Positive experience: Very accommodating to freeze my membership whilst I have been attending hospital undergoing surgery. Very polite and friendly .would recommend anyone joining as membership .

Positive experience: Needs an area where you can bring your kids so you can workout while they play. I used to go but after I had my son and found there was nowhere to leave him, I lost all confidence in going back as it was a lot for my anxiety to go in the first place

Fantastic experience: Best Gym ever. Have been a PT for a few years and never seen a Gym this well managed. The atmosphere is great and it has all the facilities you need (parking, studio, etc...). It's not too crowded, spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and professional.

Positive experience: Pretty busy before work and rarely get on every piece of kit that I want to each day. Prices hiked up as part of cost of living increase so more comparable to other local gyms. Had a fortnight where 10 pieces of equipment were out of action in September. Currently had the leg press out of action for about a month. Would probably try a different gym if the typical pricing model for a gym didn't cost extra in your first month for no justifiable reason.

Fantastic experience: Good booking system. Staff very careful to keep all equipment sanitised. Good friendly atmosphere, welcoming to everyone and a nice selection of equipment (some out of use because of social distancing).

Positive experience: Quite a big spacious gym with quite a lot of equipment

Positive experience: I go to this gym and the people are lovely it a really good community place but there’s no much real equipment to get the most out of your sessions equipment that requires to build mass muscle to other part of your body. Please get more modern equipment found every other gym such as battle rope, grappler the grappler endless rope pull etc... my final point the bathroom aren’t clean and it hard to be in there most of the time it need some serious deep cleaning please look into this things as I enjoy going to this gym and I have made a lot of friends.

Positive experience: Been a member for 2 weeks. Happy with the amount of equipment available. As with all gyms, in the busy periods you may not be able to use exactly what you want. For the cost, it's well worth it.

Positive experience: Good value gym membership. Early mornings and weekend can be busy on certain equipment but plenty other machines or a large selection of free weights to keep you entertained.

Positive experience: Use the all weather pitches once a week on the evening. Very good although they have been known to switch the lights off early. If it never took 15-20 minutes for them to come on fully it wouldn't be an issue.

Positive experience: Gym for the price is superb. It depends what you want from a gym really. Was a member at Cadbury House and that was amazing in terms of facilities and had a larger weights area but was massively more expensive. If you just want a basic gym with clean good facilities at a bargain price this place is perfect.
