Negative experience: My son attends swimming lessons here, and while the staff, especially his instructor, are fantastic and dedicated, the toilet facilities are very disappointing. They are outdated and frequently have an unpleasant smell of urine. It's a shame, as the rest of the experience is excellent, but the cleanliness and condition of the toilets really need improvement

Fantastic experience: A very friendly and encompassing leisure centre with plenty to do for all ages and abilities. There is only one main pool and no children's pool here. Easy parking, and a credit to the Lichfield community and beyond.

Positive experience: Good facilities, nice and clean and the water in the pool is warm. The pool is basic and ideal for swimming lengths, the kids got bored at the free swim but that is on me, I need to get more entertaining stuff for them to pay with. Slightly tired around the edges but otherwise a great place to exercise.

Positive experience: The swimming itself is great and the pool is a good size but if you go after swimming lessons expect a dirty changing room. Public's are allowed to wear shoes where there are signs saying no shoes which makes the floor dirty. There is a massive difference to the cleanliness of the changing rooms when there aren't swimming lessons.

Fantastic experience: Visited it for a Badminton match. Big ole sport hall this. If your shuttle hits the roof on a clear then " you did it on purpose"

Negative experience: Changing Rooms are disgusting new swim teachers Every week Burntwood way better

Positive experience: I take my daughter for swimming lessons which are ok,but my only grip is that each week there can be a different teacher so there for there is no structure and consistency in the teaching! Also the changing room are disgustingly unhygienic,they look as if they've not been cleaned in months.

Fantastic experience: Yeah just go to Lichfield boley Park co-op gym Lichfield fitness gym and it's quite next to the chippy and the gold and the cafe are going to all of them the chippy is going to be open soon and I enjoyed going to the gym it was a good workout and you'll get and a good workout with all your muscle parts of your body some machines are confusing but if you ask someone to show you how to use it and I'll give you the can give you a tour all of the building and how to use the machines so yeah yeah.

Positive experience: Went to a children's swimming party. Staff are really friendly and there is a party room for food and cake. Kids had a blast.

Negative experience: With Burntwood being closed we decided to go to the Friary, it's an effort to get fitter, we were quite excited about going, and I hadn't been for many years, I was hugely disappointed with how dirty the pool was, and the changing rooms, the overall feel of the place was a little dilapidated. I can cope with outdated, but the pool and the changing felt dirty, there was a mass of hair in the filters, grey scum on the tiles and bits floating.

Positive experience: Great gym and pool, however could really do with a full refurbishment!

Positive experience: Visited the 3 Hammers golf course and driving range. The driving range is equipped with TOP TRACER technology allowing you to play different courses but more so check your club distances, dispersion, lift at impact and ball speed... Good for all levels of golfer.

Negative experience: New clunky management making bad decisions to how they want you to work with them. It's a shame as the previous management was much better. Facilities are ok however.

Negative experience: Expecting it to be done up soon now the new management has taken over. Some of the staff are outright rude and the processes and systems they have would look out of date in the 80s. Needs so much change.

Fantastic experience: A great family friendly leisure centre with loads of activities going on. It is also affordable and recently done up.

Positive experience: Facilities are quite run down. They do offer quite a lot of activities for family. We went there swimming. It is okay. Prefer sat swim as it is more quite than Sunday where they have those big floats and get lot of kids running around. The badminton court is okay condition. Not much of air flow and can get quite warm.

Fantastic experience: I only came here as part of a sponsored walk that St Giles had arranged. We only got to see the sports hall and court out that back. But it's got loads of parking and the place does look huge.

Positive experience: Good front desk service, but classes are hard to book. you have to book week in advance, and sometimes it's already fully booked :/. not enough space in classes, and the corridors are a bit smelly :/.the building is in a desperate need for refurbishment

Positive experience: The leisure centre is a very nice and friendly place. Staff are always smiling and very helpful. The facilities like the gym, badminton courts, trampolining and swimming pool are in good condition when you consider how cheap it is per lesson
