Fantastic experience: Very friendly atmosphere. Very diverse clientel all respectful of each other. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Clean facilities. Can get busy at times but have never felt over busy. Really enjoy using this place for both the work out and social aspects of it. Many different fitness and wellbeing activities go on here. I'd rate as excellent.

Negative experience: I go to the football on Saturdays and this is the second week in a row that they haven’t told us and it hasn’t been up I’m being generous by giving one star absolutely horrible I tried to enjoy it but this place is just a waste of time and money absolutely repulsive

Negative experience: Wish I could give them a zero, definitely wouldn't recommend it. This is the only leisure centre that would need extra info from GP's. Went there three times: 1. to fill out the forms and booked me for induction, didn't tell me that I would need GP letter. 2. Cancelled gym as could not attend induction so I rescheduled it, yet again, didn't tell me I need GP evidence. 3. Attended for induction, they said I cannot do it as I ned GP evidence, could the leisure centre not phone me instead they wasted my time and journey, I took a day off work too. @theirloss

Positive experience: Went to the covid test centre. Couldn't book a test online, an error message would appear. Luckily the covid testing staff were helpful and allowed me to do a Covid test for my sick toddler and explained the process of how to register the test to get the results. Thank you!

Positive experience: I've been here a few times for covid testing. It is a well run, smoothly functioning service. Book online. No waiting in queues. Staff are helpful.

Fantastic experience: IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Everyone must know before attending. I haven't been here since before the pandemic when it was a walk in centre. IT IS NOT A WALK IN CENTRE ANYMORE. If you urgently need to see a doctor you MUST call 111 and answer a few questions and they should book you in asap. I made the mistake of walking in without an appointment and was told to go home and make an appointment. Unfortunately I wasnt driving and had my poorly mother with me who was in so much pain and not even allowed to sit inside while waiting. Luckily we found a bench not inside and not outside but in between where I seated my mum and called 111 to book. They asked a few questions then transferred me to a doctor at the facility. Lucky for me after mentioning that I'm in the building and i dont drive we were given an appointment to get seen straight away. Tip: the doctors prefer it if you dont use public transport and might see you sooner if you dont have a car to wait in. Stay Safe !

Positive experience: Some staff have no manners but they do have a good facility, currently, you have to book 2 days in advance online due to corona, and the car park is being used as a testing booth so there is no parking available.

Positive experience: We had to go for Covid 19 testing. You had to book online. When there you are given a test kit then taken to a cubicle and you are instructed on how to go about testing.

Positive experience: Pitch is decent enough, plenty space for at least sixteen players. Biggest problem, is the ten foot fence surrounding the pitch. It's a long walk to go fetch your ball, if it goes over!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent place for gaming specially for Badminton. Gym & get to know each other.

Positive experience: I went to collect my ballot box from saltley wellbeing centre after work but i thought that i was going to be late. I phoned the centre and a lovely man who answered the phone and took the phone straight to the peole who was working for elections office. His name was Mansueki Milanda and even though he works long hours he was polite and efficent thanks very much. I am also going to join the centre to do activities.

Fantastic experience: Good all round has a gym, astro turf ,rugby pitch and a basket ball/badminton hall .

Positive experience: I had the memberships if Saltley wellbeing centre. You can also get free Birmingham city council card where you can only using the gym; it have the indoor cricket pitch and badminton pitch. Service was reliable when I was using their services. All the equipment was clean and tidy including the changing room, toilets and showers. However, I have a limited number of equipment when is crowded, you have wait for longe. As day that, it is less likely it becomes e crowded. Futhermore, you can fill you bottle with cool water from free and you can buy any snack and drink from ventilator machine. The administration also keep slots for only female, where only female members coem and equally participate to used the services. No men are allowed during women time. However it is only for the gym. In addition to this, women can joing the services any time without male. It goes not have any swimming pool. I have a reasonable car parking. You can also catch bus number 28 from the bus, which is 5mintues on the walk distances. Also bus number 14 and bus number 11 stop are 10 minutes on waking.

Negative experience: Very small, very outdated. Considering the school is next door, facilities are very outdated. Staff are great though.

Positive experience: Nice modern building situated in alum rock. Staff were friendly. Wait times can very depending when you go to the walk in centre likewise the treatment can also very. I saw Steave and he was excellent! Very helpful ,kind and overall a top guy (thanks) It's wheel chair friendly and they have a on-site car park.

Positive experience: Can't get enough of this place ! Staff 100% friendly always willing to help and chat. The gym is clean and plenty of machines to choose from. However unbearable during summer or hot days as they have no air conditioning inside and reply on wind outside to be channeled in via air duct. Not sure how long it'll last now that BCC have gone bust. So forget about the a/c ever getting fixed. Just as well they got equipment in on time
