Fantastic experience: Super friendly, warm and welcoming. Made a first timer feel very much at ease.

Negative experience: The building is amazing. Unfortunately, the gym is divided between the second floor, basement floor and different rooms, which is very annoying for training. The equipment is not bad, but is just one of each.

Fantastic experience: Great helpful staff. Never too busy in the early mornings. Clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend it for new starts as well as seasoned gym goers .

Positive experience: Cobwebs in the corners, machines often out of order, never any sugar free drinks, and now they charge people to park to use the gym. It's only not lower cos it's local to me so convenient

Positive experience: Today the gym is not the place it was a few years ago when there was a swimming pool. It is apparent that the gym is class-based while little is invested in exercise equipment. Some machines should be replaced with newer ones. The price for a pass is also too high for such conditions. Staff nice despite having to work under the conditions they have.

Negative experience: I have a child’s membership after five months we were relocating to a different area. I asked to cancel my membership. They refused and demanded to pay up. They will take me to court this Gym and the organisation behind it are disgusting bunch of menaces. As for the gyms themselves, they are scandal You can get fined just for pulling up in the car park. The gym is dirty the changing room to dirty the equipment is dirty. I said we are really locating to a different area and they demanded the address and proof that we were moving. This is against the date of protection and I just don’t want scandalous creeps like BH live, knowing where I’m moving to. I will update you as soon as I get the court order to go to court for my 17-year-old boys Gym membership. They are scandalous creeps that will not let you go without squeezing every penny out of you, and possibly finding you for pulling up in the car park. That’s if you don’t get ill from using their equipment. As you can tell, I’m very angry and I am disappointed with his scumbags. I swear I will cost them more money than they will ever get out of me.

Positive experience: Plenty of parking & classes. Gym not as good as it used to be thanks to it being rearranged for studios but still prefer it to the big gym at Pelhams that always seems to be full of teenagers

Positive experience: It's a good gym with good equipment. The only issue, and this is spread across Queens park, littledown and stokewood, they are full of children. They stand around treating the place as a youth club. I have no issue with them training and trying to better their health, but hogging equipment in packs of 4 and above takes the mick.

Positive experience: I do really like the gym, clean and with good vibes. BUT ITS SO COLD in all the gym rooms, you are unable to work out in the morning during this time. even good warm up doesn't helps. you need to have a jumper & winter gloves. any other location like the littledown, or pelhams are nice and warm - Queen Park you should really works on it, not very nice to working out in the winter clothing.

Negative experience: If you forget to enter your car reg at reception, after parking, you get fined £50. Some places in the gym are so dirty that I don’t think they’ve been cleaned since it opened.

Fantastic experience: Great to be back here again! Just had a refurbishment with all brand new gym equipment. Real nice fresh look. Had a PT with James G. Changing rooms clean and tidy but remember a padlock for the lockers, not coin operated! Will be coming here again regularly.

Fantastic experience: Best gym ever! £32 a month for the gym and swimming pool, we can use at any time through out the day! The staff there are super lovely and really helpful! While exercising you can also watch Netflix, YouTube, Tv or even play solitaire on the machines so it keeps you more motivated! Real nice clean gym as well

Positive experience: Fitness studio has good air-conditioning, thankfully. There are fun classes, but they get booked up really quickly during school term time.

Negative experience: @BHLiveActive right, I’ve been holding back as I know how hard it is to run a health club BUT..months worth of bodyfat in the showers, broken tiles,& showers that haven’t worked properly for at least 18 months! Front desk customer service has been eroded to not even a grunt hello..... seriously don’t know who does your cleaning and who ensures standards are adhered too but this is pretty damn rank now.... the only good thing going for this place are the PTs and a couple of fitness team.... such a shame

Negative experience: Staff were always helpful and friendly, but let down by the facilities. The male changing was always a little grim.

Positive experience: Great location, friendly staff, good choice of classes and a decent gym with a relaxing spa facility. However, male showers, both dry and wet change, are like something taken out of a Saw movie... it's unbelievable how run down these facilities are, with cubicles out of order, low water pressure and filthy... well... everything. It not only needs a proper deep clean but also a total refurbishment. I recommend bringing flip flops... and disinfectant.

Fantastic experience: Everything you could want from a gym, all in a great location

Negative experience: Toilets are dirty and stink. Swimming pool area also not a clean place. If you call in for enquiries nobody is answering, they have a voice message "leave a message and one of the staff member will call you back " this never happen. Once you signed with them they don't care about you. Think twice before you signe a membership with them.

Positive experience: Great location, lovely build, polite and friendly staff. Very clean with one exception: male dry changing room shower facilities. It stink, it's filthy and I need deep clean. All tiles and screen dirty and stained. It looks no once has clean it since BH Live owns it for a past few years. One need wearing wellingtons not to caught any skin diseases. No shower is fully operational (pressure issue). Please do something finally it's been like this for ages now. I will not post any pics to save you embarrassment. Hope you are open to constructive criticism. Overall I really like this place and hope mentioned issues will be addressed ASAP. All the best.

Positive experience: Located perfectly for people located in Springbourne. Parking available nearby and at the gym. Varied number of classes and pool available as well along with sauna and steam room. The service is really great and people are very friendly to help you out. Small cafeteria is also present.

Negative experience: I joined the Gym about six months ago, the service has steadily gotten worse. They oversell memberships so the gym is unusable at peak times (no parking, no space to work out). The male showers are downright disgusting, some days they smell so bad you would rather drive home sweaty. The showers also don't have any pressure if more than one person is using them. When I made an attempt to cancel they refused saying that the service hasn't changed enough, even though the service is practically unusable to me now at peak times.

Positive experience: Nice place for exercise. 4 stars because the pool was closed, even if I asked one day before. It's so little, not good for swimming, but good for the persons who doesn't know swimming and trying to learn.

Positive experience: Came here as a non member to use the swimming lanes with partner. Pool was quiet on a monday afternoon amd changing rooms were spacious and I must say how decent the showers were. Powerful, warm and continuous (a rare find for leisure centers). However £4.80 for such a small swimming pool os very expensive. It is much cheaper in london where they had six lanes a a casual area and diving boards. Hence the three stars. Membership is incredibly pricey if the pool was larger I would consider it but it is very small. Will be taking my membership elsewhere! Shame really

Fantastic experience: Really bad smell in male's showering area. It has been there for quite sometime. I have been using some other bh live sites . Corfe Mullen is the best. Went back to queens park after 8 months and still the bad odour is there. Bad bad.

Fantastic experience: I took my little two year here for a swim. She loved it. The pool water was very warm and the steps were perfect for her to play on. The change rooms are like any other. After our swim we had coffee and cake in the lovely cafe. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is right outside the building and it is free.

Positive experience: Nice swimming pool and staff are friendly. My only disappointment & complaint is during adult swimming times, they allow children in the pool. This is not good if you purposely choose the time to go when it is advertised in the time table as 16+ Swimming only.
