Positive experience: You get what you pay for, great that it’s open 24/7, staff are friendly enough but no investment in the equipment. I’ve been a member for 6 weeks so far one exercise bike removed not replaced , one bike screen in bits, one bike missing a pedal, 3 treadmills won’t incline, 2 other treadmills missing control knobs and chest press machine has all been out of action since I joined and none repaired! Can’t fault the staff or cleanliness but equipment is old and poorly/no maintained which is a shame

Positive experience: Enjoying the gym, cleanly finished and equipment all up to scratch. Staff are friendly and polite and the showers and toilet facilities are always clean. Seems to take a long time for machine repairs though. Treadmills are going down weekly at the moment and the stair masters have both been down for a while. In the month I've been there I've not noticed a single repair. But I'm hopeful that changes soon!

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've used always welcoming and loads of equipment to use even when it's busy!! Things are rarely out of order. The classes are run by the best and have lots of availability and lots to choose from. I may be biased by PT Adam is literally the best!! Has worked me hard for 18 months and is your biggest cheer leader whilst exercising always making you feel comfortable and able!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!! X

Negative experience: There is no Rotating Straight Bar Multi Gym Cable Down Hadles Bicep Tricep Bar. And no Handles Grip Attachments Cable Machine Pulleys.

Positive experience: Nice gym. Go frequently. Wish they had better showers though.

Negative experience: Young staff could do with lessons in customer service. I Emailed snap at Gainsborough last week to say I'm working in the area and ask if they do day rate. They replied yes while the gym is staffed. When I arrived I went to Reception to pay £10 to be told you can't train because we don't take cash. LET PEOPLE KNOW WHEN THEY ENQUIRE THEN YOU DON'T NEED TO TURN THEM AWAY ON THE DOOR, P**S POOR.

Positive experience: Open 24 hours which is great, although can get busy early evening. Before 4.30pm or after 8pm are great times. Members qualify for free parking, if you remember to enter your registration number when you get into the gym. Would be 5 stars but they don't have a pool.

Negative experience: AVOID If you ever plan on leaving. I've not sent foot in here for over six months and explained many times I wanted to leave. But they still to this day continue to charge long after many calls explaining I do not use their gym or services.

Positive experience: Says it's 24/7 but when me and the partner were curious it said closes at 8pm??? So 3 * for now as looks clean nice and good place to go but until I know otherwise the reason behind the name having 24/7 in it then its a 3* for me as its a let down if its not open 24/7

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym 2 weeks ago. As an older, overweight and arthritis ridden mess of a person, I was a bit nervous but I needn't have worried, everyone made me feel welcome. Excellent starter session from the PT Sarah and she provided some really vital information about heart rates etc. User⁷34d the showers this morning - the water 3wepressure is fabulous (nearly knockeed me over). Also there are working hairdryers and straighteners in the house changing room. I used a different gym very regularly before lockdown but the atmosphere was a bit dead and staff were not really interested. This is much better - and I can go anytime to suit me.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Snap Fitness enough. I joined around two months ago and attend regular personal training sessions with Tom. As someone that lacked confidence in the gym, Tom made me feel at ease straight away and has worked with me to build up from total beginner to someone that can now find their way around the gym, understand how to use the various equipment and step through the door with confidence. If you are wanting to take the first step towards a healthier lifestyle then Tom is your man.

Fantastic experience: Great gym love that its 24hrs too great price and good location too. I have found staff are a little unapproachable and spend allot of time on there phones, on the shift around 6-8 ish. But I don't really go for a chat so that's fine with me. the guy with the beard is always friendly as possible though so a credit where its due. Showers aren't amazingly powerful and no temperature control. The above aren't major issues for myself but maybe for some people. All in all 5 stars

Negative experience: Gym equipment absolutely fantastic, the relationship with the staff is quite poor.they just sit around all day on there phones ignoring the customers,not even a hi or bye at the door either (Very complacent) One actually walked in front off me today like she lived there made me stop and not even an excuse me j thought I was paying the £30 a month subscription

Fantastic experience: Great gym the equipment is first class it is a little to warm but the staff are ignorant and spend most of there time on there phone's there is an exception to this the bearded guy will stop and say hello etc but the rest just ignore you other than that its clean and tidy since I posted this review the staff have now put their phones and engage with all members I can now whole heartedly recommend this gym

Positive experience: Nice gym little warm in there its more focused on weight training I would say if they had separate changing rooms and a pool I would of given it a full 5 stars but it's lacking a pool and separate changing areas
