Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. I have found the equipment and all around facilities to be of a really good standard. Any issues with the gym, users are sent prompt text messages to alert them. With the 24-7 opening times, you cannot ask for more. Keep it up @team snap fitness Bradford!!!

Negative experience: there is a lot of dirt, no one cleans it up. The staff is arrogant and not friendly, it’s my mistake that I spent my time there, I won’t come back in my life!!!!

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting service from snap fitness in Bradford. Spoke to them multiple times via email and over the phone about a pending payment however they still went ahead and sent it to a debt repayment service even though I made it clear the payment was to be made. Disgusting treatment especially for such a shoddy gym. They didn’t even reach out to collect the payment but sent it straight to the service. Would not recommend as they just tie you into a contract and then whack you with an early leaving fee if the service isn’t up to standard.

The past month 70% of the time I’ve gone in, either the door is not working (so I’ve had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come out so I could go in) Yesterday the water was cold and is cold almost all the time so I can’t even have a shower when I have finished my session. Negative experience: Great gym with a great atmosphere. However, the only thing the owners/ staff care about is money. I got charged during covid even though the gym was closed. I've sent numerous messages on Facebook and sent emails and cannot get a resolution and its been 2 years. The staff are now ignoring me so I sadly have to come to Google to write this review to show everyone how pathetic and money hungry they are. If you don't mind being overcharged then I actually recommend this gym, great facilities with 24 hour access.

Negative experience: Update regarding the answer: I sent the email on Monday 3rd July which was Monday. The response saying they didnt answer over the weekend makes no sense considering they didn't get my email before Monday. I cancelled giving a month notice and received a confirmation my membership would end. This month charged me again and don't answer emails. I advice to read other negative reviews before joining - seems a big issue to leave.

Fantastic experience: Good variety of equipment and not too busy. Staff are friendly and the gym is always clean (plus free parking!). Some of the members don't put the equipment back but the gym tries to combat this

Positive experience: Nice gym, been going here for a few months now , it's great it's 24/7 with an access card . In terms of equipment it has most things you would expect. Couple of things missing which would be good though , including (but not limited to ) : Incline barbell bench press - would be great to have one of them instead of wheeling the bench around to the rack etc. Assisted pull-up/dip machine - would be good to get into doing sets of pullups and assisted is good to start off. Slam balls - these are good In terms of cardio equipment there is a lot which is good too. Its nice how the weights and cardio bits are on separate floors too. It's never really too busy when I go either which is a bonus. Only reason I have given it 4 stars is because there is a box of different straps and grips etc for the cable machines that have seen better days, also the neck foam for barbell squats. Would be nice if these were replaced when they get damaged or started showing bad wear and tear ( couple of them literally look like a rottweiler has had a go at them) It's also very clean here , the cleaner in the morning always does a very thorough job and it's literally spotless when she is done , she literally cleans it top to bottom. Overall though a really nice gym , staff are friendly too.

Fantastic experience: Iv been at this gym for about one and a half year and it's honestly one of the best gyms iv been to. The staff is great and the facilities are excellent. They are happy to listen to you whether it's about fitness goals or gym improvements. Over the time iv been here there have been numerous improvements and recently the team have added extra machines for the gym which shows they value their customers opinions and suggestions. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get fit and exercise in a nice environment. Thank you to the team.

Negative experience: Overall customer service isn’t good at all! Absolutely disgusting service from Asiya. My membership was cancelled by her because I wore sliders coming out of the shower. However, I’ve seen multiple people do this so it seems as if she likes to pick & choose who to enforce their ‘rules’ on. To think she is the manager she lacks basic customer service skills; she is very obnoxious and comes across as very rude… it really makes me question how she is in that position. However, I must say Nicky and Paul have always been good staff members. They also tried to reinstate my membership but Asiya refused. The gym is okay to use but lacks quality equipment and it’s extremely busy at peak times which leaves no space to work out and makes it very crampy.

Positive experience: Been going to this gym since it opened 3 years ago and can’t say a bad word about it! Staff always have time for you for advice on training tips, diets, queries or just a general chat. Individual changing rooms with showers. Always clean and tidy yes weights don’t get put away by other members but that happens in all gyms! Enough equipment to go round if your flexible with training during peak times. Other reviews complain about staff and issues with memberships maybe if they read their contracts they signed they wouldn’t be surprised regards terms! (Just saying). Excellent friendly local gym.

