Fantastic experience: Only used the Swimming Pool which is 25m long and has a very deep deep end (3metres?) So deep it is used by the local sub aqua club for training. Pool was busy but not so busy that I couldn't swim lengths. Changing facilities were as expected and staff friendly and helpful. Has a large car park with ample spaces. Other facilities include a bar and outdoor astroturf 5 a side pitches. The centre is large so will have other facilities I am not aware of as I am not local to Bo'Ness. Rumours that the council want to close the centre to save money. Hope it can be kept open as it seems a well used public facility with plenty to do.

Fantastic experience: Our local swimming pool which we use every week. The staff, especially the reception team are always welcoming and friendly. Falkirk council in their infinite wisdom, want to close it. Sheer madness, as it is, by far, the best pool in the area with a 3m deep end.

Positive experience: We went to watch my niece play in the sports hall. The cafe was fine and had a good viewing area of the hall. The staff were very helpful. Their baby changing facilities could be a lot better as we struggled to find any. We ended up using the bench in the disabled toilet. They also have a swimming pool and a gym but we did not use them.

Fantastic experience: First time visiting the Centre and it's well loked after, nice warm pool. Perfect for my dive training. Hopefully it stays open. Sign the petition to keep it open people.

Positive experience: Really good gym and swimming pool. It is always quite busy, and it is used by a lot of sports clubs. Hopefully, falkirk Council won't close this venue as a cost cutting exercise as has been discussed.

Fantastic experience: The gym and the swimming pool with the 3 dedicated swimming lanes make this centre brilliant. Only issue is that it closes just a bit too early. 9pm should really be 9.30pm or 10pm even.

Positive experience: I went with my friend (we can both swim well) and one of the staff members came up to us and told us she doesnt believe we can swim so we cant go to the deep end, this was when we first got in so we wer stuck at the shallow end the full time. we tried to tell her we can swim but she didnt believe us we come here quite often and its only happened once

Negative experience: A great community asset that's been allowed to decay for decades. Past new equipment used to be hand me downs from Grangemouth Centre, that is far older than the Bo'ness Centre but continually refurbished.

Negative experience: Non swimmers have a very small area of a large pool in which they are allowed to swim. This allocation could easily be increased. Shame reallt!

Negative experience: Not tried the gym or lesiure facilites but if the cafe is anything to go by OMG never go in this place its less than basic and very grubby looking the food is almost thrown at you the ham for the toastie must be from the local farmfoods shop. AVOID., only reason i gave 1 star is because its the least i am allowed to give

Positive experience: In my opinion the best place to SWIM in Falkirk District (does Boness come under Falkirk District?). It is never as busy as Grangemouth which is good because you don't need to perfect your slalom techniques to reach the other side of the pool. The pool is deeper too which is good if you like to dive in....I don't but my kids do. I just enjoy being able to swim as many lengths as I desire without too many interruptions. Not a great pool for children as it is just a pool, there are no flumes or fancy slides or toys. Just a great pool for SWIMMING.
