Positive experience: Active Efforts For Cleanliness, Friendly And Helpful Staff. Good selection for free-weights, cardio and plate-loaded machines. Not the best on pin stack machines, and you'll always have a couple people here who are allergic to returning their weights

Negative experience: Disappointment, stuck on a subscription all because the worker clicked the wrong things teach your workers

Negative experience: Asked the girl on the desk if my young children could use the toilets, she bluntly said no as the it's members only. I don't think the members would mind if two young girls went to the toilets.

Positive experience: I have been using the gym for about a year and a half and so far it was good (I haven’t been in the pool at all, so can’t really say anything about it). There are 2 things that bug me. Firstly, there are people that go in the gym barefoot, and I think that it should be banned considering that they stand on the mats that are used for abs curls barefoot. Secondly, the gym doesn’t have some machines that are almost essential and are in any other gym. But I really like everything else

Positive experience: Parking is good, access is good and levels of equipment is good. A well used gym.

Fantastic experience: I haven't used the gym yet, but I've gotten very into the swimming. The staff at reception are friendly, the changing room is huge and clean, the pool is relaxing and warm and the steam room and sauna are excellent. I've never been to a spa but I feel like this is what it must be like. Honestly the best way to start my work day, I don't even mind waking up at 6.30 anymore. I almost didn't want to leave this review because I don't particularly want the overcrowding

Fantastic experience: How to freeze?

Fantastic experience: I joined Everlast Gyms at the suggestion of my therapist to help with my recovery and management of PTSD. I explained my specific circumstances to the staff on site who were extremely helpful in giving me a tour of the venue, an introduction to their app, and when the quietest periods of the day and week are. They would also check in with me during my workouts and always made the gym a warm and welcoming place. Couldn't ask for a more attentive team, made my life so much easier and made my visits to the gym a pleasure rather than a pain.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is friendly and staff are helpful

Negative experience: Don't get a locker, its £5 per month and even then they still forcefully cut your lock off and dispose of your belongings! Have officially complained but ignored. Ladies changing room - private changing area, lock has been broken for weeks! No water fountain in pool area. Two days ago steam room - no steam! Sauna - not in use! Don't use the gym but a friend of mine does - taken all anti bacterial products, so sweat way but no way of wiping down equipment. Health Hazard!

Fantastic experience: The gym has recently undergone a revamp in the pool and shower area. Looks stunning and the showers are great. I love coming to this gym. The staff are super friendly when you enter and are always on hand to answer any questions you have. The classes are amazing and the gym equipment is great! It's never too busy after 6pm, so you can always work out on whatever equipment you want.

Negative experience: Very bad experience at this place, tried to cancel membership and put through months and months of waiting and being charged while not using the gym, the staff at the front desk are friendly but they can’t help you they will give you a number to ring that you will need 6 hours to speak to someone. Please note the notice period to end membership is 3 months, but it will be more like 6 months, I would avoid, many other options nowadays that are have better customer service

Positive experience: Pretty standard modern gym. Clean spaces, friendly staff and plenty of machines, with a decent pool attached. The downside is the time it seems to take to fix faulty equipment.

Fantastic experience: Clean surroundings with good covid precautions in place. The added bonus us the swimming pool.

Fantastic experience: Joined the gym today. You can commit to 6 months at a special monthly rate. Had a lovely swim, sauna, steam and chat. Looking forward to going back tomorrow.

Negative experience: The guys in the gym are fantastic, the only problem is everlast. The company took over dw, with who I was ending my contract because I’m not any longer in llanelli. Everlast Took over my contract without tell me anything and just steal my money and treat me because they want more. I try to get in contact with the costumer service several times, but they never reply to my mail or pick up my phone calls. I really NOT RECOMMEND everlast to nobody. the guys who works there are fantastic, is just the company what I find absolutely disgusting.
