Fantastic experience: I recently came to David LIoyd for the firs time , and I have to mention that Stacey made me feel comfortable and welcome. They were really professional and great and explained what facilities were available and great and going though the process

Negative experience: Very difficult to get a hold of on phone and email. Take weeks to reply.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Kalem for giving excellent orientation to DL and explaining everything so clearly. As a new DL member this made the experience very welcoming and stress free.

Negative experience: The sales membership and accounts management side are horrible. They lie and are very deceitful. They overcharged, £264 instead of £219, so we stop the direct debit until the dispute is settled, they immediately pass the situation to debit collections agency. You can't get hold of a member of staff to discuss the accounts with, email or phone. Truly horrible.

Fantastic experience: Superb facilities with something for all the family. The customer service received since joining has been excellent across the whole team - the consistent welcome you get from the people who are on reception is lovely together with the 'goodnight' when you leave is both refreshing and warming. Kalem, Beaconsfield's sales manager in particular has been fantastic since our first viewing of the club , nothing has been too much trouble to support with. Would definitely recommend without hesitation!

Fantastic experience: We love this club, it’s always improving and moving forwards. The facilities are great and well looked after, something to do for all the family. Huge thank you to Kalem Sunter (New Memberships Manager) who was most helpful at adding a member to my existing membership; he was proactive to ensure we get the most out of our membership from day one! I must say I’m very impressed and pleasantly surprised at how much new members management has improved, it’s a new experience altogether. Big shout out to Poonam and the DL kids club who do fantastic work with the kids. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Went for an intro visit at David Lloyd Beaconsfield today and was so impressed by the facilities - they really do have everything. We were shown around by Shaz who was polite, professional, answered all of our questions (with the utmost patience!) and there was no hard sell - as he said, the club speaks for itself. The spa was incredible and one of the main reasons we signed up today. Looking forward to enjoying the club!

Fantastic experience: Joined David Lloyd Beaconsfield about a month ago and can highly recommend it. Great gym and brilliant spa. And a big shout out to Shaz who gave my husband and I the tour and signed us up. He was brilliant and has been there for any questions since. Had my first PT session with Lewis and I cannot recommend him highly enough - excellent work out. Already looking forward to the next session.

Negative experience: I’ve been a member for years and expect that when I bring a guest for a business meeting, they are treated with respect, especially when they are only using the restaurant. Tonight, after driving over an hour to the club, we were told we’d have to pay extra for the spa even though i never been asked for it, so we skipped it and stayed in the restaurant for our meeting. Later, when my guest got a towel for me because I was using the shower, Elodini at reception aggressively and disrespectfully asked why we didn’t use a guest pass, even though my guest hadn’t used any facilities—he was simply helping me by getting the towel. This behavior was embarrassing, and it reflects poorly on the club, especially considering its reputation and the high standards expected of a place like David Lloyd. It makes me hesitant to bring guests or have business meetings there in the future.

Fantastic experience: Really excited to join and i've been looked after very well by Shaz on my first day who is lovely. He showed me around and explained everything very clearly including how to use the DL app; all with a smile on his face.

He was great at helping me get started with my membership and fitness questions. The facilities here are with out a doubt the best I’ve ever seen/used and with the help of Shaz I can’t wait to use the club on a more regular basis.

Sorcha, was the one that signed me up and dealt with all my queries and made me feel so listened to and safe - she is also amazing! Also, Lewis Baker is highly recommended for PT sessions.

Negative experience: When the gym is functional and working well, there are great facilities and staff. Recently however , there has been several staff shortages due to sickness. As a result in three last week , there have been pool closures and no restaurant club facilities. Members were not notified in advance on the app of these issues. Not what one would expect from David Lloyd for the price one pays. Have asked around and does not happen at other David Lloyd Clubs.

Fantastic experience: I have a great deal of respect for the lovely team at DL Beaconsfield. On saturday I was desperate to get my mum to join and the manager on duty and the staff at the desk went out of their way to show us the spa. Sam from the sales team was incredibly patient and managed to sort out packages for us. Brilliant team and a great gym!

Kalem gave us a lovely tour, put in so much time to answer all our (many) questions and completely blew us away with all its features. The gym looks like a fantastic space, constantly being cleaned. I can certainly see how this is a Tier 1 David LLoyd's club.

Kids love it too - regularly visit for family swim indoors and outdoors, staff always excellent and very friendly, refreshments good and small soft play keeps the kids out the way. Spa is especially nice with a variety.of steam and sauna facilities, and occasional chats with other members often interesting and entertaining. Definitely recommended as a family club and has always delivered on relaxation and de-stress.

Negative experience: "I appreciate the cleaning team, as I can see they are working hard, but I’m sorry for David Lloyd because I’ve noticed that some people with poor manners are coming here. They don’t even know how to use the bins. I think David Lloyd needs to train members on how to use the facilities and show them where the rubbish and towel bins are. For such an expensive gym, it's not worth it.!

Fantastic experience: Great range of classes with excellent instructors who get you to do the exercises properly. Fun staff especially Brooke in the mornings.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to David Lloyd at Beaconsfield for a couple of years now and it works really well for me. I’m huge fan of the Pilates classes and outdoor pool - especially now it’s super warm! The spa is amazing - a real treat to relax in. And I always get a chirpy morning greeting from Brooke on reception! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had such a relaxing experiencing when visiting the spa here at David Lloyd which was particularly down to a lovely staff member, Jo. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable and gave me a tour of the spa, and told me about the benefits of the sauna (which I had never tried before, and was most pleased after trying). She encouraged me to browse the fitness classes and diffferent treatments available so I will most definitely be returning! She is a credit to your team!
