Negative experience: Some of the equipment is really old and the only double cable machine has been broken for weeks so I’ve had to cancel my membership as I can’t complete my workout routine anymore. It broke for months last time not that long ago, it looks like it was made in the 1980 you really need a new one. Shame, staff are really nice

Fantastic experience: Although not leisure related I felt I had to give some positive feedback for your team. Can I just thank the guys who helped me yesterday after my van broke down on a very hot day. They were helpful and friendly with nothing too much trouble with my requests for advice, use of men’s room and offers of tea/coffee etc. It was very much appreciated. Thank you again. Negative experience: The gym is packed! Its small and they keep accepting new members. It's very disappointing when you have to wait for a long time to use certain facilities

Fantastic experience: I made an enquiry to the Leisure centre about whether my friend and I could roller skate in the hall. I received a response very quickly saying they would check. After only a few days Morgane said it was possible. It was easy to just email her and book in. My friend and I had a fabulous time skating in the dry without stones and dogs to contend with. I love how open the gym was to this idea and they clearly do their best to support anyone wanting to do exercise, whatever it is. Thank you - you are brilliant! Nicci

Fantastic experience: I love MVLC the staff are amazing and I attend three classes a week; Boot Camp, HIIT and Circuit Training as well as using the gym. Morgan takes Bootcamp and is amazing, its great fun and the best part is its outside. Steph takes HIIT and is brilliant if you only have a short time but really want to push your cardio. All of the staff so helpful, approachable and always have time to help.

Positive experience: Now a 2.4m height restriction in the main car park
Negative experience: Not open when it should have been on three occasions. Membership canceled as a result.

Fantastic experience: What a great place to train. Friendly staff who also work out there. Good advice for beginners and for those who aren't newbies. Loads of parking, showers and even free WiFi to let you train to your music.