Negative experience: Don’t know where to start this review but I guess I’ll start on the gym itself! The gym is a small compact gym, and is ideal for getting in workouts during peak times, (as to my surprise the gym was fairly quiet during 5-7pm) The machines and equipments are all relatively good, however the problem at this gym doesn’t underlie with the gym itself, it is the service which fails massively! Since I am a contracting Fleet Manager, travelling to many places, I see myself moving from gym to gym to meet my daily schedule. From the moment I came for a trail session at this gym, I received two calls from a lady called Asiya asking if I was going to join the gym, when I advised her I was looking at other potential gyms to see which fitted my needs the best, she began to slander the other gyms mentioning that they were for “sted heads”, and that she would not advice anyone to go to such gyms. I feel as if this may have just been an unethical sales tactic to make me sign up, which I did end up doing by the end of the call. During my time at the gym I have always noticed the Club manager Asiya to be very obnoxious and someone who comes across as very rude, for a club manager to lack customer service skills it really makes me question how she is in that position! I have been with 10+ gyms due to the nature of my job, and can honestly say this has without a doubt been the worst customer service experience by a land slide! Genuinely hope the franchise owner is made aware of this! Due to completing my job in Bradford, i was no longer needing to train at this Gym, so I cancelled my direct debit (has always been the case at other gyms). I was then given a call from Asiya who was shouting down the phone at me for cancelling my direct debit and advised me that only she can cancel the membership. She demanded that I pay for an extra month even though I cancelled the direct debit long before the next month was due. The way she was speaking to me seriously left me shocked! How can you be shouting at a customer! I really hope your calls are recorded, so that you can investigate this yourselves! She spoke down to me, literally shouting at me saying “no it doesn’t work like that, what I say goes”. I explained to her that I was unaware she was the only person who could cancel this, and that I respect the gym has it’s set policies and that I will have to just take the charge which I agreed with her to pay, I went on to explain I am currently at work heading in to a business meeting, so if she can schedule a call back for me at 5pm to make this payment. 5pm came and no call, I called the gym myself at 6pm where there was no answer, the next day came where I thought she will call anytime now…. She did not! For someone who was so eager to contact me giving me slander it left me wondering where she has disappeared to. I made multiple calls to the gym over multiple periods to no answer! I recently received an email stating I now owe £59.90 from non other than Asiya Ellahi! Oh and guess what no one answered when called AGAIN! I feel as if she knew exactly what she was doing and purposely did not call me back to allow these charges to rack up! You can check my records to see I have not used this gym from the day I cancelled my direct debit! The franchise owner needs to investigate this and put Asiya on a course for customer service! I will be writing to snap fitness headquarters to escalate my complaint further.

Positive experience: I’ve had nothing but a positive experience at this gym. Very friendly staff and decent gym users. Can’t go wrong with 24 hour access. Relatively clean compared to others. Large car park. Found the bathrooms always clean. A few improvements that could be made: just wish it was dusted a little more frequently, the treadmill fans are incredibly dusty. Also seen a ripped bucket there for months, it doesn’t cost a lot to replace - something that is potentially hazardous too.

Fantastic experience: Nice, clean gym.unlike some other gyms iv been to on the past there are no kids in this gym posing or messing about, you'll be left alone to do your workout and plenty of equipment to go around when the gym is busy. The manager and staff are friendly and approachable and will help with anything you need. The classes they do are good for beginners, so there is no need to feel like you have to be fully experienced with the gym to do the classes. Definitely recommend

Or just cancel your gym partners membership but not yours even though they know you both go together and have been since day 1. so now I have to wait like 41 days before end of gym membership. Then told they will send it to debit management if you dont pay the next payment

Negative experience: Very poor customer service, make sure you are carefull on the stairs as when they mop them there is no wet floor sign, equipment constantly faulty too

Fantastic experience: A fantastic gym! I looked around a handful of gyms in the area and after visiting them Snap is definitely the one which I wanted to join. The staff are very friendly, helpful and full of knowledge to help you with any questions or assistance you may need. They make you feel welcome and look after their members. The gym users are also friendly and varied with a good mix. Along with the PT's this is one big family! The equipment is awesome for all kinds of movements. Weights, Cardio and Plyometrics are all covered under this roof. Snap being one of the few places to have 50kg dumbbells, 2 Olympic squat racks and a track to use the sledge. The facilities are also of good quality with onsite parking available and showers with heated floors ;-) I love training here, I have made some great friends and smashed some goals in the gym along the way. I would highly recommend checking out this place!

Fantastic experience: Snap Fitness is a welcoming place and is perfect for everyone - regardless of where you're at in your fitness journey. There is equipment to suit ALL of your needs and you can always count on support from the members of staff. Asiya and the staff team never fail to greet you at the door and it's impossible to not feel comfortable in the warm and welcoming environment that they create for you. What more could you want from a gym?

Negative experience: Good gym, terrible management. Cancelling is horrible. Every other gym, if you cancel your payment, it ends your membership. With these guys they require you to pay 1 months in advance and if you don't they'll keep your membership open and keep increasing the amount even though you're not using the gym. I asked for their payment details, they refuse and only want card payment by phone, I'm assuming so they can charge me extra? No thanks! Update: They increased the debt from £29.95 to £60 and then sold the debt to another company who added £25 on top, totalling £85. 15 years of going to gyms and never had something like this. Terrible. They charge you 1 month in advance for termination.

Positive experience: Good gym. Dropping and slamming weights down is becoming a bit of a culture.

Negative experience: No hot water since beginning of October 2021+no liquid soap in containers.

Positive experience: The gym is adequate but really need more equipment, stuff like clips and a incline barbell stand but most of all they really need a drinks machine.

Fantastic experience: Great gym , 24 hour access for members and classes suitable for all levels. Staff on hand for queries and advise in staffed hours . The gym is clean and a great place to work out alone or in groups We do need a bit more boxing equipment like a hanging bag or something technical like a speedbag but there is a nice area for your own exercises that you can bring equipment you need like boxing pads ect.
