good programs on it that can help you get fight. All i can say is I hope they get funding to build a sauna that the only thing missing from this gym I don't think they understand how important sauna is for the body I'm sure if they get a sauna the will make the gym much better and it will attract more people but it still a great gym

Positive experience: A good clean leisure centre, the changing rooms have been updated since the last time I went. Staff seem friendly. Pool is warm(early morning sessions for kids so not sure about other times of the day)

Positive experience: Really disappointed that they have stopped the inflatable session. Having taken the children to practice diving, it was frustrating that the lifeguard told us the kids couldn't use a float to dive from, whilst diving from a kneeling position, in case the float slipped from under them (highly unlikely). What was so frustrating is that this method was being taught to my children by their own staff on a dive school lesson a few days earlier. It's either a safe method or it's not, and "it's OK if an instructor is with them" can't be an answer as the kids were doing it by themselves, so an instructor will not stop a float slipping from the opposite side of the pool.

Positive experience: Small but well featured soft play area that is open until late afternoon on Sunday which is great on a rainy day. Free parking, free WiFi. No cafe.

Positive experience: We love going here with our grand kids. Only problem we have had was no appropriate tennis balls for short tennis . Hopefully this will be sorted.

Negative experience: If you ever wanted to end your life, listen to a 40 minute cross fit conversation between a shouting instructor and and equally boring Shouting punter. Get a room. Don’t make paying customers Suffer your lives. Reception is like a funeral home most of the time.

Haven't used any other facilities yet, but I've seen there is all-sorts of activities on for the kids currently, Archy, skating, swimming . Staff are friendly and polite.

Positive experience: Nice basic swimming pool. Not too cold so good for young children. Plenty of family changing rooms. Many of the lockers are broken but there is space to put items alongside the pool if preferred

Positive experience: Is a good sports hall, needs a bit of cleaning/ yearly maintenance love, but other than that it's decent. Most of you might be asking what's the status of the floor, I.e. is it like an ice rink or does it have some grip? Thankfully indoor football is not played in this sports hall, so the must shoes doesn't make it slippery.

Negative experience: Don't go there with a child who can swim but still need to proof she/he can... to be ond deep end side.I was today with my daughter. She has swim certicate she finished with the best results in her group at Hinchingbrooke Splash Academy. She always swim with me on deep end of swimming pool before but today she's been told to do 6 length of swimming pool to proof she can go to deep end. Only my daughter been asked to do this ...By "lifeguard ".This experience was badly for me and my daughter. We were felt discriminated . I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!

Fantastic experience: Great little swimming pool, not too busy and had plenty of floats and bits and pieces to keep the kids amused. There are plenty of family changing areas which have always been clean when I have gone.

Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised how many amenities they had to make everything convenient. (hair blowers, showers, courses, etc) I had platinum with access to everything. Even if you don't like going to the gym, you will find something fun to do, like swimming or table tennis.

Positive experience: Gym is great with modern equipment, more modern than high end leisure club I was previously a member of. Booking system easy. Biggest problem is with pool - just not enough slots throughout the day for lane swimming, so when I went there were far too many people in there for me to comfortably swim. Only a small number of showers and you have to keep pressing the button on them.

Negative experience: The website for this site is a complete joke. Phoning is a complete joke. What a waste of time.

Positive experience: Sadly the gym equipment is showing signs of wear, and worn out parts aren't being repaired or replaced. Also instructors are rarely on hand in the gym.

Negative experience: Don't bother trying to swim on a Monday morning. Both car parks are full and there is a queue for a space. Adult Leisurely swim used to be such a pleasant experience but since a third of the pool is now segregated for lane swimmers the remaining pool is crowded and it is almost impossible to swim without bumping into someone.
