Positive experience: I use the swimming pool, which can be virtually empty late mornings and early afternoon.

Fantastic experience: The friendliest pool . The staff and managers always happy , welcoming and chatty. It brings the place to life. I love swimming here.

Positive experience: Pool is immaculate. Bit old fashioned but prefer this facility to others. Staff are mostly polite, helpful and cheery, odd one who isn't. Absolutely love this place.

Positive experience: Im a member the saunas broke steam room broke for months yet they charge us all top price for the membership east ren council are an absolute joke . Neilston gym needs money spent on it ez bar is a must equipment greased . And the times changed 2hours in the middle of the day is daft At the weekends later times of 8pm close

Positive experience: What a blast from the past I used to spend many a day/evening here when I was a child, youth and when my cousin said she was taking her daughter swimming i thought my daughter and i would tag along... as i walked through doors not much seemed to have changed in the last 30yrs except from the staff but when chatting to staff they told me what changes had been made, anyhow my daughter had a ball at the fun session with the inflatables and at the end of the day that's all that matters staff were friendly and helpful too.

Positive experience: Love Neilston Swimming pool. Learned to swim here over 30 yearse ago and still going back!! A proper pool where you can get peace and quiet for a proper swim. Always clean and tidy with pleasant and helpful staff!

Positive experience: Gym is very new. No changing or lock up facility for gym. Need to use swimming changing area but this is no good if just trained . Too hot. They are supposed to be sorting this out I was told 4 months ago. Still not done. Staff good on and off. Some gym staff not very friendly or welcoming, but this changes as staff changes.

Positive experience: Good local pool, not much going on for children. Wish it was open a little more.

Positive experience: The new gym is quite nice. It's small but it's good because the village has nothing else. The equipment is new and well maintained. The instructors are always present and knowledgeable.
