Positive experience: Great gym, good equipment, clean and well looked after. Nice staff that look after you and make sure everything is ok.

Fantastic experience: Good centre, my boy do the footytotz soccer school there on a Saturday and love it the parking can get a bit tight at times but the staff are always friendly.

Positive experience: We play badminton every week, nice and clean, friendly staffs.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly, community focused gym. Staff are approachable and are excellent at guiding you on how to use equipment in the correct way. Lots of classes to choose from, which are fun and adapted to different fitness levels.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant camp, my son loved the first week so much he asked to go back for the second. He was excited to tell us the new sports he had played each day and built a great rapport with the coaches. We will definitely be booking onto the half term camp.

Fantastic experience: My children adore the camp at Astley. The staff are probably the friendliest group of people I've come across. They remember faces and seem to really care. I am so glad we've found this. The fees are reasonable, they are getting exercise and it is good to keep them in a routine when they're off school. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Great camp with great coaches. My son has been going since they started, he has made friends and built great relationships with the coaches. I would definitely recommend Mark, Sarah, Lisa, LP, Charlie (sorry if I’ve missed anyone) and all the young leaders. A fun and active camp for young people to enjoy.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member here now for a couple of months and it's the first gym I've ever stuck with and I've been to them all The staff are all amazing and the other members really friendly. I would 100% recommend this gym. Great variety of classes, free PT included in membership and no egos. Thank you Astley for helping me to stick to a healthier lifestyle

Negative experience: DO NOT LET THEM ROPE YOU INTO A DEBIT FINANCE LINK UP PAYMENT! I have just spent far too much of my time trying to cancel my membership with this Gym. Rather than the contract being with the Gym itself I found out that it was with Debit finance.. something I had no idea of until about 2 months ago.. There is no where on the website thay deals with cancellations. You try to ring, they don’t answer.. EVER. I had to go to the gym and ask to cancel. They gave me an email address. I emailed and got a response saying that it’s all done Then a follow up email 3 days later telling me it wasn’t in fact done and that my membership is dealt with through DF instead of Astley. Brilliant. I then proceed to try and find a way to cancel and as we all know, these companies make it near impossible for you to find and easy way out of their grasp. So much so that I ultimately thought cancelling the direct debit was the only option. Finally found out through my ‘late payment’ text message (that they sent me 2 months worth of payments later, Aw really nice of them) that I had to contact them via telephone.. Mo-Fri though, in their own time. Just enough time for me to owe them another payment btw So yeah, finally got hold of a company that are harder to contact than the dead and turns out I now owe them £37 on top of the next 2 month’s subscription to a gym I haven’t been too in about 9 months and at Xmas time. Another business using silly little get out clauses to line their own pockets. Just while I’m here though, the school isn’t any better. I spent 5 years there and it was the worst experience of my life. A Monkey could run a better education system. The last time I step foot on those premises and I couldn’t be happier at the thought. Get out of my life! still, 9 years later.. STILL trying to make my life harder. At least I’m not skint at Christmas though, (Sarcasm) suppose you needed the extra money

Fantastic experience: Had to visit here today and found the pupils polite and friendly, keen to help and mature. The staff on the other hand were just as friendly, helpful and professional.

Negative experience: horrendous setup at @DukiAthleticAfc who use these facilitates Loads of Snarling, grown men shouting abuse to players & ref whilst standing inside the astro pitch. Additionally woman & babies on the touchline! Family day out What happening to the respect barrier (or behind the astro fence?)

Fantastic experience: Very accommodating to our hockey club; stopped us from folding. Staff are great and Mark has been wonderful with us too.

Fantastic experience: Voted to referee a football match. The 3G pitch was in immaculate condition. Didn’t use the changing rooms so not able to comment. Lots of parking available.

Positive experience: Good facility However parking is massively undersized at peak times/usage if you have a set start time for a class recommend you turn up early

Positive experience: I've give this a mediocre rating because of the parking around the rear being a nightmare. One vehicle broke down and nobody could get in or out. The director came out of his class and eventually sorted it which he did quite well but sitting in a car park with a 4 Yr old for 35mins isn't my idea of fun. Not sure what they could do to resolve tbh. Perhaps a vehicle counter so it says how many spaces are available. Great facilities apart from that.

Fantastic experience: Attended the midnight wander which was organized by Willow wood hospice to raise funds, had a brilliant time and staff were so lovely and can't praise them enough for staying open so long in the aid of Charity.

Positive experience: It's a great 3g pitch facility but the pitches aren't numbered so nobody knows where they're meant to be playing. Car park is always v busy.. at weekend mobile cafe on site.
